Fantastic experience: Attending pilates classes in a cozy, home-like environment is a great experience. The sessions are difficult, yet encouraging and inspiring. I am especially grateful for the modifications that are provided when I have an issue with my body, such as a sore back or ankle, until my problem is resolved. There is also a great selection of motivating instructors.
