Negative experience: Went in hoping to start a membership and NO STAFF WAS THERE NOT EVEN THE OWNER OR MANAGER?! A member kindly let us in and we took a peak around equipment is tore up to pieces even some weights were broken. Neither of stair masters work either and we where warned if you run too fast on the treadmill the wall outlets stop working… our other warning was that the equipment was dirty and to be careful on getting staph there? Super sad it didn’t live up to the reviews at all… VERY NEGLECTED. I’d rather drive to Beaumont.

Fantastic experience: Love this gym it’s very convenient to run in get a workout and start your day. They also offer a boot camp that is fun and effective. Personally I need that extra push so having other participants pushing me to work harder helps. The owner is a sweetheart and she goes above and beyond for her customers! The locals are very friendly and it’s been a gem for me finding this place. Give it a try you won’t regret it.

With her awesome bootcamp I've gone for a size 10 dress to a size 4!!! Most importantly through this process I've gained amazing friendships that will last a lifetime. Fantastic experience: My home away from home, I go in the mornings... Samantha is awesome and zero gym intimidation if that is even a real thing...plenty of free weights and tons of extras...thanks to all who contribute to the place

Negative experience: I'd been a member for months. Core group of regulars formed a clique that I didn't care to blend in with. I have trouble with bills due to my disability. I missed a month. Jacy, the former owner's daughter, wouldn't let me in the next mornin'! I promptly told 'er I'd find another gym, and I did. Found out, just now that they're still dippin' in to my account--2 or 3 months now!!! Heckuva way to treat a disabled man! If you wanna face attempted intimidation by a core group of meatheads or theft from your checkin' account this is your place!! Next step small claims court! I'll stay away from Burnette. 42 bucks every month from a man who depends on SSI and Cigna. Thanks Jacy, Randy. My internet's been down a month after switchin' from Time Warner to ATT. Lo and behold, I was checkin' my bank account today, and Randy and Jacy and gang are stealin' my money again!!!!!
