Fantastic experience: Staff is friendly, and the equipment is kept updated.

Positive experience: I appreciated the quality service from the trainers and staff, especially the trainers. I did not appreciate how difficult it was to terminate my membership by the Peak Payment when I needed to move.

Fantastic experience: Now you haven’t been to a gym like this baby. This gym offers a lot. If you have kids what don’t leave them home bring them with you. We offer childcare services. Yes that’s right CHILDCARE!!!!! Hydro Massage, Cardio Cinema yes you can get that workout in while watching the movie of the day. Now I’m not going to give all the services away but I can tell you after that great work out you can grab you a smoothie from smoothie King. Yes we have that here and too. So come and grab you a membership for the family and ask for my boss Scott. He will take it from there. Hope to see you there.

Negative experience: No 1 year monthly contract. They know people will sign up and be stuck for the second year. I joined Golds Gym just for that reason.

Fantastic experience: New member and I’m super pleased! So many class options, clean and a fun childcare option for my boys!

Negative experience: We pay way too much for this gym for it be 80 degrees in here.

Fantastic experience: Price is a little steep buts it’s definitely better than that cheesy “black card” or “G**** Gym” thing and the once a yr annual membership dues can be a surprise when it happens, (would be nice if a warning was sent out at least a couple days prior) but overall it’s well worth the money, I’ve been a member for almost two years and I’ve seen the improvements/additions they’ve made in their equipments AND it’s maintenance. It’s very clean and the locker rooms are nice, trainers seem to be very engaged and knowledgeable, assorted classes like Zumba, yoga, and cycling is an extra benefit too along with childcare service while you can focus entirely on your workout.

Negative experience: They've texted and called me twice! When they called they said "we're following up on your interest in a membership". I've never ever heard of this place! I've told them to stop contacting me!

Negative experience: Nice gym. But shady in how they present costs and payments. Almost impossible to cancel and membership. The “free” months get added to the end of your contract and you pay for them. And the AUTO sign you up for NEW contract without your signature

Negative experience: Front desk people are not friendly & family plan won’t cover for the kids with 17 years or older. They need to buy separate membership for $59.99/ kid. I am not going to renew my membership.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of EFC for almost two years. I use this gym mostly for the high -quality classes and the sauna. EFC offers great hot yoga classes--I especially love Elsie's Sunday hot yoga. Zumba is always post-on as well. The equipment meets my needs and everything seems to work whenever I use the machines or weights. We will continue using this gym, especially since there are no yoga studios in this area.

Fantastic experience: Very happy here!!! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming!!! Very clean atmosphere and locker rooms. They have a variety of machines, classes, and trainers. Something for everyone! Austin is awesome!!!

Fantastic experience: EFC makes everyone feel welcome. Very diverse and happy clientele. I always find a class or machine I feel comfortable with. Cynthia Clemons is my favorite for ‘Simply Fit’ Thurs. at 11a.

Negative experience: Incredibly difficult to cancel membership even after your contract is up, they definitely try to scam you when having you sign contract by skimming through on electronically and not even printing it out or showing you the fine print. Third party billing company is incredibly rude and difficult to work with as well. Unless you want to be locked into a contract with a facility that steals your money with no remorse, I’d advise against joining

Fantastic experience: Best physical and conditioning facility in the CSRA hands down. Staff gym family are the best. You get everything that you’re looking for in EFC.

Positive experience: A lot of equipment and space. Tricked me to join saying 6 months free but later when reached there told me I need to pay for 1 yr 1st and free months start later

Positive experience: Gym is overcrowded all the time. They don’t have a maximum capacity and continue signing people up and simply don’t have the room to accommodate so many people. Sad because I love this gym but it’s always PACKED. Hoping for a 2nd location asap!

Negative experience: I was going to try out the free trial because the fitness center is only a few miles from my house, but after reading all the negative reviews I won’t be signing up for this gym. I will continue to drive the longer distance and utilize the free fitness center and indoor pool at Fort Eisenhower. I’m glad I saw all the reviews about the contracts, locker room and bathrooms. I did use this fitness center when I was active duty (Army) and I recall how difficult it was for me to cancel my membership when I came down on PCS orders. My wife and I had to pay a hefty cancellation fee back then.

