Negative experience: Disgusting gym. Great place to catch MRSA, or other infectious disease. Almost every piece of equipment is broken or damaged. Final straw was coming in to the gym smelling strongly of feces. Didn't seem to bother anyone. It's not possible to cancel your membership without contacting your bank, and even then, you will get spammed for months asking to update your payment. Avoid this disgusting scammy gym.

Positive experience: The gym is a good concept. Very spacious, but really needs its equipment repaired & more staff on-hand. Especially given the membership cost.

Positive experience: Left much to be desired as far as equipment went, but understandable for a 24hr small gym. Still impressed on some of the niche machines they had.

Negative experience: The equipment is old, no AC in the back, and the staff will not respond even after days of calling.

Fantastic experience: My fiancée has been going to this gym for a long time. I usually workout at home but with covid was wanting to get out of the house. I'm happy I did. The group of people here are wonderful. Everyone is kind and supportive. Everyone has a program they are doing or a goal in mind. There is no judgment only cheering. Everyone says hello and its like a gym family.

Fantastic experience: This is one of the most amazing places to work out. You can't find a friendlier staff and all around relaxed atmosphere. They offer a wide variety of workout types. . .everything from your normal equipment in the front to the powerlifters & "strong men" in the back. If you are looking for that old school "House" type feel this place is definitely it. . .don't waste money on those corporate places that have "lunk alarms" and serve pizza. After one visit and tour, you will definitely want to make this your Home gym.

Negative experience: If you need any administrative help about your account or membership, they will not respond to you. I have called daily for the past 5 days along with sending a message on their Contact Us on the website and leaving a voicemail message, and I have heard nothing back. I just want to cancel my membership and either they are not responding calls or screening my number. Extremely frustrating.

Positive experience: It's like a dungeon but it's absolutely perfect. Great staff, great members, sold equipment. It's my favorite place to train. I recommend this place to any serious lifter. it's not a planet fitness so don't come here looking for that.

Fantastic experience: I am not a member, but everytime I have been here I have seen the owner and he greets me and shakes my hand. The gym has two sections and locker room. Section up front is filled with mirrors, windows, and machine weights. Back section has limited windows, a ton of free weights, and a great free weight atmosphere. They have a ton of space in back with strongman impliments as a great bonus.

Fantastic experience: Locally owned gym with everything you need to work out no matter what if you want classes or cardio or weights or personal trainer. It's open 24/7. For everything you want in a gym the price is better than any other gym in the area. Highly recommend
