Fantastic experience: I was my first time stepping into a boxing gym. Coach O'Jay is a very knowledgeable and patient instructor. The gym has a friendly environment. I had a lot of fun but intense training, thanks to O'Jay. I will definitely come back here if my schedule allows.

Negative experience: Do not give this place your business. The unprofessionalism I received from this place was unacceptable. Using the excuse that there's only one person running the business and that you don't have time to tend to your customers is not an excuse. I would not recommend this business. All the good reviews for this place was from the prior owner. I tried to work out the issue i had with them and received sarcastic response, and unprofessionalism

Fantastic experience: Lots of classes through the day. Makes it easy to make it in wether it’s 9am or 5pm. Great weight lifting equipment which is sepeperate from the boxing side. Plenty of cardio equipment, as well as different boxing bags. The trainers working here are great to work with wether you are just starting or if you are getting back into it. Come check it out!

Fantastic experience: My 8 year old loves it, coach john is great. My dude was intimidated first class but eager too go back for a second which he loved and already feels at home.

Negative experience: Started to train here until I accidentally k.o.'ed the owner. Don't challenge those who actually know how to fight.
