O.A.K. Strength Academy

Fantastic experience: My family has had an amazing experience at O.A.K. Strength Academy. We initially went to Matt to help my middle son build muscle so he could be competitive in sports in high school. We decided to include my younger son, who has always struggled with coordination and balance, as well. To our surprise, he has made great strides in his balance and abilities, and his self-confidence has grown significantly. He has even been playing basketball with other kids during recess. Seeing the progress my boys have made, my wife, oldest son, and I have all joined in. Matt does an excellent job of assessing each new client and helping them to reach their goals. What started as a program for my middle son has become a family mission to gain strength and confidence for a healthier future. We are so glad we found O.A.K. Strength Academy!

Fantastic experience: When I initially visited Matt at O.A.k Strength Academy, I had recently undergone shoulder surgery. I was only able to raise my arm up to my chest; I was unable to do any type of lifting, pushing, or pulling. This is why I went to Matt to regain my full strength and more mobility. Over the course of a couple of months, Matt and I worked together and I was able to get my strength and most of my mobility back. I was unable to do a pushup at first, but now I can do over 100 push-ups during my workout. All in all, I am very pleased with the results.
