Fantastic experience: I joined the adult class at D1 Training Fox Valley, and it’s been a game changer for me. I’ve struggled with back pain for a while, and the coaches here provided the proper training and guidance to help me manage and significantly relieve that pain. Special shoutout to Ethan, who made the sign-up process easy and helped build a personalized program with a coach that’s perfectly aligned with my goals. I’m already seeing progress, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience!

Positive experience: Went for a trial rookie class with my daughter. We were looking for supplemental training to help my daughter's competitive edge (figure skater). Although she's only 8, she was the only one that could do the exercises and ended up waiting a lot for the older boys. She said it was very easy and I could tell she wasn't really pushed at all. The coach said she could easily do the devo class (11-14). I'm not really sure who these classes are designed for but it's definitely not for athletes.

Fantastic experience: All the coaches here are amazing their so kind and willing to help you and they also motivate and support you, they’ve helped me so much since my weight loss journey started from 151 Ib - 138 Ib.

Fantastic experience: After years with no results. I took the leap of faith and decided to try D1. To my surprise D1exceeded my expectations. Mainly the Powerlifting coach(Coach Louise). She jump right in with me and got me started. The programs were different from week to week. which kept things fresh. I enjoy the push and confidence from the coach. I’m actually seeing results with my weight loss. It’s worth the cost I pay weekly. I look forward to going week to week.

He will push you to do your best every day and always wants what’s best for you. He goes above and beyond every day of what’s expected. Highly recommended if you want to better yourself.

Fantastic experience: The trial class absolutely convinced me this was the team I needed to be with on my path to better health and strength. The trainers and staff are attentive and extremely knowledgeable on the various exercises and stretches needed for someone my age and body type. Greatly appreciate the professional staff and being on this journey with them. Would highly recommend D1!

Negative experience: Went there for about 1.5 months and ended up tearing a muscle in my leg, doctor recommended PT and I did go to that. I went one day to this place with the coach Casey made me go and made my leg hurt 10x worse. Both doctors said I will be out 6-9 more months than needed.

My boys absolutely love attending the rookie program and always looking to work with their coaches. It is such a positive and motivating environment to be in. Highly recommended for new athletes and current athletes looking to improve their craft.

Fantastic experience: I run track and cross country. I came to D1 to improve in running and become stronger. I love it at D1 everyone is so nice especially all of the coaches. At first I knew nothing about lifting but when i came here they made sure i was comfortable with every exercise.They watch you to make sure your you are going every exercise correctly so you can get your best results out of the workout and they motivate us.

Positive experience: POOR EXPERIENCE WITH TRAINER BUT PROFESSIONAL STAFF OVERALL I had an unfortunately poor experience with a trainer after she transitioned onto the D1 team. She had refused services going further for the rest of the billing cycle and going forward after I expressed dissatisfaction with the training being provided. Cancelling services was relatively easy, with Marlana the manager being very understanding. She also provided a refund of the prorated rate of the billing cycle--no questions asked and without hassle. The facility itself is quite nice and the other trainers I talked to were welcoming and knowledgeable. Don't let my one bad experience with a trainer deter you from training there, just know that if you do have a negative experience with a trainer, it is properly remedied by management.

Fantastic experience: I was a little intimidated at first when I joined because I knew nothing about lifting and the right form BUT quickly became super comfortable with everyone. The coaches are great and of course Marlana is great! The people that train with you are all team players and are quick to lend a hand when needed. I have been coming for a couple of months now and already see results in muscle growth. Don't hesitate any longer and join the family!

Fantastic experience: I’m so glad that I decided to take a trial class at D1 Fitness. I instantly knew this is where I wanted and needed to be doing my workouts as part of my health and fitness journey. I was feeling stuck and unmotivated with what I was doing prior to D1. Since starting here I have finally started to see the numbers on the scale go down and my upper body strength increase. The staff is great! They demonstrate and explain each movement thoroughly so you get the most out of your workout. Most of the time you’ll find an instructor taking a class right along side with you, which is always motivating!! I can’t wait to reach my fitness goals at D1.

Fantastic experience: I recently took on the 6 week challenge to lose 3% body fat so I can be a better me, soccer player, and mom. My son loves taking the rookie classes and I felt it was time for me. With the help of the D1 staff, I met that goal and then some. Marlana and team gave me the tools to make life style changes, and the coaches guided and supported me. They encouraged me when I needed it, and pushed me when I needed it more to get closer to my personal best. I feel like a different person today and I can’t thank them enough for the results I am seeing. Though I met the D1 challenge, my personal challenge is not over yet! I can’t wait to continue this journey with my D1 family!

Fantastic experience: I’ll be honest, I only review places that are worthy of a positive review. I’m new to D1 Training Fox Valley… and so far, it’s been GREAT! The group classes have been what I’ve needed to get myself back into shape and feeling good. All of the D1 coaches are knowledgable and do a great job offering a productive upper, lower, or full body workout. The gym is super cool, too. It’s clean and spacious… and has all levels of equipment (there’s options for just about anyone). I feel that I’m really going to like D1 Training Fox Valley for a long time!

