Fantastic experience: Great people, great culture, amazing variety of machines. 24/7 gym

Positive experience: There have been alot of changes here the last year and none of the for the better can be busy during certain hours but never overcrowded and the equipment used to always clean and very well maintained now there's always something falling apart and the new crowd leaves the place a mess you are lucky if you go in there bathroom and find the toilet flushed

Fantastic experience: Great gym multiple Rooms, if your into serious training weather it's sports, bodybuilding, or mix martial arts it's a great place to train, great equipment for my shoulder rehabilitation. Posing room competition shows to practice in. Shake bar with pre made meals and supplies.

Fantastic experience: Great gym. They have all the equipment you could think of and its high quality equipment. I do hope they add a traditional sauna the infrared just doesn’t feel the same.

Negative experience: It would be nice if they actually answered their phone. What’s the use of having a phone number and not picking up the phone at all time after time. Doesn’t help that the mailbox is full either. I’ve called them before and no one picked up and I had to go in person to get their attention and they weren’t even doing anything besides sitting at their desk or at the bar area.

Positive experience: I visited the gym and loved the atmosphere. However I couldn’t get hold of anybody on Saturday 10am. From last 3 days I am calling the number mentioned on website. I left VM, and text message on the number multiple times but no response. I hope the number mentioned under membership section of the site is correct. I need to know membership rates.

Fantastic experience: If you’ve been lifting for years or even a couple months this is the best gym in the Fox Valley. It has a variety of equipment and the owner is a very friendly guy who cares about his gym and members.

Negative experience: Want to go month to month at this facility? Good luck. He charges over $70 per month! Wish I would’ve listened to my friend when she said the owner is incredibly money hungry. Can’t wait until this contract is up. Will be going to Crunch.

Positive experience: I used to spend like 200 a month in shakes here. Since the new owner has taken over.. the shelves are empty more times than not :-(

Fantastic experience: Premier Fitness is one of the cleanest gyms in the Fox Valley. Without a question it's the strongest gym in the area. If you're a Powerlifter, Bodybuilder, just learning fitness or looking to work with some intelligent personal trainers, this is the place to be. They have a Monolift, 2 sets of calibrated kilo plates, combo racks, lots of turf, DBs up to 120, cable machines up to 250, SSB, Duffalo Bar, Deadlift bars, Squat bar, T Bar row, Glute Bridge machine, and more machines than you'll need. The owner is dedicated to adding new equipment. I would recommend Premier Fitness over any other gym within at least 2 hours.

Fantastic experience: One of the best places I've ever worked out. I love the space they have for functional fitness and movement. The owners are friendly and helpful, as are all of the personal trainers. They have a great cafe space which we've used after workouts for getting some work done. Highly recommend!!

Positive experience: I've been coming here nearly 2 years and I love this gym! My only complaint is that the owner allows to many recorders in the gym, destined to be on another person's social media which is humiliating. Other than that the diversity is growing, the environment is friendly, and everyone is helpful. They offer a "kitchen menu" which I don't frequent, but has been useful for me a few times. I can't wait to return when I'm back home!

Fantastic experience: NEW OWNER and Best gym in the fox valley for sure! They’re Constantly bringing in new and better equipment! It’s a friendly and supportive environment for all sides of the fitness community from powerlifting to body building to general heath and wellness.

Negative experience: It’s a solid gym for the most part, especially with the recent expansion. But the owner is overpricing themselves compared to the competition that is significantly cheaper, and offers a similar experience. The other problem with Premier Fitness, is over-crowding. (I’ve heard this place is under new ownership, so I only expect prices likely to continue to increase, which is only going to push more customers out of this gym.) Oh, and no one wants to use a hand towel that’s been used 50 times over to wipe down a machine, regardless, if they’re changed periodically throughout the day. Take a note from other gyms, and use paper towels that are disposable after a customer is wiping down machines. Otherwise, you’re just spreading bacteria. Simple logic.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to a few different gyms in the area and Premier is definitely my favorite. It’s always clean, the space is great, a lot of different equipment and the owner/employees are awesome. :)

Negative experience: I’ve had a membership here for almost a year now. My wife was visiting family out of town and our 9-year-old son wanted to come with daddy to lift for an hour. I was stopped by the owner and told that because my son didn’t have a membership he couldn’t lift with me. I asked about a day pass for my son, I didn’t want to turn away as my son was excited to workout with his dad for the first time in a gym setting. The owner told me I could purchase my son a $35 day pass to lift for one hour. Once my membership expires, I’ll never return.

