Negative experience: I doubt the owner, Kam King, will experience a change of heart after I share my first impression of him, but I will anyway. I called to schedule an appointment to enroll in his gym last October. I arrived earlier than anticipated, though. Our dialogue was as follows: “Sorry I’m early,” I said, “I had a change of plans.“ ”Well!” he said exasperated, “Would you make up your mind already?!” I was taken aback - was he serious or kidding? It is inappropriate to tease people you do not know. A customer overhearing our exchange said, “Gee, Kam, that’s not a way to do business.” Mr. King is as obtuse as he is rude. Unfazed by my disconcerted countenance and ignoring his other customer’s comment, he then led me to the front desk to complete paperwork. Since I enrolled with AAA’s Active and Fit Program, I mentioned that I attend several other gyms in the area. He then bragged about the success King’s Fitness enjoys, saying: “It is hard, this business, but it is why I have a huge house on the hill!” he said. Nothing more pathetic than a man who brags about his wealth and lives through his glory days. Al Bundy had more dignity - and a better sense of humor. In all seriousness, I hope he finds it in his heart to treat others better. I couldn’t stand him, so I never went back.

Fantastic experience: King's is a great gym has always had a great reputation and I love getting a good workout here. Kam is also a great guy and will respect what you're trying to achieve at the gym. Great equipment, great atmosphere, no BS. Thanks King's

Fantastic experience: I've been a member of Kings gym for about 5 years and have ZERO complaints! Gym atmosphere is excellent, trainers and members are all very friendly, equipment is top notch and always kept very clean. I recomend this gym for anyone looking for the small personal gym feel!

Negative experience: Today I went to check out the Kings gym but before I could get to the front door I was confronted by a maniac rude old man security guy demanding I move my car and he threatened me by saying he would block me with his ugly yellow truck and call the tow company. While I was there i witnessed him argue and confront other potential patrons. Im an ex marine looking for a local gym and was detered by this crazy low life security.
