Fantastic experience: With no doubt the best box in the area. This place gives you the whole package, loads of classes throughout the day, great programming and very knowledgeable coaches.

Fantastic experience: Great gym experience! Loads of classes and equipment. The coaches are great and are very helpful with adjusting movements to work around old injuries (There is also a in-house physio who is great). The other members are amazing and there is a strong sense of community at the gym. You never have to wait for or share equipment which is the biggest benefit of this gym compared to more main steam gyms. The gym has been great around the pandemic... Over the first lock down, the gym rented out equipment and held multiple zoom classes per day (as well as doing social zoom quiz nights). Now we're back in the gym, you are designated a space on the floor -marked out by tape - so you can keep 2meters away from other people. The equipment is also cleaned between every class which is very reassuring! HIGHLY recommend this gym!
