Negative experience: This place either made an error or lied about their preferred payment scheme, charged me a late fee due to their own error, provided "notice" in the form of something indistinguishable from a scam call, and refused to waive the late fees caused be their own error. The music is loud and or poor quality, and despite the place's size there are very few squat racks. Hours are also inconvenient.

Positive experience: Very overcrowded with a fair amount of rude and judgemental members. Too busy to even think in there. Owner proceeded to track me down on Facebook even though my phone number should still be in the system and threaten with legal action after leaving a harsh review.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to this gym for a short while now but I have really enjoyed going, the equipment is all in very good shape. Employees are nice, the women’s locker room is clean, overall the facility is extremely nice and i recommend for people to join!

Fantastic experience: It was great being able to lift on Memorial Day with my family. If I had one complaint it would be that the bench’s are slippery. But I really liked all the machines and got a great lift in.

Negative experience: They are rough to work with when you try and cancel your plan they don't let you call and cancel even if you can identify yourself fully. they make you come in and sign which makes it harder when you already have packed days. and if you are within 10 days of a bill your getting charged a whole month still after you already sign the document. When you ask them to refund it pr not charge it they say they will just send your bill to collections and push the canceling agreement out to your next bill date

Positive experience: Pretty good gym, better than Planet fitness in terms of equipments available. The main downside are the fees -- there's a fee for almost everything (a fee to change your membership plan, a fee to cancel your membership, a fee to hold membership when you're out of the country, a fee to pay with credit card, a one fee added onto your annual membership for equipment update, a small fee added to your monthly membership fee in addition to tax, etc etc etc).

He walked me through exercises I could do, and even researched a bit, due to my fused lower back and implants. Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Crunch now for eight-months with Jordan as a personal trainer twice a week. I’m in recovery from a stroke, and this is some of what he has me focus on. I go up and stairs, I do leg presses and quadruped exercises, I move my arms through the deltoid fly (with no pain), and bicycle for 10 minutes. Katrin and I are greeted by staff before we get to front door. Everything here is written by me (bubble brain) coming along nicely.

Negative experience: Always crowed (even when the “crunch-o-meter” says it is not) and when I went to cancel my membership that I’ve had for several years now I experienced the front desk worker being “inconvenienced” that I even walked through the door not a hi or literally anything other than just an awkward stare at me with a dirty look and said not a single word until I asked “who would I talk to about canceling my membership”. Was then given even worse customer service from there. When asking questions about what needs to be done on my end to cancel she couldn’t really give me a direct answer other than “why?” So I would ask “can I have a print out of my signed contract” she would turn towards another gym member and shake her head in disbelief that I would even ask that. Not sure why I would even need a reason anyways since I completed the “year commitment” I do not blame this employee for the experience but I think management most likely needs to work on doing a better job training staff in the customer service area.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love this facility, employees, and overall energy of Crunch. I was very hesitant on switching over, as lots of people warned me for how busy it can get. Yet, I am so happy with my choice to switch over to Crunch. You definitely have to find the right times to avoid a crowded gym, but even at the busy time everyone is upbeat and kind. The employees all know me by first name, and became considered friends very fast. Tyeisha, especially always greets you with a radiant attitude, and is always around to give you the extra push you need. With her AND all the other employees upbeat words, motivation, and pointers, it really helps achieve a great workout. I appreciate them all tons! The community here is so welcoming, you will not regret getting a membership here!

Fantastic experience: Crunch is a great gym - sooo clean, lots of equipment to choose from, variety of classes and the front desk actually greets you when you enter. If you havent tried a spin class yet, give Katelyn's a try - its high energy and she is a great motivator.

Fantastic experience: Have been a member at Crunch since the day it opened, it still is one of the cleanest gyms I have been to. I often do HITT classes and nobody does it better than Heather B. She is very creative with all of her movements and every week the class is different . All the HITT instructors are great, but I will say I never miss a Monday night and that is because I know I will get to see Heathers smiling face :)

Fantastic experience: Love Crunch! The price, the hours, everything you need for equipment and very clean. I enjoy early morning HIIT classes, doing my own thing and the spin classes. I have a love/hate relationship with the bike but Kaitlyn B and Bob make spinning not just tolerable, but fun (and challenging).

Staff is always friendly and helpful with any request I have. I am a class fan since day 1 and love every instructor and every type of class they offer. Fantastic experience: Crunch has a very nice spinning set up with some exceptional instructors. Both Kaitlyn Beiser and Bob Rasmussen do a fantastic job of keeping each class fresh, new , and challenging. Great staff and workout equipment as well.

Fantastic experience: The first club I belonged to, the coach made me feel incompetent. The second club ended up closing for a short period of time. I took a chance on Crunch and I won’t turn back. I enjoy the HIT classes and the wide variety of classes you can join. The coaches are great. They are there to educate and not make you feel little.

Fantastic experience: I was intimidated by joining Crunch but it is one of the best gyms I've been apart of. The classes motivate me to show up and push me. Heather S and Lindseys classes are fun and its nice seeing familiar faces every week. The price is a steal after adding in the yoga. Plus Bob and Austin are amazing. All the instructors make you feel welcome and work with all levels.

Fantastic experience: I’ve known or been a part of Crunch for about 6 years. I’ve worked and worked out at many other gyms here and different states. Crunch Appleton is by far the cleanest gym! It’s a very fun environment too. A great amount of equipment to choose from and no reason to feel uncomfortable as everyone is trying to be their best! Come in and say Hi!

Fantastic experience: Been going to Crunch in Appleton for over a year now. The staff is exceptional, always happy to see me and very helpful. I've worked with a personal trainer (Trevor Christensen) who has been outstanding, patient, wise, and lots of fun. The gym is kept super clean. Highly recommend this place for anyone beginner (I'll by 60 soon and I wasn't a gym going when I started a year ago) to advanced.

Fantastic experience: Where do I even begin... Crunch has exceeded any and all expectations I have for a workout facility. All of the staff are friendly, the gym floor is consistently clean, the variety of equipment is incredible, and the classes are absolutely fantastic. Fantastic experience: Crunch is the best Gym in the area. When you walk in, you get invited by the friendly front desk team that greets you with a smile. This Gym is very CLEAN, bright, and has a positive environment that makes you want to workout and get fit like everyone else there. I recommend DJ for personal training; he’s highly qualified and ensures you start your fitness journey with the proper techniques. Don’t get intimidated by the cars in the parking lot; it’s a big gym and plenty of room. Crunch doesn’t have that intimidating big gym vibe; everyone there is very friendly. Thank you to everyone who works at Crunch and the owners for making it such a great environment.