Positive experience: Expensive, claiming their monthly is cheap, but adding an annual maintenance fee, which makes the monthly fee more than the other gyms, the bathrooms are usually messy with water everywhere but those are the worst things overall the gym is great and my favorite

Fantastic experience: This is my first gym I've been too an I Absolutely love it! Always very clean, staff is nice and everyone comes to work out with no judgement to the next person. I enjoy the classes, especially PushZone. I usually try to attend that class 3-4 times a week. They have childcare, whom staff is awesome! Parent's Night Out twice a month is Amazing! I recommend this gym to anyone looking, you won't regret it!

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of Evans Fitness Club since May 2023. Even though this gym is relatively expensive, I believe it's worth it because of the group fitness classes, the staff, the personal training return on investment, and how well maintained the gym is. I highly recommend Tom as a personal trainer if you want to build muscle!

Positive experience: Solid gym with wonderful classes and equipment, but the facilities are rough. The men's bathroom has signs of abuse to the lockers, showers, and toilets. The gym even had to stop offering towels to members because so many were stolen. In addition multiple times the bathroom floors were so wet I saw people slip and fall. This is obviously a safety concern Disappointing to see a great gym, in a good area mistreated by its members. I ask the owner to invest more in maintenance of the bathrooms

Fantastic experience: The gym is nice, but the main reason I love going to this gym is because the childcare center is so amazing!!! Everyone is so friendly and fun to talk to and they love all of their kids! It’s a super clean environment. They can get really busy, but they’re on top of everything all the time. I hope they get paid well lol

Negative experience: I wouldn’t even bother coming here anymore to train a combat sport the octagon was removed long ago, it was replaced with a nice fight gym with a lot of bags, mits, speed bag, etc now it’s been minimized and combined with another part of the gym with only 4 bags, no mits, no mats, the mirror was removed, etc.

Fantastic experience: Even when it looks packed you can get on equipment. I love all of the different options, it keeps me from getting bored with my workout! So many classes that it feels empowering instead of intimidating to decide what to do next!

Positive experience: Very friendly staff. Ladies locker room needs some repairs. Overall awesome facility.

Negative experience: This has been the hardest time I have ever had to cancel a gym membership. They use a third party company to do the cancellations which is WILD. One of the worst experiences ever.

Negative experience: They lied about the contract I signed up for the free 30 days a couple of days before the 30 days are up I wanted to cancel I have never been and I was told that I had to pay out a 2 year contract or relocate if I did relocate I would have to show proof of new residence. During the process if I had known that while I was signing up I would have NEVER SIGNED UP AT ALL. That wasn’t explained in the contract.

Fantastic experience: Wow!! This gym is amazing! The trainers are so patient and willing to listen to my interests as an older woman. I love it!!!

Negative experience: ** BE AWARE ** They have essentially taken the marketing and sales tactics of a grimy used car dealership and placed them in this gym. They don't list prices on their website so you MUST go there and talk to them in person where they make you WAIT to see a salesperson who uses all the tricks you would come to expect from lousy car dealership. Pricing is not straightforward and "discounts" start getting applied to pressure you into joining. They text you incessantly after if you don't sign that day.. and their mailers they send out are completely misleading. "6 months free" yeah after playing for 1 year upfront. If you don't like slimy sales tactics, go somewhere else.

Fantastic experience: EVANS FITNESS CLUB HAS THE BEST CHILDCARE EVER! The staff is amazing, loving and caring for your children and is always there for you as well! You walk in to that childcare and the atmosphere in there is always welcoming. Another perk is that they always keep the childcare clean and organized this way they try to keep away all the little germs that they possibly can by cleaning top to bottom every single shift. They also offer parents night out, kid fit classes, which is amazing. My kids absolutely love. Going in there and playing on the jumpy and the basketball court and meeting new friends. The gym is well maintained and clean. They did an amazing renovation that I absolutely love and i truly enjoy working out here at EFC. All of the staff are very respectful and welcoming! I also enjoy taking the classes as well they have a lot of amazing instructors and classes!

Negative experience: Why would anyone spend 60$ bucks a month on this ordinary gym? I mean, LA fitness jacket way better for less cost

Negative experience: Either the steam room or the sauna are always down, and they require you to advertise to 5 people before signing up. They don’t show you what you’re signing for when you sign and they ask for 5 star reviews frequently. Pretty annoying

Fantastic experience: The facility is really nice. Customer service at the front is ok. Phones seems to be the most important thing these days and not greeting your valued guests. When attentive, Customer service is good.

