Fantastic experience: I’ve been researching and looking around my area for fitness facilities that will best suit me & my schedule. I came across Eze fitness online. They had a 30 days promo. I called and spoke with the client service manager and she set a consultation with one of the coaches. The consultation went well. I get to see how a typical session will be and I like the fact that’s it’s a small & intimate space. My first day it was a little challenging due to the fact I haven’t been working out /attending a gym since the pandemic plus learning the routine. But I will say the coaches were very welcoming, helpful and worked with me. Fast forward weeks of attending Eze fitness, I’ve seen transformation already. All the coaches are great, the atmosphere is awesome and friendly. The client service manager also check up on me at times which shows good customer service . I will recommend to anyone who interested to tryout Eze fitness.

Fantastic experience: The thought of getting back into working out was intimidating. But from the first day Coaches Brian and Sharye had my back. Both gave me 1:1 attention regarding form and helped me address modifications to avoid injuries. Fantastic experience: I signed up for the 24$ for 30 day promotion. I'm 48 and haven't worked out in about 6 years and I'm very out of shape. I'm excited to say that I have been showing up to class at 5am and with the assistance of the coaches I have been showing up for myself and giving 100%! I love that the couches at Eze fit really care about my performance and take the time to make sure I'm doing each exercise correctly. I have a knee injury and they always modify as needed. The whole eze fit team are very welcoming and supportive! I love that I workout for 1 hour, burn tons of calories and by 6am I'm done for the day! I'm excited to see my transformation in 6 months, after the 30 days I decided to become a member. I know that this is the best decision for myself and eze fit has the best team to help me achieve my goals!

Fantastic experience: I’ve not been to a gym since the pandemic, being diagnosed with T2 Diabetes and having a baby. I’ve been gym shopping for a few months and have finally found a home at EZEFIT. The gang (both staff and members) have been nothing but supportive and encouraging. Half the time I cannot keep up with the terminology (I am a visual learner) and I know I totally lack in technique, but the coaches are there to guide you and make sure you are doing the right steps to maximize your workout and keep you safe. They will push you to your limit without being pushy. I’ve challenged myself to go 4x a week. I’ve made a few buddies who’ve been nothing but supportive and encouraging. So I show up. I do the work. It’s an hour of my time. An hour of hard work in exchange for a day full of energy and happiness. While the scales only show 2 lbs. lost, my A1C has dropped from 6.8 to 6.5 and my cholesterol down to 111 from 130. All in 3 weeks! I know I have a long road ahead of me but I am so excited where this new journey will take me. I hope this encourages someone to try. Don’t be intimidated by the crowd, just focus on yourself. Start at your own pace. Just. Start. The only bad workout is the one that didn’t happen.

Fantastic experience: Coming to Eze Fit has been a great introduction to my newfound fitness journey. My issues with the gym were consistency and accountability which Eze Fit has helped instill in me through its trainers and workout programs. I’ve only been here for a month and progress is inevitable once you commit to the process.

The trainers are very informative as they will constantly help with form and weight in all of the different workouts that are provided. Fantastic experience: My experience with EZEFit has truly been transformative. For years I've been the guy whose assortment of achy joints - knee surgeries, herniated discs, rotator cuff issues, etc. - has seemed like an obstacle to a regular gym routine. I now realize how much those aches had really been an excuse. Jemand and his team really helped me ramp up at my pace - without letting me coast - and get to where I am now. Every coach has been amazing. Every one of the coaches at some point has played a big role in my EZEFit experience. Of course there's a different level of energy when Jemand is on the gym floor as well! I can't say enough - to anyone who will listen - about how EZEFit has kept me on course and motivated. I get the "holy S#!&" reaction from just about anyone I haven't seen in a while. I'm down 25+ pounds in 6 months, along with noticeably improved muscle tone, I am sleeping better, have more energy, and just ran the Spring Lake 5 for the first time in 10 years. The improved leg strength and reduced pounding on my knees is the only way that became possible. As recently as last Fall, I thought I would never be able to run any distance again. As I approach my 50th birthday, I am working towards my 30-year-old weight, but with better core strength and overall health. My joints still hurt, some more than others on any given day, but EZE Fit has helped me work through soreness, and modify to avoid pain (and to better understand the difference between the two). Jemand and his team have been really helpful with guiding me on form, remaining aware of my problem joints, and giving me great modifications to allow for continued progress. The whole EZE Fit team - trainers and co-members alike - bring the energy every day, and that helps get me out of bed and to the gym every day as a result. Jemand created a great environment there, and I'm really thankful for how transformative it's already been. I'm better prepared for any health-related curveballs life might throw at me in my 50's. My only regret is that I didn't take a "before" picture!

