Fantastic experience: I started personal training with Jae seven months ago and have loved it! Boxing is such a lovely way to relive stress and confidence! I started to get in shape and stayed for all these extra benefits I found. Jae is great - very good instructor, has helped me tremendously with form and is always super on point! I’m really glad I started with personal training instead of a group class because there is so much more focus on me learning form and learn the right habits!

Fantastic experience: Jae is great! He takes the time to have a first consultation meeting to go over nutrition and what my fitness goal were. This helped to curb some of the bad eating habits I had. Through our sessions, we've done boxing and key areas.where I wanted to mainly focus on. I've gotten healthier and stronger that even my family notices. Fantastic experience: Jae is knowledgeable in boxing and puts effort into teaching it properly. He isn’t the drill sergeant type - he will encourage you to go the extra mile if he thinks you can. He will adjust to what you prefer to do on a given day and to your preferred exercise (such as weights, HIIT, endurance). Possibly my favorite thing about Jae is his ability to be flexible with time. He won’t penalize for missing a session, and can often find different times on a whim to adjust. He truly cares about helping people be well!

Fantastic experience: Jae's an excellent trainer! He has a very unique approach and caters his training style to fit your specific needs. He takes a few sessions to get to know you, but once he has a grasp on your personality and motivation, he knows exactly which buttons to push to help you get to where you want to go. He also takes out time to educate you on proper nutrition and offers plenty of helpful tips that will improve your diet and accelerate your progress. He not only gets you physically ready, but also mentally ready for the journey. Also very flexible with scheduling, has accommodated my work schedule on multiple occasions, which is very appreciated. Fantastic experience: Working with Jae helped boost my confidence and believe in myself. Training your body doesn't take just dedication, you have to have time (at least 30mins a day) to work on yourself and discipline. The word Discipline is easy to say, but in our day to day activity there’s so many temptation that can ruin our motivation. He helped me to plan my diet, how I can start my morning and end my day with healthy nutrition. He suggested taking fruits and nuts daily and avoid dairy, it might sound simple. But again, once I started implementing and following his advice, I saw big results from my energy level and gradually into body result. We train 30 minutes a day depending on your work schedule, you’ll have one an one evaluation with him, whats your body goals and how to achieve it. I love that he incorporate boxing in between our session that helped me sharpen my mind and stay aware with my surrounding. We split our training focusing in different areas of our muscle, he showed me proper way to do certain exercises to activate your muscle and how to avoid injury. He always remind me “Mind and Body Connection”, and it works!!! In 3 months, I started to feel the results in my body, muscles that I’ve never thought I’ll be able to train it. I saw changes in my muscle tonality and overall my perspective in healthy eating. Big Thanks Jae!!!! I highly recommend training with him, he’s very informative and experienced trainer, he won’t fail you!

Fantastic experience: I started working with James to regain the strength that I had lost due to a chronic pain issue I have been dealing with for the last 3 years. His workouts get me in and out of the gym in half the time, without sacrificing results. In the 12 weeks I have been working with him, my strength has been regained and inches have been lost. James knows his stuff, he works with you and your goals, he was flexible and able to adapt his plan to my sometimes challenging limitations. Fantastic experience: I would recommend training with J to anyone. I was never big on working out because I felt like I didn't know what I was doing. I called J and he has changed all of that for me! I work with him about 4 times a week. He is great at explaining the movements and making sure my form is correct. The exercises never gets old and I am constantly challenging myself applying what he teaches me. Some of the exercises I do while working with him I would have never thought j could do. I feel ten times more comfortable going to the gym on my own now. He motivates and pushes me when I would have given up while working out by myself.

Fantastic experience: Professional boxing training is one of the fastest ways to maintain weight control, lose unwanted body fat, relieve stress and add more fun to your workout. You won't find boxers training on a machine or doing a jazzercise class, they're doing workouts that not only make them better athletically but also produce rapid fat loss results. I have worked out with Coach J for a number of years now and I have found no other workout that gives me the combination of cardio, strength conditioning, stress relief, and weight loss/ control that training like a boxer does. Coach J likes to say that all you need to complete a workout you carry with you everyday. Learning to train like a boxer is a fantastic way to spice up your workouts and get back to basics. If you're up to pushing yourself a little, and did I say relieving some stress then Coach J will show you how. Not only is he a great trainer, he's an all-around great guy too.

Fantastic experience: Jay is very attentive and really cares about you throughout the whole process. I've never really been into the gym scene, but after working out with Jay and him showing me how to properly work out to get the best results, I don't know what I'd do without the gym! Not only will he show you how to work out properly, he'll also show you how to eat right so that you can be the best you. Highly recommend him!

Fantastic experience: I would recommend training with J to anyone. I was never big on working out because I felt like I didn't know what I was doing. I called J and he has changed all of that for me! I work with him about 4 times a week. He is great at explaining the movements and making sure my form is correct. The exercises never gets old and I am constantly challenging myself applying what he teaches me. Some of the exercises I do while working with him I would have never thought j could do. I feel ten times more comfortable going to the gym on my own now. He motivates and pushes me when I would have given up while working out by myself.