Positive experience: This is the better of all the gyms in the area. Just beware that the equipment is going down hill and the locker rooms are trashed or stink most of the time. The mens at least... a lot of the lockers are broken or have stains and smell bad. The urinals have urine and the same pubes there on the floor for days in between mopping, and the music is too loud in there most the time. They recently did an upgrade on the equipment and put in a new series of lifting racks that are nice but I always find major structural nuts and bolts loose or on the floor as well as most of the other machines in the building. Its nice going here because the people are serious but friendly and nice at the same time. Just bring a pair of channel locks and some grease to tighten the machines you want to use.

Fantastic experience: I love how sanitary and clean the employees maintain their facility. I can't get swole if the equipment is nasty and covered in sweat.. thank god for sanitizer wipes!! Desiree is the best!!!

Fantastic experience: Evans fitness club has the best atmosphere to get a great workout in. From the friendly staff, top of the line equipment and great classes with instructors. You will be impressed from the time you walk into the gym until the time you leave. I recommend if you’re looking for a gym home this is it!!

Fantastic experience: When choosing a gym the kid care played a huge role as a mother of four young kids. The kid care at the EFC is exceptional. They get to know your kids and treat them so well. I’ve always been so impressed with all the employees who take care of my children. I also love the group classes. They’ve got a great variety and honestly get me to the gym. Very pleased with the EFC!

Fantastic experience: This may get long winded. I am a person who works out at least 3-4 times a week. My regular gym is 24 hours but only offered equipment, no classes. Well, I was really interested into getting back into group fitness classes and heard about EFC. I was sold after the tour and class list. There are many varieties of classes from cycling, yoga, barre, bootcamp workouts and the les mils classes (body pump, zumba, etc). I signed up for the year upfront as the special was buy 12 months and get 6 months free. The price for me was reasonable as a single person when divided across the 18 months and a cleaning fee is not included if you pay upfront. The equipment is decent and rhey have plenty of most machines, benches, and racks. I have enjoyed the sauna after every workout and sometimes use the steam room. I will say that I've noticed a lot of members, male and female, don't tend to wipe off equipment after a workout, usually the cardio equipment so please wipe before and after use. I paid upfront and I'm a permanent resident of Columbia County so I can't speak to the issues with ending the contract early for those temporarily stationed here or moving away. The instructors have all been nice and friendly. Even though I'm in good shape, the classes do give me a good challenging workout. For what the gym offers, I think its worth the money. The family plan would be double the rate I paid but I was told it can allow up to 6 users on one family plan so if you have a big family, it may be worth the cost if all the family members use the gym. I didn't pay the extra for the special 2 classes they offer and also didn't need the daycare but that is an additional cost. They have a hydromassage machine, I didn't pay for that either. I feel the basic amenities were suitable enough for my fitness needs.

Fantastic experience: Has everything you need for a great workout. People are friendly, and plenty of space and equipment to get in and out without having to wait. And clean.

Positive experience: Gym is probably one of the best in the area. Usually doesn’t get too busy and plenty of equipment. Giving 4 instead of 5 due to their being no mirrors in the free weight area, and is a bit pricey.

Fantastic experience: Tyler went above and beyond during our enrollment process. He was helpful and available without being pushy. He answered all of my questions and did a great job and is a large part of the reason we joined EFC! As a family with teenagers and a toddler, it’s nice to have a healthy activity that we can all enjoy together thanks to fun childcare that the little one loves! Thanks Tyler!

Positive experience: My husband was a big fan of this place when he had a membership years ago, so we went for a tour and to get membership information after looking online and being bombarded by marketing text messages from three different phone numbers weeks later. It has had renovations and modifications done to the layout, offers lots of classes, and even has a daycare! While everything offered seemed nice, the cost of a membership was just not justifiable at this time.

Fantastic experience: Can’t brag on EFC staff and facilities enough!! So many great classes & equipment to work with. Not to mention my kids love the Club house.

Negative experience: This company is insane!!! instead of paying their cleaning company out of their account someone created a process to charge every customer and additional monthly fee for one month which for me was 120 dollars for the month. Let’s remind you I wipe down equipment too shouldn’t I get paid ! This was never explained or clarified to me when signing up. Pay the cleaning company out of your account next time and not mine Scott !!lastly I I’ll politely be sure to let everyone know that in order to cancel a gym membership they will need over $1200 its a freaking gym for gods sake not a apartment complex or car lot . I understand Health is wealth but y’all can go to hell. Any promotion is a scam stay away !

