I offer a 90 minute fat-loss consultation for 01 session, a 03 month life-changing program for 50 sessions, a 06 month lifestyle change program for 100 sessions, and a 12 month lifestyle change program for 200 sessions. Fantastic experience: Jae is an outstanding trainer! He has a very individualized approach and adapts his teaching technique to meet your personal needs. After a few meetings to get to know you better, he knows precisely which strategies to use to help you reach your goals. He also takes the time to teach you about proper nutrition and provides plenty of useful advice to improve your diet and speed up your progress. He not only prepares you physically, but also mentally for the journey. He is also very accommodating with scheduling, having changed my work schedule multiple times, which I am very grateful for. I lost 30 pounds in three months, give or take, and although I still have some way to go, I am looking forward to what lies ahead!

Fantastic experience: Jae is one the best trainers I’ve ever worked with. He has a through understanding of how the mind and brain work together and uses that to physically push you through your point of failure He has educated me and simplified the overly complicated world of nutrition out there in the world and on the internet. Fantastic experience: Working with Jae helped boost my confidence and believe in myself. Training your body doesn't take just dedication, you have to have time (at least 30mins a day) to work on yourself and discipline. The word Discipline is easy to say, but in our day to day activity there’s so many temptation that can ruin our motivation. He helped me to plan my diet, how I can start my morning and end my day with healthy nutrition. He suggested taking fruits and nuts daily and avoid dairy, it might sound simple. But again, once I started implementing and following his advice, I saw big results from my energy level and gradually into body result. We train 30 minutes a day depending on your work schedule, you’ll have one an one evaluation with him, whats your body goals and how to achieve it. I love that he incorporate boxing in between our session that helped me sharpen my mind and stay aware with my surrounding. We split our training focusing in different areas of our muscle, he showed me proper way to do certain exercises to activate your muscle and how to avoid injury. He always remind me “Mind and Body Connection”, and it works!!! In 3 months, I started to feel the results in my body, muscles that I’ve never thought I’ll be able to train it. I saw changes in my muscle tonality and overall my perspective in healthy eating. Big Thanks Jae!!!! I highly recommend training with him, he’s very informative and experienced trainer, he won’t fail you!

Fantastic experience: J has done a fabulous job with our 12 year old son Jacob. Fantastic experience: I started working with James to regain the strength that I had lost due to a chronic pain issue I have been dealing with for the last 3 years. His workouts get me in and out of the gym in half the time, without sacrificing results. In the 12 weeks I have been working with him, my strength has been regained and inches have been lost. James knows his stuff, he works with you and your goals, he was flexible and able to adapt his plan to my sometimes challenging limitations. I am very glad I made the investment to work with James and look forward to continuing to make progress towards my goals.
Fantastic experience: I would recommend training with J to anyone. I was never big on working out because I felt like I didn't know what I was doing. I called J and he has changed all of that for me! I work with him about 4 times a week. He is great at explaining the movements and making sure my form is correct. The exercises never gets old and I am constantly challenging myself applying what he teaches me. Some of the exercises I do while working with him I would have never thought j could do. I feel ten times more comfortable going to the gym on my own now. He motivates and pushes me when I would have given up while working out by myself.
Fantastic experience: I started with J last month (April, 2017). He's awesome! I appreciate his holistic training approach; teaching and following up on eating habits/changes in addition to exercise. The 30-minute sessions are intense and effective; always switching up the exercises. I'm already seeing change in my body, improved sleep and energy level! Fantastic experience: Professional boxing training is one of the fastest ways to maintain weight control, lose unwanted body fat, relieve stress and add more fun to your workout. You won't find boxers training on a machine or doing a jazzercise class, they're doing workouts that not only make them better athletically but also produce rapid fat loss results. I have worked out with Coach J for a number of years now and I have found no other workout that gives me the combination of cardio, strength conditioning, stress relief, and weight loss/ control that training like a boxer does. Coach J likes to say that all you need to complete a workout you carry with you everyday. Learning to train like a boxer is a fantastic way to spice up your workouts and get back to basics. If you're up to pushing yourself a little, and did I say relieving some stress then Coach J will show you how. Not only is he a great trainer, he's an all-around great guy too.
