Fantastic experience: I just began in December 2021 and was met with a lot of enthusiasm! Everybody made me feel right at home with fist bumps and high fives. Even though it's a tough exercise session, it's always worth it!

This has been incredibly helpful as I learn and practice new exercises and fitness strategies. The trainers are superb and the other members are great. I highly suggest checking it out!

Fantastic experience: If I could only purchase discipline in a bottle... However, since there’s no such thing, this is as close as it gets! Recently turning 40, 270lbs & being prescribed blood pressure meds WOKE me up. This place pushes me when my discipline is weak. The only discipline I need is to get in the car! Once I’m there, I’m surrounded with KIND & ENCOURAGING trainers & peers. Like I said, if you struggle w discipline, this is as close as it gets to being able to purchasing it!!! I was scared that CrossFit would be too hard & only super fit people do it, but I was wrong! There is every fitness level here. You won’t be the only one in your shoes! Promise!!!

Fantastic experience: I have been a part of the Nexus family for two and a half years and I absolutely adore it. The trainers are always pushing me to become stronger and more proficient, but the most important factor is how I'm doing overall. Nexus not only helps me become more physically fit, but also assists me in developing my mental and spiritual health. They provide techniques and resources to help me reach my goals. The atmosphere they have created is incredible, and I am always excited to attend my workouts!

Fantastic experience: Been going here for 9 months now. It has been a fantastic experience with a challenging and encouraging culture. This is the closest thing to Marine Corps PT I've experienced in the civilian world and the comradery is great. If you are a veteran looking for a place to do intense workouts and endure some discomfort with others, look no farther. The coaches are very knowledgeable and able to scale any workout to any physical limitation you may have without sacrificing the quality of the workout. Don't be intimidated by the CrossFit ethos, this place is legit. Come get some and support local small business owners while you are at it.

Fantastic experience: I've enjoyed exercise my entire life, but this is the best, most focused, toughest, yet most enjoyable workout I have ever done. You are capable of more than you know, and Crossfit Nexus proves that time and again. I have never made an excuse not to come to one of their workouts. It's quick, fun, and intense, and I can see myself doing it the rest of my life!! Now THAT is powerful!!

Fantastic experience: I've been attending Crossfit Nexus for nearly two years. The owners are top notch and care for their members as if we are an extension of their own family. The coaches are very attentive and the classes all feel like personal training sessions. All those good things about the people have translated into me achieving the peak physical fitness of my adult life. At 36 yo, I move better and am more powerful than ever and this is after being a highschool athlete and an avid gym-goer in my early twenties. If you're on the fence, come check it out! Fantastic experience: I've been doing CrossFit at Nexus for a little over 2 years now and this place is second to none! It's a very inviting, family-feeling environment. The workouts are tough and WILL push you to become better! The coaches are motivational, knowledgeable, and focus on you as a whole person, not just another gym member! Highly recommended to anyone looking to improve their fitness, push the boundaries of what you think you can do, and become part of an amazing and tight-knit community!

Fantastic experience: I joined back in August. I knew it would be intense. But with the Trey and Ashleigh as the coaches, you can't go wrong. It is also a very welcoming environment. You may not be able to do all the motions but we all had to start somewhere. You work your way up.

Fantastic experience: I joined crossfit nexus about 3 months ago. This was truly one of the best decisions I've ever made. Trey and Ashleigh are absolutely wonderful coaches, very encouraging, helpful, and share a wealth of knowledge. The programming is outstanding and truly works, I have made a significant amount of improvement in both my strength and conditioning in the short time I've been here. My gains have certainly been more significant than when using traditional powerlifting and bodybuilding programs. Crossfit nexus is great for anyone at any fitness level. If u do not know how to do a lift or a movement, Trey and Ashleigh will teach you. If u have an injury or an old one flares up, the workouts can be modified to ur specific needs so no matter what, you will get in a great workout. No matter what ur fitness goals are crossfit nexus will help you reach them. I have been lifting for many years, I used to do powerlifting competitions and trained in mma for awhile and I can honestly say the workouts are the best I've ever done. Along with all this, wen u join crossfit nexus u are joining an axing community of people that are helpful and encouraging at every turn. Give crossfit nexus a try, you will not b disappointed and it very well could change your life, it changed mine.

Fantastic experience: I had been hesitant to try CrossFit, but finally agreed to try a class with my husband. And I'm so glad I did! Having a background in classical ballet training, I had no interest in lifting weights, but I quickly found I loved it. We joined Nexus just after they opened and it has since become our second home. Coach Trey and Ashleigh are some of the most genuine, down to earth, knowledgeable people you will meet, and they are very given to their jobs. They help newcomers scale work outs and carefully work on form until they feel confident working up, all while encouraging each individual to work their hardest during each WOD. I can't say enough about Nexus. Great coaches, great community, and a very clean, organized box!