Fantastic experience: Eze Fitness has helped me get back on track health wise. About 6 months ago, I experienced a lot of unexplained pain and discomfort. My knees, and lower back hurt for no apparent reason and my energy levels were low most of the time . Going to Eze Fitness was the best decision I made because all those pains disappeared even though now and again my knees still bother me a little; not from the exercises but from many decades of walking the earth. Eze Fitness is not just some other cookie cutter group exercises joint, it’s a culture and way of living with half an army of caring trainers who actually care and know what they’re doing and pay attention to each and everyone who works out there. Well, sometimes getting up at 4:30 am for that 5 am training session can be challenging but one you make it there, it’s the most rewarding and wonderful experience one can have before starting any day’s work. I love Eze Fitness!!

Fantastic experience: Not your ordinary Gym that’s for sure! I was very hesitant to join EZE as I thought it was going to be more than what I could handle. The workouts are challenging, but doable at any level of fitness you fall under. The coaches are phenomenal and will work with you if you need to modify anything and are your biggest cheerleaders and motivators. The EZE fit family setting really makes you feel welcomed and when you walk out of there after your workout you definitely feel that you have accomplished something great. I am so glad I joined almost a year ago this coming July and look forward to being part of this family for the long haul.I feel the best I have ever felt in a long time!

Fantastic experience: My husband and I joined a year ago and we both love Eze Fit!! The classes offer a great combination of lifting and conditioning supervised by extremely knowledgeable and friendly trainers. At Eze Fit, the trainers and Jemand know you by name. They are there to encourage you during your workout and show you how to do the exercises correctly. Anything you need as far as fitness and nutrition go, they have your back. They offer several different challenges throughout the year that help educate you on how to eat right and burn fat. Not to mention, they offer several different class times from 5am to 6pm to help work around your busy schedule. I never found a gym where I felt like I belonged before. Eze Fit is a family. I am pushed to the limit each class, and I leave each class sweaty, tired and happy in the best possible way. Fantastic experience: Working out at this place has enabled me to gain muscle and drop unnecessary body fat. They have absolutely fantastic coaches, a killer workout circuit and truly something for everybody. Doesn't matter how fit are or unfit you are this place will help you reach your goals and get you to the next level. Fun challenges too, but truly most of all it's more than a gym it's a community; when you walk in you feel like you're home. Some of the best people I've had the pleasure of working out next to, it's an honor to call them friends. Anybody can build a gym throw some workout equipment in it and say go, but it really takes something special to create a community.

The way Eze Fit is formatted with the different workouts every day and the amazing trainers who push you in a tough love and encouraging way has completely transformed my way of thinking about working out. Fantastic experience: Warm up and workouts are high energy and motivating. All trainers are hands on, engaged with members and super motivating and encouraging. The boxing puts a nice spin on circuit training. Everyday is fun and challenging. This is not just a gym, it is a transformation center. The coaches and members have been a great support with regaining my health and being in the best shape of my life.

Fantastic experience: The best decision you could make for yourself is walking through the doors of Eze Fit and becoming a part of the community and quite honestly, family that is Eze Fit. Prior to Eze I had never worked out or taken any type of workout class. The idea of working out with a group of people can be intimidating but that’s not the case at Eze. I honestly could not imagine working out in any other capacity or at any gym other than Eze. Every person I’ve met has been beyond supportive and encouraging. The workouts are fun and challenging but the coaches are involved and always willing to offer support, guidance, and modifications if needed. Fantastic experience: I joined Eze in December 2022. At that time, I had really been struggling to consistently sustain the level of health, fitness, and self-image that I had been accustomed to or would have liked. I was exhaustively fishing for and attempting fad or crash diet programs, looking for shortcuts to lose the weight and not have to put in the work. One day, I woke up and decided I was finished with that mindset. I needed to find a gym (or environment) that was going to support my transformation. I came across Eze on Instagram and decided I was going to give it the ole college try. Eze is exactly that, a “transformation center” in every sense of the word. It isn’t just about the workouts (which are effective). Eze is a community of people with common goals, aspirations, and that are committed to bettering themselves mentally and physically. The coaching staff is phenomenal. Members are greeted at the door with a hug, they take the time to understand your history, injuries, limitations, suggest supplementary strategies for pain points, and provide guidance on dietary matters needed to maximize their workouts and your full potential. Most importantly, they are encouraging and hold members accountable, which is what I had been seeking. Eze members, from the OGs to the newest person, are extremely supportive and enhance the gym experience because at one point, irrespective to your fitness level, they were in your shoes and are understanding. Additionally, and in most instances, it becomes competitive, allowing you to get the most out of your workout without thinking about “making it through.” Eventually, you get to a point where you fly through workouts and feel you can do more. For me personally, it’s been instrumental in changing my mindset. It’s totally transformed my decision making, from putting in the work through what I chose to eat/put in my body. I acknowledge and respect that everyone’s fitness goals differ; however, if or when you chose to join Eze, you’re able to address your mind, and the body/results will follow. I’ve become a better person, husband, father and professional, as I am much more confident and possess better levels of mental clarity and capacity to tackle my day to day life. I owe it to those who have helped and supported me since day one, and I will continue to belong to Eze for as long as I am able.

