Fantastic experience: Favorite gym in Ptown. I use it whenever I am on the cape

Positive experience: Decent little gym with a fair amount of equipment. Staff are welcoming and super nice. Day pass is reasonable. Patrons are interesting. People grab machines if you leave them for a minute so be prepared for a lack of gym etiquette. It’s fine overall, happy to support a local gym.

Fantastic experience: Welp, this is the place to get your Ptown pump! Has most everything to get the job done. Small, but has a great location near Stop n Shop.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym! It's a little small but it still has plenty of equipment allowing for a good thorough workout. It was a bit crowded when I went there but maybe that was due to the time of year and Carnival happening. The staff was kind, everything was clean, good quality equipment, would recommend!

Fantastic experience: I had two personal training sessions with Stan. I was extremely pleased and I felt the effects of the areas he targeted. Stan was the total package. He is in excellent shape but more importantly he is precise and strongly believes in maintaining form. He explained, demonstrated and paid very close attention to what I was doing and modified some of the exercises. I would rate Stan a 10 out of ten. I will be returning to Provincetown in September and I will definitely train with him again.

Positive experience: Joey at the front desk is great! Gym utilizes every inch of space pretty well. Some pieces of equipment are OLD SCHOOL! Perfect gym for area. Only thing that would make Rocky feel at home is if it were in th basement of the Firehouse

Fantastic experience: Once again on my vacation I joined for the week. Great gym, great staff, nice atmosphere, clean, reasonable fee for a week. Scott at the front desk was pleasant every morning and acknowledged me each day. Joey also was nice to chat with and is currently one of the new owners. Very personable. Thanks for a great gym week guys.

Great and friendly vibe, well maintained and varied equipment, climate is perfect and even better, the price! Update: this gym is still the one to join. Great vibe, good music, good price.

Fantastic experience: Got a weeklong membership while vacationing in Providence. The staff was so incredibly nice and welcoming. The machines were in excellent condition and were very clean. Also had a massage by Marilyn that was wonderfully relaxing. Excellent experience and highly recommended all around.

Positive experience: Good gym. They pack a lot into a small space - enough to enable a good workout of any body part. The gym is well maintained and kept clean. Staff were also friendly enough and it was quick and easy to sign up for a week ($65). I was there during the last week of August and it was never too busy when I went in around 8 each morning.

The price is always very reasonable compared to the other place in Ptown. Coming here is always a good start to my day. Airflow could be better, and gets too crowded sometimes.

Fantastic experience: This is a great gym while visiting Ptown. Dave was very welcoming when I came in and the place is really clean and kept up. The bathroom was clean (mens) and equipment was newer, clean and all working. Nice hometown feel, it is a nice compact well laid out design. It was nice too that Dave (the owner) gives you a couple of freebie gifts when you visit there. I was there for a week and used it everyday. There rate for a week is very fair, and the other staff was friendly as well. This was my 2nd time joining this gym while I was on vacation there.

Fantastic experience: Just had my first workout there. Loved it. Had everything I needed (and more) and it wasn't a "scene". Was able to use all equipment without waiting. And this is during Bear Week. Great AC and very clean. Will be back tomorrow.

Negative experience: Worst experience ever! Some money needs to be put back into that gym! With such high prices you would think the gym would be in better shape. The gym was filthy. The bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. The bathroom needed a gut. The toilet stalls are rusty and the shower stalls and countertop was awful looking. There was no soap. I went to what appeared to be a tanning room because I saw a sink and a soap dispenser. No soap there either. The tanning booth all cracked and chipped. Looked like a fire hazard. It should have been replaced years ago. The gym is on the second floor. When I went up to the gym smelled like dirty socks. It was so hot and the music was way too low. The guy at the desk reaked of cigarettes. That's a weird smell to smell in a gym. He was so grumpy. Barely looked up from his iPad to mutter a hello. Why would you work in a place if you were that unhappy there? The mirrors in front of the machines were covered in what looked like spit. There were dust bunnies on the floor and mold on the wall behind the bum bells. There looked like some new equipment. Mostly cardio equipment. Most of the strength training equipment was old and needing replacement. Somethings looked like they had been painted over many times. Did I mention it was hot in there?!? I went to stand by a window and found they were screwed shut. When the grumpy cigarette guy left a very pleasant girl took over. She was the best part of the experience. Discouraged I decided to sit in the sauna. I figured it was so hot in the gym anyway I might as well. The crud in the mats on the floor etc... It was a petri dish in there someone is going to get sick... It smelled like burnt meat in there... need I say more. Thankfully I only purchased a day pass.
