Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Abby if you are serious about getting fit and/or recovering from an injury. I have been training with her for four months now and the results have been great. I was pleasantly surprised to find a Super Slow workout facility here in Asheville and I'm glad I did because I've had a great experience working with Abby. She is knowledgeable and fun to work with, and I was able to form a connection with her right away. People I trust recommended the Super Slow methodology and I'm glad I followed their advice.

Fantastic experience: to open up and talk. I enrolled in 12 meetings and discovered Abby to be an invaluable asset to work with. She is well-informed and went beyond the call of duty to guarantee a secure environment for me to express myself and converse.

Fantastic experience: I've been involved in workouts my entire life. I've also been a personal trainer myself. What you will find at Rock Bottoms is a fitness training experience that really breaks the rules for what to expect with "typical" personal training. Super Slow works those tiny muscle fibers that you generally never engage with a heavy weight workout. It's these muscles holding you together. Annnddddd - you don't experience that load stress that you might get with a typical weightlifting workout. If you are a busy person and looking for a personal trainer or gym in Asheville where you don't feel like you are taking on more than you can chew - Rock Bottoms! The location is easy if you work downtown. Parking isn't the easiest, but again - it's downtown Asheville. The workout is short, Abby and the team are awesome, and I have no doubt that you will feel stronger, younger, and have more energy. Give it a shot and you will see why this review makes sense.

Fantastic experience: In January 2017, Rock Bottoms entered my life and since then, I have been following their weight training program consistently. As a Certified Yoga instructor of 18+ years and a Certified NASM Personal Trainer, I can attest to the quality of the trainers at RBs and their expertise in guiding me through the weight training process. With increasing muscle strength, the load on the weight machines also increases, allowing the body to safely and effectively adapt to the heavier loads. Furthermore, by purposely exhausting the muscles, the bones receive more nutrients, potentially leading to increased bone density. The trainers also vary the workout routine to make the sessions more interesting. This is a one-on-one training studio and there are never more than two trainers working with clients at any session. The space is well-designed, free from loud music and other distractions. Each session is 30 minutes long and fits into my schedule easily. I highly recommend Rock Bottoms for anyone looking to reach their fitness goals!

Fantastic experience: I have been collaborating with Abby for the past two years and it has been incredibly beneficial to me. After being diagnosed with osteoporosis, I have found this program to be very helpful. Abby is extremely knowledgeable and supportive, making sure that I do the exercises correctly and safely. She is amazing!

Fantastic experience: I have been collaborating with Abby for the past three years. My leg press strength has increased by a hundred pounds and my pull down by seventy pounds. I feel more powerful and am hoping to prevent the osteoporosis that is hereditary in my family. The gym is incredible and I have worked with the other trainers at the gym too. Everyone is very professional and safety is of utmost importance.