Fantastic experience: Three years at EZE Neptune and I'm a woman who hated working out. I absolutely love my workouts here and the boxing is my favorite!!! I'll never be a size 2 and I have injuries all over BUT the trainers take the time to learn and modify the workouts as needed. Sharye is an asset to this location

Fantastic experience: EzeFitness Transformation Center ( all of their locations ) have transformed so many people’s lives, not just their physique! I speak for myself and can confidently say that I can speak for many other members at this gym that my experience here has transformed not only everything about my physical health but also my mental and emotional health as well. The coaches educate, inspire, challenge and support you on your journey to become your best version of you. EzeFitness is an amazing establishment that is second to none in this industry and has been the most impactful health and fitness program I have ever been a part of.

Fantastic experience: Those who know me, know that working out is ‘my thing.’ It is my mental sanity 6 days a week. I don’t post often nor do I do many reviews so when I actually write one, it is because something/someone is extraordinary and worth my time. Ezefit is all that and more. I joined this gym right before my wedding when I needed a change and a challenge. It was easily the best decision I could have ever made. In those 3 short months, I transformed my body and my mind and am still a committed member 4 years and 1 baby later. Through those years I have been to all 3 locations, utilized their online platform, borrowed gym equipment in 2020 when eze had to close and had trainers modify workouts for me up until 9 months of pregnancy. It really says something when you cannot wait to start your day or cannot wait to go from work to get in your workout. The gym and it’s trainers go above and beyond every single class for us. Always correcting form, adding weight, adding comic relief, you name it. The workouts are always different and challenging, the atmosphere is always motivating and I always leave in a better frame of mind. We call them our superhero coaches because who else can keep up the enthusiasm after 5 classes in a row. Furthermore, they have added an online platform and let me tell you the zoom classes are no joke - with the trainers calling you out and keeping you accountable all from the comfort of your home. Each trainer has his/her unique style and speciality, ie nutrition, kickboxing, but the common thread they all share is their passion and the fact they care about their members. This stems down from Jemand and his wife Kiko. While it is a business, it has never felt that way to me. Ezefit is a family, the second family I never knew I needed!

Fantastic experience: When my friend Lisa mentioned to me about joining EZEFIT, I thought, ok I go the the “gym” so why not? Maybe a change will do me good! Plus I get to work out with one of my BF’s and do this together! Well, I had no idea what this gym would bring to my life! EzeFit is not just a gym, it’s a family of individuals that basically says “welcome, you are safe here, and we got your back”! The coaches are simply the best mentors, the members, supportive and driven.... I’ve made some amazing friends and gained a support system that always lifts you up and keeps you wanting more! No matter you’re age, your fitness level, EzeFit has you covered! Past injuries, new injuries, EzeFit coaches will show you modifications to your workouts so that your goals are still attainable without further injury. EzeFit instills motivation! There are days I don’t want to get out of bed, but I tell myself you are going to feel so good when you walk in those doors and see your people... and even better on your way out when you crushed that workout! Jemand has certainly made a brand name to be beyond proud of and he does it with not just a business mindset, but with a Christian heart, and I see it in every coach he has brought in to lead his EzeFit team/family to success! Fantastic experience: I got introduced by a friend to Ezefit in January 2016. I had belonged to many different gyms, dance studios and dojos for over 30 years, but felt like I was at a standstill and needed a change. Since joining I have transformed myself both physically and mentally. I have the best trainers and am enjoying the challenge. Also, there is a wonderful group of welcoming members. If you are ready for a change, but are afraid to make a full commitment, try a free trial week and then decide! UPDATE: It is June 2021 and I am still a dedicated member of EZE FIT, Neptune Family. I have watched lives transform over the last 5 years and the members and coaches continue to motivate and inspire me. This is not your typical gym and no one judges you. I have made many friendships here too! My life has changed forever and I am thankful for being introduced to EZE. It is an amazing gym and with trainers that truly care about YOU!!

