Fantastic experience: Started coming to fit for life in January 2024 because of the location to my home and the 24/7 and the small gym atmosphere. They have all the equipment you could need and at a good monthly fee compared to other gyms in the area.

Positive experience: I've been going to this gym on and off for years. It's convenient because it's less than 10 minutes from my house, plus you can go 24/7. I don't think it's very expensive, probably because it's a small gym. I wish there was more room, but it provides all the basic equipment I need. The staff are all really nice, too.

Fantastic experience: As someone who is not a fan of gyms, I cannot say enough about how much I love this place—people and staff are friendly and respectful. It took me a long time to get back to working out, let alone adopting it as a new lifestyle. I can honestly say I owe it to my trainer, Jack. Most trainers don’t listen to your journey, go through your history, dig into your diet etc. Jack has done all of these things in spades, and he truly knows the body…male and female! He’s been nothing short of outstanding, providing personalized attention to body composition and pushing me (not killing me) to reach my fitness goals.

Fantastic experience: I’ve lost nearly 100 pounds since starting coming here in 2020 and I can attribute that weight loss to the fact that this gym is 24 hours. Along with the 24/7 open gym the staff is amazing as they are always there to help you along your fitness journey. 5/5 stars

Negative experience: You can check out but you can never leave. It does not matter if you email, write, call, have their payment withdraws returned by your bank multiple times, they will continue to try to take your money. I have cancelled and payment returned 4 times because they find creative ways to run my card to get around blocks in place. Scandalous and absolutely no moral compass. I have yet another complaint in play with my back from where now they have tried to recoop their returned payments in one lump sum by running my card another way. They have done ach, point of sale single transaction to avoid getting caught. Sneaky underhanded gym mofia - that should be their name. RUN AWAY!

Staff is super friendly and is willing to help with workouts. They have classes and you can even get specialized workouts with staff to my knowledge. Affordable for Apex and what you get.

Fantastic experience: I would like to thank Fit For Life and especially Thomas who is a trainer. I am 82 and had taken a couple of falls when I decided to look for a trainer at this gym. Thomas is very patient and has a confident manner when he teaches. Anyone over the age of 50 or even sometimes younger needs to strengthen their legs and their arms but especially their legs so they do not fall. Give Thomas and Fit. Negative experience: Terribly managed. I got a membership as a perk for an employee and after the membership expired they continued to charge and refuse to give a refund. No customer service. No explanation. The perk turned into a nightmare. Avoid this gym. They will scam you.

Negative experience: UPDATE: Management replied to the review that they would be in touch. Nothing so far. HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT/OWNERSHIP!!! I had a membership to the gym that was set to expire after a year without an auto renew. This was great, they called and I said no thank you because I am moving. My monthly enrollment stopped being charged BUT they started auto drafting my monthly training fee!! FOR 6 MONTHS after I stopped going to the gym. It was through my work account so I was not aware at first, then when I asked for a refund for the 6 months that I was not even a member they passed me from person to person, then said the check was on the way. No refund ever came. No check and absolutely no phone call from management after I left multiple messages! Basically they steal from you...would never join again and would not recommend you trust them with your billing information.

Fantastic experience: It is a great gym to work out in and very friendly atmosphere. It reminds me of the show Cheers, because everyone really knows my name. Bryant is a great trainer and really knows how to get the best out of you by doing the right exercises. He uses the first 4 appointments to really get to know you and find out what you are capable and non-capable of doing. The goals that are set for are realistic and achievable.

Fantastic experience: This is a geeat fitness studio. What I like about it is the classes. They have Zumba, Yoga and many other Les Mills classes. It atmosphere is casual with normal people trying to stay healthy vs a bunch of hard bodies which makes it comfortable.

Fantastic experience: Great gym! Friendly staff and Professional trainers. You can just ask questions about a specific equipment or workout. The whole gym including the equipment and facilities are always kept clean. You have all the equipment to work your whole body. Separate room for group classes or you can use that for workout when no class. Open 24hrs, I can just go anytime I want and very affordable.

Negative experience: Started off with the billing company hacking my debit card the day I signed up. Had to get a new card and paid each month in cash. Was told I was good to go after my six month membership ended. Harassed by calls and emails from Paramount. Was not sent documents I requested and instead kept getting my late fees jacked up and monthly membership charges. Finally was able to speak to Bronson Cline who started off helpful but then after I read some of the other bad reviews to him as requested got very patronizing with me so I hung up. Don’t waste your time or money with these people.

Fantastic experience: Coming off of a very difficult four years where I was not able to exercise and gained forty pounds, in March of 2020, I had just begun to get back into regular exercise when the pandemic hit. With all the gyms closed and having lost work, I had to concentrate on earning a living. I once again became sedentary and gained another ten pounds during the six month lock down. I was never so excited as when the gyms opened back up! After considering one other gym, I selected Fit for Life 24 in Apex. During my fitness goals interview, I was asked if I would be interested in hiring a trainer for a short five session package. By this time I had been going to gyms for a while before the break and had never hired a trainer or felt the need to do so. But as luck would have it, the person that interviewed me, Jack E. was so fun, friendly and most of all, knowledgeable, that he made a very good case to at least try a trainer. I was hesitant because I thought I already knew my way around a gym and most of all, because I just did not have any extra money to spend on nonessential items. But being older and having so much weight to lose, I decided to go for it. Best exercise decision I've ever made! It was exactly the fitness jump start I needed. Could never have attained on my own. I never knew how much I didn't know about using gym equipment. Jack showed me the most efficient combinations to maximize muscle group resistance and cardio in a really short amount of time. I began to see and feel a difference in less than two weeks. The gym is a perfect size, really clean and has everything you need to get in great shape. I am sure all the trainers are good, but I KNOW that Jack is GREAT! No matter your fitness level, work with a trainer, you will be so glad you did!

Fantastic experience: I really enjoy this gym, they are currently making upgrades to some equipment and accessories. 1 year sign up discount was perfect for me and having the option for a personal trainer was a big help on getting started here.
