Fantastic experience: Best gym in the Central Coast. The gym vibe is nuts and the members are so friendly.
Fantastic experience: Open 24/7, lots of equipment, and a low membership fee. I love that they're consistently improving the gym. The updated lighting in the posing room was a game changer. The new weight sets, cable machine, and lateral raise, to name a few, were wonderful additions. Frequent community events, and the only gym around (that I know of) that has a reverse hyper extension. Amazing all around.

Fantastic experience: I had been looking for a gym since I moved here. I tried quite a gyms in my area but I found the best gym to be Central Coast Barbell. This gym gives you an old school bodybuilding feeling. They have all the equipment you need. If you are like myself and powerlift, this gym is also for you. You have a platform for deadlifting, a deadlift bar and a power bar. You have a combo rack for squats and bench press. The community is great and many people are willing to help you or spot you. This gym has some equipment you would rarely find anywhere else (i.e. true squat machine) along with other machines such as a belt squat. The owner Danny is very helpful and welcoming. He has multiple payment options that range from monthly to yearly. The price is more than worth the membership and having 24/7 access to the gym is beyond helpful. This is a hidden gem within the central coast and I highly recommend this gym if your looking for a place to you reach your goals.

Fantastic experience: The members here are definitely some of the most honest and hardworking individuals. I dropped my wallet while working out and didn’t realize it until after hours of leaving. So I contacted Corrine, one of the owners, and she quickly checked the cameras for me and found that someone had found it and asked everyone that was there if they had lost a wallet. It was turned in to the office and I picked it up soon after. Very thankful for the awesome people who workout here. I also love how this gym is open 24/7 hours and memberships are very straightforward without the hassle of dealing with any long-term plan commitments. Great place to workout with a great value all around.

Fantastic experience: Great Gym! I choose this gym whenever I am in town for the weekend because it is the closest I can find to my home gym, locally owned with that old school environment! I'm not a fan of chain/corporate/cookie cutter gyms, so if you're looking for the complete opposite of that, THIS IS YOUR GO TO PLACE! I've received quick response whenever I message through Facebook and the staff has always been helpful with providing day passes, $5/day with 24hr access! Can't be beat! Thank you again! Looking forward to my next visit!
Positive experience: Would have been really useful to know that the office hours are only 4:30pm-7:30pm so I knew to get a pass the night before. Very unusual hours.
I do apologise for the confusion on our hours. We have had these hours for years. On many of our listings it does say what our office hours are and that the gym is 24 hours. I do realize it might not be easy to find them on some sites If you had called first it does say our office hours on our message. I don't know if you are only visiting the area or live here but if you call the office we would be happy to help you with getting a day pass. If you call outside of office hours and leave a message someone will call you back during office hours.