Fantastic experience: If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I have never been someone you would find in a gym but this place and these people are just different. Jemand, Kiko and their team of superhero coaches have built a culture of building one another up so that you can see your own potential and your own power. It's amazing. As a member for 11+ years I can tell you that you have to try a free week to fully understand how outstanding this gym is. Not only will you be motivated, challenged and welcomed, you WILL be transformed! Jemand , Kiko and the entire team are always in your corner and new members are immediately welcomed . Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member at Eze Fit since 2013. I joined when I was getting ready to go off to college to play soccer at West Chester University. As a senior, I was easily the youngest person in class but that never stopped the coaches from treating me like an adult and helping me reach my goals. Since 2013, Eze has prepared me fore 4 years of collegiate soccer, a wedding, and both of my pregnancies. The coaches always knew how to push me to lift heavier or hit that extra rep. They also provided all the modifications needed to keep me and my babies safe. Sharye and Rashon are two of the brightest faces and personalities in Neptune and nothing beats a Jemand hug after a long day at work. All the coaches are extremely nice, personable, knowledgeable, and caring. They greet me and every member with open arms and a smile everyday as if you’re their brother or sister. Eze has been much more than a gym for me, they are a family.

Fantastic experience: I love the fact that it feels like home you work in teams everyone is behind you even people you don’t know there’s no ego’s there. Everyone is there to help if you had a injury or surgery on any part of the body they will modify the workout for you as you go so you still get the workout done. They will encourage you all the way no one is better then the next there’s no judgment from any one it’s highly professional and just all out fun you will work but you have fun with everyone and the staff I would recommend this place to anybody who wants to have fun and you can walk in and just be you with no worries and get a good sweat and workout. This is a place where I can honestly say it’s not about the money it’s about your health and well being

Fantastic experience: Like many others, the pandemic took a toll on me physically and mentally and I was ready to do something about it but I felt lost. A few friends had been going to EZE and always had amazing things to say about it. I decided to try it out for myself and it was one of the best decisions I ever made. Not only are the coaches some of the best I’ve ever worked out with, but the ‘fam’ is what truly sets this gym apart from the rest. If you’re like me and need support and accountability, then this is the gym for you. I’m so grateful for the coaches, especially Sharye and everyone here. They don’t call this place a transformation center for nothing.

Fantastic experience: Ever since I’ve joined Eze fitness, I’ve gotten in amazing shape. At my age, it’s definitely more work to stay in shape and feel healthy, but with Eze, it makes “it easy” to feel great. The coaches are amazing. They actually care and help keep you motivated. Fantastic experience: I have been a member of Eze Fit for over five years now. I joined prior to my wedding and looked amazing in my wedding dress! Jemand and the other trainers worked with me so I was able to work out for the entirety of my first pregnancy, and I got right back to the gym 6 weeks after having my son. They are motivating, accommodating and the friendliest people I know. Anyways she’s been begging me to come for probably a good 5 years of that time lol. So here I am a week into my free trial and started my first week of a new eze fit member of 6 months the following week. All the trainers are awesome and help me out when I’m having issues with my lower back. Everybody is happy and everyone is there for a similar reason. Seems like a great place for me to loose some weight and get back in decent shape. Highly recommend this gym/family.

Fantastic experience: I joined Howell Eze in September 2020 when I was at my lowest confidence and highest weight. I knew I needed a change from my regular box gym, but holy hell I had no idea what I was getting myself into! I started with a 6 week challenge just to get my feet wet. Fantastic experience: I joined Eze fit a month ago and it was one of the best decisions I’ve made! Walking in to your first class is definitely the hardest part but I was greeted by Sharye the moment I walked in and she made me feel very welcome. All the trainers at Neptune are amazing and push you to your best in a safe way. I am now excited to come to the gym every morning. Each class is new and never gets boring! Fantastic experience: I won a free month through a contest and I have the had the unbelievable pleasure of taking the virtual classes for the past 3 weeks. I can already see a huge difference in my body which is amazing. The best part of EZE fit are by far the trainers. They break everything down so it’s easy to understand and are always giving modifications. Fantastic experience: I have known Jemand for a long time. I trained with him before Eze Fitness. It has been 10 plus years since I’ve been to the gym. I finally decided that 2020 was the year and with a little push from my wife I tried it out for a week. Fantastic experience: This gym is amazing. I tried it out with a Groupon for a month and decided to join. I was not motivated to go to a traditional gym and work out on my own whatsoever so the classes have helped me so much to learn how to properly exercise and use weights/equipment. The classes are insane but the trainers motivate you to do the best you can and always make you feel welcome. I have been going for about 8 months now and my outlook on exercise and being healthy has changed completely. I look forward to the classes and have made it a serious part of my weekly routine

Fantastic experience: The day I walked into Eze Fit, I felt like I became part of a family. Everyone cares for each other and roots for everyone's accomplishments. no matter how big or small. I have become a better man, husband, and father since joining Eze Fit. I have learned about meal preparation, workout techniques, and overall wellness. Since joining Eze Fit, my cholesterol has dropped down to 200, I am as strong as I was in college, and I competed in the Warrior Challenge.