Negative experience: We’re military and were told we would be able to cancel membership with orders- no problem. We were able to do so, but not without being charged after being told we would be able to cancel without any fee. Facility is nice but over-crowded. Once I was signed up I was contacted multiple times and encouraged to sign up… which I had already done. Overall not a good experience. Unorganized. Hard to get out of contract and dishonest business practices.

Fantastic experience: Evans Fitness Club is a great place to work out. All the equipment is clean, working and most importantly they have a lot of machines so there's minimal wait. The staff is friendly and responsive to my questions and they make you feel welcome.

Negative experience: Stay away from this place. Any promotion they have about free membership is a scam. Do not refer your friends or family because they will tell you can can cancel but make it hard for you to do so and many people don't put up a fight so they win most of the time. The 30 day free membership to friends and family is actually 7 days when you show up. RYAN and everyone who works there are liars.

Fantastic experience: It's a really enjoyable club. Great amount of options for the entire body to workout with. I just feel a pool would complete it, also a small basketball court.

Fantastic experience: Try the Werq class with Patrice Williams! Also Zumba is a blast! (But bring earplugs to protect your hearing— it’s loud.) Spin is also excellent! Excellent teachers! EFC’s strongest point is the quality and variety of classes. Also, there’s no bank of TV’s confronting you when you get on the treadmill. Tv is integrated into your machine, if that is your thing. Also music in the common areas is low which encourages people to interact with each other. Glad I joined!

Negative experience: BELIEVE THE BAD REVIEWS AND RUN FOR THE HILLS!!! Signed up last night being told that childcare was included in my membership. Showed up today and was toldnit would be $20/mo extra. I might have been fine paying the $20/mo extra but the blatant lie made me turn around and walk out the door with my now crying child. This has to be an absolute sick joke. Horrible experience and will be letting any mom looking for a membership to a gym know about the misleading practices and blatant lies here.

Fantastic experience: We love Evans Fitness Center no matter what time of day I workout there are always enough machines and enough space to really get a good workout. There are so many classes to choose from as well which is awesome so you're never bored with your workout. Enrolment was easy and affordable

Positive experience: Signing up was easy peasy and I love the options for classes. The recruiters are kind and welcoming. It's a good place to exercise, everyone just does their own thing; and there are so many options for different types of exercising, it really could fill 20 hours of your week trying to do it all. Also, ran into one of the owners and he was uber friendly, couldn't have asked for a better interaction with an owner of a company, definitely helped concrete the goodness of this gym. Only complaint is that sometimes the music is a little raunchy, but.. It's a gym full of guys.. so I get it.

Fantastic experience: Genuinely the best gym in Augusta, due to the fact that you do not see obnoxious tripods in every other corner, the trainers are more than helpful, and will happily assist you and give you advice if wanted. Definitely recommend!

Positive experience: I love Evans fitness! I’ve been there since they were the Evans fitness Express however when I renewed my membership recently I was told by Evans fitness that I get one free blood work at center for modern aging. When I went to modern aging the lady with the accent was very rude and refused to honor the free blood work and told me I needed to pay so I came back weeks later to pay and she refused to let me pay for the bloodwork. Thanks for letting me share.

Positive experience: This was once a great place for working out. However after recent upgrades, classes operate in the center of the gym with music blasting so loudly that you can’t hear another person speaking four inches away from your face. This is morning at Evans Fitness July 26, 2023: The music was excessively loud in three areas. The cycling class was the loudest but not to be outdone the class’s, operating in the middle of the gym, music was increased by an order of magnitude. Then the general gym music was playing. Have had conversations with gym management multiple times…doesn’t help. Packed my bags and left within the hour of getting to the gym. Consider another gym or go at four in the morning, 2 o’clock in the afternoon, or after 8 p.m. By the way, gym members are less than sanitary. Use the bathroom before you come to EFC.

Fantastic experience: I was between choosing two different gyms. EFC and another gym in the area. I talked to the staff at EFC and scheduled a tour. Let's say I signed up by the end of the tour. Great facility, great staff, and a plethora of activities going on. My family absolutely loves Evans Fitness Club.

