Spin 360 Core Fitness

Fantastic experience: Bought 10 classes apiece for my wife and I on Groupon. Went to the first class today and it kicked my butt! The owner, Tina, made me feel very welcome. She helped adjust my bike's seat and handlebars and gave me tips before we began. During the 40 minute class, she encouraged the group, as well as individual people, including myself. At the end, she asked everyone to clap for me which was pretty cool. The few other "spinners" I spoke with were all very kind and welcoming. Tina was a true professional and I am looking forward to my next class. Thanks, Spin 360!

Fantastic experience: I found Spin 360 four months ago and I'm so glad I did! I had put on some weight during the pandemic and had completely lost my motivation to get back in shape. I began with Spinning classes, but then decided to start training with Tina to get ready for my engagement. In eight weeks I had lost 10 pounds - the 5 I had gained plus an extra 5 - and I'm still maintaining it. Tina has created a plan specifically for me and it's working great. I'm so thankful to Tina and the team for inspiring me every day. If you're looking to start your weight loss journey, this is the place to be.

Fantastic experience: This spin studio was 20 miles away from my house and it was a rainy Saturday morning. You would think it would have been a good idea to stay in bed, but I'm not about that! Our instructor Tina gave us the workout we asked for when we signed up and then some. My favorite part of the experience is the attention to detail. Such as the free bottle of water and personalized assistance in adjusting your seat. I went to another spin studio a few weeks prior and noticed the difference. The actual workout on the bikes could have been a little tougher, but I understood that it was catered to the average fitness level of the class. The entire 45 minute routine included a variation of high intensity cycling, hill climbing, stretching, and more. I do have to admit that parts of my legs were sore the next day!

Fantastic experience: Love this place it’s such a great workout! Everyone is friendly the atmosphere is fun with the lights and music it really pumps you up when your working out the trainers are also great and very helpful I highly recommend trying it.
