Marine Dome

If you're looking for a workout, we have the perfect place for you. Our fitness centers and complexes offer a variety of cardio and strength training options, fitness classes, sports fields and courts. With a Semper Fit pass, you'll have unlimited access to all of them.

The gym is located near the barracks, and has equipment for any type of workout, from strength training to cardio. The cardio equipment is located in the cardio room, behind the gym.

The types of machines available at the gym include treadmills, elliptical machines, cross-trainers, step machines, upright and recumbent bikes, free weights, and cardio theater. Proper gym attire must be worn at all times, and locker rooms are available for changing. Checkout belts and straps are also available.

This gym is perfect for people who want to change up their workout routine. You can swim next door, go for a run on the trail, and then come back to the gym to use the top-of-the-line fitness equipment from Life Fitness and Matrix.

The gym has a warm-up area, treadmills, cross-trainers, step machines, upright and recumbent bikes, free weights, checkout belts and straps, and a Nexersys NXS interval training system. See proper gym attire.

The recreation center has three basketball courts, one volleyball court, two racquetball courts, speed and heavy bags, a martial arts area, a wrestling area, locker rooms, a men's steam room and sauna, a women's sauna, personal training, a road race series, team and competitive events, health fairs, and gear rental.

The Lanham Sports Complex is located off Roosevelt Blvd, across from the Resale Lot. This Sports Complex is comprised of an 8-lane rubberized running track, 3 volleyball courts, a covered pavilion, restrooms, and recently completed synthetic turf fields that have special markings for football, soccer, and a CFT course. Please note there are specific regulations while using the synthetic turf fields, in order to protect and maintain them.
