Negative experience: The staff were very nice to me (1 extra star) but the equipment was rusty and the bathrooms were rough and faucets/toilets leaking. Not much for janitorial attention either. There’s also a couple gym bullies there that like to treat the whole place like their own and hover over you while you’re on “their” machine. This could be a nice place if they invested in new equipment, fixed the walls, and kicked the jerks out. Overall…They’re the cheapest for a reason. It’s in a poor neighborhood and the gym fits that aesthetic. I think it has a lot of potential but until people start leaving it might not get fixed.

Fantastic experience: As the owner of Total Body, I wanted to address the comment below about the A/C- several years ago one unit had to be replaced and it did get warm for a few days. That's been taken care of and we invite you to stop by to check out the area's largest gym with the most amenities (free weights, machines, locker rooms, sauna, Spin & Zumba classes).

Fantastic experience: My wife and I vacationed from Kentucky and had a great experience at this gym. This facility is perfect for the average gym goer but also has the weights and equipment to fit the needs of more ambitious individuals.

Negative experience: EDIT: screaming at guests/ minors across the gym that they need to pay by a grown man is very unprofessional and unreasonable. The gym is run very unprofessionally and it hasn’t been made known publicly other ways to pay to all of your guests clearly...... Don’t appreciate whoever handles the financial side of things here. Calling other gym members to tell my business with the gym and being interrupted by strangers during my workout to relay a message that could easily have been spoken in person by someone who actually works here, that is not very professional in my opinion. Might i add, seeing the harassment at the door from the women and her sons with the guests about money and late payments is not comfortable for anyone here. It’s not difficult to speak in a profesional manner to notify someone they are late. Me and my boyfriend have been going to this gym since Rah and i don’t know what happened but this gym is not what it used to be.

They staff is very helpful, and as once I misunderstood that I could bring guests for free, which in fact you could not but I was unaware, he informed me and my friends of this and still let us finish our workouts, very kind and generous. It comes with a sauna and much more. I reccomend this gym to anyone

Negative experience: I joined this gym late last year and the experience was fine for a few months. I then moved but plan to keep my membership then Corona happened. I've been attempting to contact whoever runs this place since May to freeze my membership and they still haven't done it or even attempted to get back to me. I'm going to have to the legit go to my bank to handle this.

Negative experience: I would be hesitant and look at all other gyms in the area. The staff is never there during the posted hours of operation, it is impossible to get a key card to actually get in. It is small, not much to it.

Negative experience: Customer service is unbelievably poor. The owner is never available and getting in contact with someone other than a teen at the desk is nearly impossible.

Fantastic experience: Love it. Rah's is mostly for people lifting, boxing, and MMA which is great for powerlifters.

Negative experience: To start I have 3 kids.. ages 6, 4, and 2.. we had a sitter on the way but due to my work schedule we had to go ahead and get started viewing the place. Well this very 2 faced woman was very polite to our face saying hi to our kids, to us, with a huge smile on her face. What we didn't know is as soon as we walked away from her she called the owner to make a complaint about our kids being here. Mind u they didn't touch anything. Well the very "polite" lady came and told my friend to call the owner. So she did and this lady. O MY GOSH didn't even give my friend a chance to explain anything.. if she had she would have known we had a sitter on the way... So unprofessional. Needless to say we left and the 2 faced woman that probably told lies on my kids got to stay. Not to mention his was mine and my husband's first gym experience

Negative experience: You guys charged me when I sent you an email stating I wanted to freeze my account for the month of August. I've messaged you multiple times including on the website and have gotten no reply. Your phone line has been disconnected for days now. I want a refund and to cancel my membership.

Negative experience: My first experience with this gym was a sub par one. I called on a Sunday, a lady answered and said "hello?" I had to ask "is this total body?" To which she replied, "yes it is, we're closed today." I hesitated for a moment before saying "thank you" and hanging up. If you're going to own a business, use a business line, and if that was your business line, why answer rudely and be unhelpful?
