Fantastic experience: F45 City Square has been great! All of the trainers there really invest in you and want you to succeed. They are there cheering you on every step of the way. I was really nervous to start because I thought it was out of my league and thought it may be too intense. They really do meet you where you are and make you feel super comfortable. Yet, at the same time, pushing you to become your absolute best.

Fantastic experience: After trying multiple group style fitness gyms. F45 is by far the best option. Very versatile workouts that are always different. Multiple “special” workout weeks during the year. I love how fast paced the cardio days are. And my favorite is the weightlifting days - a true old school workout.

Fantastic experience: As a real couch-to-F45 girl, I can honestly say I love it. I really like that it’s a group class that also allows everyone to go at their own pace. It’s really encouraging to be surrounded by other people with similar goals and not at all intimidating. The coaches are motivating and welcoming, and that’s huge! (Plus the music is 10/10!)

Fantastic experience: I’ve been working out here since July and I Love this place. Love the trainers. They are real attentive and helpful. The classes are challenging which I like and I there are plenty morning and evening options so I can pretty much always make it work. I like that there is a class Sunday morning so I get to workout and still make it to church. Another plus is that when I’m away for work I can still do the workouts on the App. This gym is it! Keri and Lauren are my favorites!

Negative experience: I signed up here by accident at the beginning of the month. I use to live in BR but I’m in Utah now. I’ve been calling Bo almost everyday and haven’t gotten a response. It’s been almost 4 weeks now. My boyfriend finally called and left a brief voicemail. He got back to him immediately. He said he would refund him and cancel the membership but NEVER DID IT! This guy is very untrustworthy. I wouldn’t recommend this gym if you’re looking to workout with honest people.

Fantastic experience: What sets this place apart from other boutique-style fitness studios, besides the killer workouts provided daily, is the true sense of community and camaraderie felt from the staff and other members. Only open for 2 weeks before the COVID-19 shutdown, the owners and trainers completely changed their model and adapted to virtual classes and daily-provided workouts/fitness challenges to keep members actively engaged and pushing towards our goals. I cannot thank them enough for what they have provided me during these uncertain times!!
