Fantastic experience: Taylor was my instructor for both a hot bells class I took and Pilates. As a first timer for Pilates, Taylor really worked with me to make sure I was doing everything right and that everything was comfortable. Absolutely amazing instructor! The classes were super fun too!

Fantastic experience: Best boutique gym in Baton Rouge and likely my favorite ever! They offer such a wonderful variety of classes with several wonderful instructors that you never get bored. You can tell the instructors enjoy what they do and are also great at correcting for proper form to prevent or work with any injuries! My core has never been so strong and it’s really helped me with my back issues. Love the heated classes and that everything I need is there. I really cannot recommend evolve enough! I have been a member for about a year now and am still addicted ♥️.

Negative experience: Worst experience ever. My first time doing yoga and I didn’t know that me being black would be a problem. I’ll never come here again. I was completely ignored and treated as if I was nothing.

Fantastic experience: The hot yoga class offered on Tuesday nights made me fall in love with yoga. Unfortunately, I’ve moved away from Baton Rouge and no other “hot yoga” or “vinyasa” style class compares. I drop in every chance I get when I come to town. My mind and body feels so renewed when I leave.
