Fantastic experience: I'd like to begin by saying that if you are currently skimming different personal trainers, stop what you are doing and go directly to MGM Fitness. Not only are you going to be in great hands, but the quality of training you'll receive will be unlike any other. The owners, Mark and Josie, are some of the most down-to-earth people that I have ever met in this type of industry, and they really make you feel welcome and treat their clients like family. They are a dynamic duo, and you can really feel at ease when you begin your training. I highly recommend the one-on-one training with Mark. It has kickstarted my fitness journey, and Mark continues to inspire me to get healthy and back into my best physique the more we train together. I can't recommend a better facility to get your sweat on!

Fantastic experience: Great spot for an intimate gym experience!! MGM Fitness is professional and caters to your needs. Mark Grijalva and his staff do a great job of welcoming a member no matter their fitness level. Mark Grijalva especially does an awesome job creating a positive environment and motivating members to do fitness outside the gym such as runs at Rocky Hill in Exeter or hikes in Sequoia National Forest.

Fantastic experience: While I only worked here less then a year, it was a good work environment. Joise and Mark are two wonderful people who truly care about their clients. I still recommend their facility to those looking for a great place to train. Denise the fierce cardio instructor is amazing as well, she has a natural ability to connect with her class, that takes some trainers years to do, so I highly recommend trying one of her classes.

Fantastic experience: Great spot for personal training or even to take one of their many classes such as kickboxing or spin. Mark or one of the other trainers will create a personalized program for you to meet your goals. Prices are very competitive but you get more bang for your buck.