Fantastic experience: We join two weeks ago. Classes are plentiful and challenging. The instructors are opening snd welcoming for the most part. Push class and The Body Pump wee great! I did have one boot camp coach that wasn’t very encouraging. He stated he didn’t work with beginners. Overall, I’ve made a great choice. I love the sauna and steam room. Those two offerings sealed the deal for me.

Negative experience: Was told that there was equipment there that wasn't in order to sign up. When confronted about it, they said they were working on getting it. Not very welcoming to people new to the area. Careful about signing up, because in the fine print you are locked into a 3 year contract.

Positive experience: I like to buy a guest pass when I’m visiting my parents. Love that they have les mills classes. Felt a little lost, never found the locker room.

Fantastic experience: It’s an amazing fitness club. The staff is great. The energy is amazing and the different classes they offer are really really fun. All their facilities are really great and the machines are all in good shape! Scott there was really helpful in getting me signed up and recommending the best packages they have offer! Will recommend it to anyone coming and living in and around the Evans area!

Fantastic experience: I'm new. I still haven't tried every but so far so good. I have tried the boot camp work out and it was good. I like the fact that the gym is always busy but not overcrowded. You can still work out without having to worry about everything being used.

(George Eliot, by the way, a.k.a."Mary Anne" or "Marian"), became known by her pen name George Eliot; she was a famed English novelist, poet, journalist, translator -- and one of the leading writers of the Victorian era. I highly recommend the Evans Fitness club to anyone, and especialy to those who have (for whatever reason) neglected their fitness and health in the past. (It doesn't take very long at all, based on my experiences here, to recognize significant improvements in your physical [as well as menta]) condition. Trust me! Negative experience: This is absolutely not worth the monthly price that you pay. It has also a complete nightmare trying to cancel your membership. I have not lived in Augusta for over a year and I am jumping through loops just to cancel something that I do not use. (You can't just call the club because they use a 3rd party servicer.....extremely inconvenient and money hungry.)

Fantastic experience: The facility’s atmosphere is VERY warm and welcoming! I love that it is clean and that there is plenty of equipment to use to get a balanced workout in. I also love that i can watch movies while using the elliptical machine which is usually what I do last before ending my workout with a few stretches. It’s extremely relaxing and the movies are on point…you kinda almost forget that you’re working out LOL.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I recently joined EFC and I couldn't be happier with my decision. When we signed up, Steve was the one who helped us and he was fantastic. He answered all of our questions, gave us a tour of the facility and made the sign-up process a breeze. We both opted for personal training and we've been working with our trainers Haley and Bradyn for a few weeks now. I have to say, we are both absolutely loving it. We really appreciate the personalized attention and guidance they provide. Overall, I highly recommend this gym. The staff is friendly, the facility is clean and well-maintained, and the personal training program is top-notch. If you're looking for a gym that truly cares about its members, this is the place to be.

Negative experience: I don’t have a membership but I pay for a day pass every time I am in town (I attend college in Atlanta) and I asked for some help because I didn’t have a gym where I could afford personal training and management revoked the memberships of 2 very kind and helpful people because they thought they were taking away business from other personal trainers.

Negative experience: Terrible facilities. All the classes on the bottom floor interrupts usage of equipment. Mold in the locker rooms. No where to stretch. Dirt, hair, and dust all over the floor. There is always broken equipment. I am still fighting with them to cancel membership. The front desk says they can’t leave the desk but when I have signed in before they’ve not been at the desk. So I called asked to speak to supervisor and she said couldn’t leave the front

Negative experience: Signing up for the one-week trial at this gym was the worst gym sign-up experience I've ever had. I was told half-way through signing documents that it was a 2-year commitment once I asked a pointed question, although being told earlier it was 60 dollars month-month. They never even gave me a written contract - probably on me a little too for letting that happen. They then told me that I was required to text five contacts with a spam text advertising the gym. They do this with everyone that signs up! The gym was also super crowded both in the afternoon when I visited and early in the morning (5 am)! They had classes that used a good portion of the space in the gym too with way too many people for each class. Had to cancel the week free trial over email and calling a separate organization so that I wasn't obligated to pay over $1400. Terrible experience, very sad.

Fantastic experience: I was visiting a friend, who is a member. The reception personnel was friendly and professional and answered all my questions. I attended four classes and used other equipment. Plus the sauna and stream room area were great. If I lived here, I would most definitely join. I highly recommend this facility.