Fantastic experience: Was a member for the past year. Would have continued, but had to leave due to work stuff. I started going when Rod and Carol owned it. Always kept clean and maybe once was a machine down for a very short period of time. It was due to getting pads replaced. Plenty of machines and they aren't crammed together. People are respectful and don't hog machines. You can tell the members are serious about working out. Open 24 hours, which is hard to find in a gym around Appleton. I've only had a few interactions with the new owner Charles, but they have been great. I feel that he's going to push the gym into a good direction. If you are looking for a serious gym to join, you need to check out Premier Fitness. You can't go wrong here.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this place! I signed up in April 2023 and have been going 5x a week ever since. There is a lot of space and machines, but what I love the most is the layout. The way the gym is set up even when there are a lot of people in the gym it doesn't feel crowded and I don't often have to wait for a machine. If you are in the market for a new gym I would check this place out. They are more expensive than other gyms in the area, but I think it's well worth it.

Fantastic experience: I have been an independent personal trainer at Premier Fitness for 12 years now. As a veteran of 45 year in the industry I have yet to see a gym that can compete with this one. Top notch equipment, great food and smoothie service and clean. The gym has recently turned over hands to a new owner. This owner knows the industry, is super kind and courteous and believes in taking care of his members. I give them top ratings and have no problem putting my seal of approval on this gym. Top notch!

I’m a stickler for good barbels and with several power bars, a squat bar, and a deadlift bar premier has some of the best. Always an open rack to squat or place to bench.

Fantastic experience: Honestly I used to come here years ago and left for a closer gym to home, but I had to come back to Premier and it’s worth the drive. The monthly fee to have the 24 hour access is awesome and it’s nice knowing my one time a year maintenance fee actually is used here because I’ve never seen one piece of equipment look old or wore out. If anything has broken it’s fixed within the first 48 hours. The upkeep and people are awesome and why I left I’m not sure but I’m glad I came back. All in all I say give it a go and check it out! The new addition is awesome and they are always listening to their members on what type of equipment would be needed and nice to have.

Premier Fitness has a vast array of equipment in excellent shape, and is very well maintained. The building is large and spacious, that is always kept extremely clean. The people here are professional, and you never feel uncomfortable here. My personal trainer, Cassie is fantastic. She is extremely knowledgeable, and my workouts are specially designed to my needs and goals. I highly recommend Premier Fitness!

Fantastic experience: If you are looking for a gym with no hassles and plenty of equipment for all, Premier is the place for you. People are friendly and willing to help whenever you have questions. Rod is easy going. My fab to enter the building broke apart. Rod replaced it for free even though I offered to pay for it. $25 value. I have never had an issue not being able to use a machine I need during the time I have spent there.. I have no complaints!

Fantastic experience: Premier fitness is by far the best gym I have used. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. They treat you like family and are always willing to help. They offer a wide variety of specialty equipment for any training style you could want. They also have many in house trainers which I have personally used and can’t speak high enough about. Additionally, they offer a large selection of protein shakes, supplements, water bottles and energy beverages for during and after your workout. The facility is always clean and is open 24/7. If you’re sick of your chain gym, this gym is the place for you!

Fantastic experience: LOVE THIS PLACE! This is not my regular gym, as I live in Florida - but this is my go to place when I travel! Clean, large, great powerlifting space with deadlift platforms, Texas bench, plenty of squat racks, and even a monolift! Also, plenty of cable equipment for accessories, and TONS of dumbbells. Protein, smoothies, and actual meals available.

Fantastic experience: Excellent locally owned gym. Motivating atmosphere with friendly members and staff. Even their busiest times aren’t crowded. I’m always able to use everything I need to. Plenty of variety, and a lot of practical fitness gear - sleds, tractor tire, and fixed stairs. Large turf area. If you’re into weightlifting, this place is heaven! There are frequent trainers with clients but they are never monopolizing equipment and are very polite. The protein shake bar complete with other snacks is great in a pinch. The art on the walls is an awesome touch and really adds to the experience. Do yourself a favor and quit your corporate gym!

Fantastic experience: I travel to Appleton a lot for business and to visit friends, I make a point to stop into Premier Fitness every time I am in town. The facility is AMAZING. A good mix between functional training and bodybuilding vibes in the gym — which makes the workouts amazing! I love trying new gyms, but this one is always on the top of my list when in the area. Can’t recommend Premier Fitness enough!
