Fantastic experience: Professionally led pilates in a home-like atmosphere. Classes are challenging, positive and motivating. And I especially appreciate coming to class with a body issue, such as a sore back, ankle etc., modifications are generously taught, until your specific pain or issue resolves. And there are a great choice of motivated teachers.