Fantastic experience: The absolute best gym in town! EFC has so much going on. There is a huge variety of classes and workout rooms. The parking lot may be full but inside there is plenty of room to choose your space in this super organized fitness center. I truly appreciate that feedback is listened to and action taken to keep their customers happy.

Positive experience: Gym is large enough to handle the population, so over crowding isn’t an issue. Some issues with cleanliness in the corners. Needs to increase the “spirit” of the gym- replacing weights, cleaning after themselves etc-

Negative experience: Salesman was misleading, high pressure fast talk you sign that you are reading, the pad is what you sign the fine print is not readable and I trusted his explanation of each clause... He told me I could bring a guest everyday ... I specifically wanted to bring my son .. well, you sure can bring a guest for 10 dollars each day. Went to get him his own membership, and can't because he is a minor.... But I can add him to a 120 dollar family plan.... For two people who can only come together... We don't have a whole family. The towel service has been discontinued. The sauna and locker room are always in a state of disrepair and mold. I will be taking them to small claims if they will not release me from my contract. They would be a great month to month club, there is no need for the sleazy deception about the contract terms.

Fantastic experience: Great facility! Equipment is maintained and up to date, theres plenty of rooms for isolated work and training, lots of great classes available to take. Very clean environment also.

Fantastic experience: Evans fitness club is a very versatile gym. The staff make you feel welcomed every time you walk in. I am glad that Mr.Scott helped me sign up for a membership

Fantastic experience: The gym is great, with the trainer I had being very understanding if I had to reschedule and paying great attention to my limits and what exercises would be best to achieve my goals. The machines are also great, with anything you’d need being available. The people in the gym are also nice, never being rude or anything while talking.

Fantastic experience: This gym has been one of my favorite places since early 2013. Had to pause for a bit. Now I'm back to finish what I started all those years. A healthier me.

Negative experience: Gym is decent but screw peak payments and shady business practices. If you’re reading this, run! I thought “aww, it can’t be that bad.” It is and all the reviews are true.

Fantastic experience: Excellent facilities with great classes included in the price of membership. Childcare for up to 2 hours per day during gym sessions was a huge selling point for selecting the family membership.

Fantastic experience: The best gym I’ve ever gone to!! And I’ve gone to several!! It has so many amenities, machines and classes to go go! Would truly recommend it to anyone!

Fantastic experience: Such a wonderful gym. The staff is very helpful, it is always clean and well kept, my trainer Sarah is AMAZING, and I love that I can go and enjoy my workout without having long waits for machines to be available.

Negative experience: So so packed no matter when. Either can sign a 1 or 3 year plan not knowing you’ll never get a spot at any machine you’ll ever want to use. You drive by and the parking lot along with the 3 neighboring parking lots are full. Too many members not enough space

Fantastic experience: Really great gym. They really have everything you need. Is it expensive? Of course. But it sure is a nice gym. They've got saunas and showers that always stay clean.

Fantastic experience: Scott Boutwell is there when you need him to solve any problem. He exhibits the kindness it takes to make you feel like the gym is being managed properly. Furthermore, traveling and joining the gym again even short time later is made to be accommodating and you truly feel like you have made a new friend.

Negative experience: TO be honest, it is 100% not worth the amount of money you have to pay each month. It's incredibly expensive for a gym that in my experience, has peeling handles, broken down machines, and is consistently busy if you go anytime after 3pm. All gyms are busy as this time, however the classes begin in the evenings, which due to recent renovations doesn't allow for regular gym goers to use 70% of the workout space/equipment. My best advice would be look at other gyms before this one, or go do a tour during 5pm. If you prefer working out by yourself and not in a class this gym is not for you.

Fantastic experience: If you need accountability this is the gym for you. The staff is extremely persistent and professional in helping you achieve your goals. Awesome child care program too

Negative experience: Such a scam. I came in as a guest - it was fine. They texted me afterwards saying they were offering a 30 day free pass. When I come in the next day, the girl at the front desk said I didn’t have a free pass and I would need to talk to the manager about it. (Why would I need to do that when you were the ones who gave me a free pass?) I said no thanks, I’m not going to talk to them about it because I shouldn’t have to. To which she stared at me. So I said I’ll just…. go home then. And the girl at the front desk just let me leave! I’ve never experienced something like that in my life Horrendous customer service and atrocious business practices by saying I had a 30 day pass for free, then not honoring it. Definitely did not pass the vibe check.
