Twisted Cycle Auburn

We recommend that you arrive 30 minutes early to your first Twisted Cycle class so that we have enough time to set up your bike and trakr, and answer any questions you may have.

The amount of time you spend on the bike during this class will depend on the day's forecast. Our instructors will combine different drills with creative rhythm movements to keep every participant engaged.

Every workout has two circuits. The time on each circuit will vary depending on that day's forecast, with the goal of maximizing caloric expenditure and muscle tone. Each circuit focuses on strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, balance, and agility.
