Atwater is really invested in helping people reach their fitness objectives, and his tailored approach has been a great help to me in keeping up with my lifestyle plan. His team sessions are enjoyable, but I prefer his individual sessions the most. When my children are old enough, I'll definitely be sending them to him for soccer training.
