Fantastic experience: Ever since I got a membership here, the staff has always been super nice & pleasant to work with! I would recommend this gym to all fitness levels. Their gym has a variety of equipment to use as well as it being constantly clean. My favorite part about this gym is their dry sauna!

Fantastic experience: I am disappointed I didn’t join sooner. The energy at Flex is so positive, and chill. Great atmosphere they have going on here. Everything was super clean, weights and dumbbells were racked in their right spots. When first walking in I was greeted instantly, my son was able to hang with me during the sign in process without him being kicked out. I canceled memberships for my wife and I at another local gym because she hated the energy at that other gym. Another plus for me is, this is the only gym that offers a Sauna, heat therapy is something I believe strongly in. I believe they are the only establishment in the entire city with a Sauna. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ highly recommended!

It's sooo hard finding a gym nowadays that has one ,and their equipment is top notch and I seen some that I've never seen before ( ladder mill) I loved it. The manger was so nice and showed me all movements of the machines and was very patient with me

Positive experience: So I go there, my family has been in my case about joining a gym since a gym seems to be safer than walking the sidewalks of Crestview. I go there after 6pm to inquire about prices, the doors were locked, no one let me in, so I left. I wanted to shut up my family, but I’ll check out the other gyms in the area instead. I’ve never been to a gym before since I do not care for gyms. I was just going to join to keep my family out of my ear. I’m an introvert so I’d rather deal with the crazy traffic than trying to join a gym.

Fantastic experience: Owner Dan has trained me back in 2014 and we have stayed friends and collaborated over health and fitness ever since. He was the absolute best trainer that I ever have with great qualities and passion. He gives it to you straight but also encourages and coaches you along to meet your goals. I moved since then and came to town a few years ago to tour his gym he now owns. It was very clean and has the right equipment for any client to meet their fitness goals. I know as an owner, he has that same fiery passion to be the best gym in the Crestview community! Highly recommend joining this gym and getting to know Dan if you're local!

Fantastic experience: I love this gym and the owners/staff. Everyone is always professional and helpful if you need it. I have never once felt uncomfortable (or judged) while in the gym! I also have done personal training sessions on two separate occasions, with awesome trainers. I highly recommend Flex Fitness 10/10! Fantastic experience: My wife and I really love this gym! My wife is in love with the dog theme as well. It has a ton of equipment, machines, and free weights. The owners make us feel welcomed every time we go, and their prices are very reasonable. The only downside is that the place is small, but they make great use of the space. Plus, they said they would be moving to a bigger location soon. I can't recommend this place enough.

Dan and Sally have worked hard to make this gym a comfortable place to be. It is clean and well organized, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and the patrons have become like family. This is my favorite judgement-free zone gym. The folks using this facility range in age and fitness levels, but never once have I felt I didn’t belong. From the cardio equipment to the free weights to the machines, there is something for everyone. The personal training option is fantastic! In addition to the amazing atmosphere, Flex Fitness offers affordable pricing while giving a little extra support to teachers, military and first responders. This is just SOME of what they do INSIDE the gym. They are also involved in various community programs so stop by and check them out. You won’t be disappointed!

The prices are great and they don’t try to use their clients to passively market their gym like the other gym in town. The employees are all around great people and have successfully built a gym based on the merit of self improvement and authentic positivity. It’s a great and clean place for you and the family.

Fantastic experience: I have been attending this gym for almost 2 years now and I don’t even know where to start with this review. I absolutely love and adore this gym. I changed my entire life in this gym. Sally and Dan are two amazing people and would do just about anything for you. I hurt my back really bad and couldn’t walk, Dan carries me out and sally drives me home. I need something like a hair tie, head phones, snacks, bites of Sally’s food Haha, etc. they have it or are willing to lend it. Did I mention you can eat off the floor in there because it’s so clean? It’s so serious that their employees vacuum the walls. Every single day you see them cleaning machines, on their hands and knees scrubbing the floors or doing something to make sure their gym is as clean as it can be. I highly recommend this gym. I will never go anywhere else unless I physically move from crestview.
