Fantastic experience: I dropped in here while traveling for work and I'm so glad I came across this gym. The coaching staff was amazing and super helpful and the atmosphere was great. Loved the programming while I was here and it was clear the coaches were very knowledgeable walking us through a great warmup and making sure to provide accommodations for every fitness level. The music was also great and I did not lose my hearing :) Highly recommend if you're just dropping in or looking for a gym in the area to join!

Fantastic experience: I encountered two people from this gym at Target and I chose to give it a try. We were very pleased with our choice. The workouts are difficult, the trainers are incredibly hospitable and helpful, and the members have a great sense of humor - which is essential when everyone is struggling in a workout. If you're visiting from out of town, come and check it out, or if you live here, become a member! You won't regret it!