Fantastic experience: My daughter (soccer player) has really benefited from coming to D1. Her strength & explosiveness on the ball has improved drastically. All of the trainers are knowledgeable and patient while making the sessions fun and competitive.

Fantastic experience: By far the best gym I’ve been to in a long time. Coaches push you constantly and also teach you proper technique to maximize the workout. Even in class with others it still feels like a personal season. Who wouldn’t want that.

The coaches are super encouraging and so fun to train with. D1 is perfect for all ages and anyone who wants to work hard!

Negative experience: One star for unprofessional/Lack of communication between staff. Huge red flag glad I didn't sign up. Pretty gym but sadly thats all it is. I went to sign up and i kept getting the run around with no respect at all for Gas prices. Spoke with marisa who didn't communicate with her staff members that someone new was coming to join. Raph the "front desk Guy" who is so lost poor thing smh tries to put me in a class after i told him im new and need proper assessment. Lady trainer sets appointment forgot she did. Very disappointed !

Fantastic experience: I love this place I just started going there great vibes and i also love that they don’t treat you any different just because your a girl that treat you equally and the instructors are amazing and just love it here .

Fantastic experience: My son has been with D1 Training in Fox Valley since late fall. At first he didn’t want to do it but after just two sessions he was hooked. He has seen changes in his strength, agility and most of all his confidence. He looks forward to taking part in their training sessions. The coaches are all very positive. Take interest in all of their students and mix things up in each session to keep up the interest. Give them a try. It is well worth the time and money!

Fantastic experience: Exceptional Team ❤️ My workouts with Coach Jayson - he is a conscientious trainer and great motivator. I feel so much better since I joined D1. I feel very safe there the team places great emphasis on cleanliness of their facility and my health.

Fantastic experience: I brought my son here starting in March of 2021. After 2 classes we were both certain that this was the place for him to improve his strength, and explosiveness for his MMA, BJJ, Wrestling competitions. I now have my other kids as well as myself signed up, and I wouldn't have done that if I didn't believe in what was going on here at D1 Fox Valley. Not only have I seen an improvement in their physical health, I've noticed improvements in issues with ADHD, Anxiety, and self-confidence. The coaches are great! We have had the ability to work with all the coaches and each one brings something a little different to the table. They each have their own ways of motivating you through the classes without the yelling and screaming form of motivation. The owners Paul and Jeff have been very welcoming since day 1 and I never felt pressured to sign my son up or later my other two kids. They were and have been upfront about things we have talked-about. Remember, you get out of it what you put into it. We have committed to the process as an addition to the sports they play and make sure they come here very regularly and the results are speaking for themselves!! I can't wait to see how far they'll go in the months to come!!

Fantastic experience: D1 was extremely well put together! Very new and clean! The hosts, staff and management were properly outfitted with the right attire to get me and my girlfriend focused on the task at hand that day! They had all the tools and equipment laid out with an instructor lead class which focused on endurance and balance. Overall it was a 9 out of 10 cause I thought they could have given a little more instruction to the experts in the class who were obviously keeping up or were ahead of the instructors at times. Something that I’m sure the instructor will hit on next time as they noted they were going to make it more challenging for experts next time!

Fantastic experience: This is truly an amazing place. I’ve seen a great change in me been only going since April. All the coaches are truly amazing very helpful very understanding. I started to take my daughter and she loves every minute of it. It’s really worth it.

Negative experience: BEWARE OF THIS GYM. THE HEAD TRAINER IS NO LONGER THERE. IF YOU DO GO DO NOT PAY IN LONG INCREMENTS!!! I've been going to this gym since it opened. I went especially for the head trainer, who is amazing. The two owners of the gym, Paul and Jeff, have no idea how to run a gym or how to treat their own clients and employees. They are also very manipulative. They had the previous head coach and had him move from ARIZONA! They then fired him in a parking lot with no warning to him or the clients. People just showed up on Monday and their trainer is gone. Completely unprofessional, and not fair to the people who trained with him. They don't pay overtime either, why would you want to go to a gym that treats its clients and employees like that? They pick and choose who to not give refunds too depending on whether they think you'll fight it or not. So many people can't get a refund even though they fired the only qualified personal trainer. Now it's just a bunch of people right out of college who are very nice but don't have the experience to train people who are in competitive sports. The only thing they care about is money it seems. Very limited services also for the price they charge. They don't sell anything healthy either, just Gatorade with a bunch of sugar and some gummies that are basically candy. You've been warned.

Fantastic experience: I have personally had a very pleasant experience with Coach Cody and D1, especially during this quarantine. The executed work out plans are phenomenal. The Tabatha course is intense cardio, but I love it. I am determined to get better at it. Just when you feel like giving up Coach Cody is right there encouraging you and pushing you not to give up. Also, D1 makes it easy for you to sign up for the offered classes. I am happy that we have it as an option during this quarantine.

Fantastic experience: My boys started there before they opened with outdoor training & really enjoyed their training with Cody. Now they look forward to going every couple of days.
