Fantastic experience: 4500 is staffed by a friendly and helpful team. There is plenty of equipment and the facility is clean and well-maintained. The view from 4500 overlooks the DG golf course.

Fantastic experience: This is a great facility with exercise equipment and classes and basketball courts, they do not have a swimming pool though. They have lots of sports programs my favorite of course is basketball. One of these days I'd like to join a team. Prices are reasonable for Downers Grove residents on par with other gyms.

Fantastic experience: Came here to see what I could do during these winter months. They have a great fitness center, indoor walking track. They even offer a free pass just to see if I''ll like it. Friendly staff and very clean.
