Fantastic experience: I was delighted to discover that my health insurance would cover my membership at Diamond Hills Sports Club, and after my tour and orientation, I knew it was the perfect fit for me. I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious the facility is and the wide variety of amenities it offers. I've been going for a handful of visits so far, and I absolutely love it. Every time I work out, I find myself not wanting to leave and thinking of more activities I can do while I’m there. The club offers everything you could possibly need: areas to relax, a café, a spectacular locker room, multiple swimming pools, and several hot tubs. The weight rooms are well-equipped with all the free weights and machines you could ever want. I also had a complimentary session with a trainer who provided a thorough evaluation of my body and pointed out key areas for improvement, which was incredibly helpful. I highly recommend Diamond Hills Sports Club—it's a fantastic place to work out and unwind!

Positive experience: Friends have spoken highly of this place. If it was open until 11 pm, I would be more likely to purchase a membership. Actually, I was about to buy a membership several times but the "become a member" button on their website was broken - "page not found".

Fantastic experience: I love this gym. It is very clean, has friendly staff, plenty of groups, equipment and well maintained pools. My favorite are the pilates classes. The instructors are very knowledgeable and lead the session with detailed instruction for form and maximum benefit from the workout. I feel great and look forward to my time at the gym. I've never said that before.

Negative experience: I was a member of Diamond Hills for almost four years with a family membership for 5 people. Although it was expensive, we felt it was worth it because of the facility’s quality. Last year, I moved out of town and canceled my membership. Even though I didn’t use the gym during my last month due to the move, I still paid the full dues to ensure everything was settled. Today 9-1-24, I decided to visit the gym for a day pass to use the pool and hot tub, hoping to relieve some back pain. However, when I arrived, the front desk informed me that I couldn’t enter because Sales who needed to approve my visit, had already gone home for the day. After being a loyal customer for so long and even offering to pay for a day pass, I was disappointed to be turned away. I’ve recommended this gym to many people over the years I feel pretty let down with that experience current member or not‍♂️

Positive experience: If you want to feel like you’re at a country club in the 1990s, this is your spot! Pro: very polite Front desk personnel. Sales Team didn’t torture us but were concise and provided much appreciated and easy to understand charts of prices and comparisons. The cleaning personnel work hard to ensure this place is close to spotless. The shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispensers were well filled and smelled wonderful! Con: Dated. The architect of the building and the designer teamed up to bring forth decreased natural light accented with warm fluorescent lights, tons of of tan walls to stare at, and tired locker rooms. It felt as if I got pushed into a large cardboard box and am expected to workout. This is more a public library for a rainy day decor vibe. Then for towel service, you’re given these tiny towels that can either cover your top or your bottom. Your choice of what you choose to flash others with as you dance to your locker. Weights are not consistent because there are TWO different weight manufacturers used. Additionally, the weights were spare and required sleuthing to build up to a higher weight.

Negative experience: There was nobody to show me how equipment worked. The management seems to have a big attitude issue and is never available to talk to. Theresa seems to think she is beyond her position and beyond the human race and she doesn't have to care about the position she is working in. The attitude I got when asking a question over the phone was absurd. I get better treatment at a cheap hole in the wall gym so why pay higher prices to be talked to like I'm less than a person. They'd do better if they hired people who actually liked customer service.

Negative experience: You pay a luxury price for constant broken steam room. 2 months now it's been down. 80% of showers have low pressure with no hot water. I would suggest going to the many other gyms available. Very disappointed!

Fantastic experience: Big gym, friendly staff.

Negative experience: Tried it for a month. I never got a good response from any trainers about my 1 free session. Whenever I contact a person, I would not get a response till a week after, and they are not so accommodating. The sauna and steam bath are good, but the temperature of pool is not ideal. Equipment is decent, but the placement is not that ideal. I would advise to check other fitness clubs in area. Front desk staff are cheerful and communicative which might be the only reason this might be running well.

Negative experience: Family spa was broken for 6 months and the mens sauna is constantly broken, nice gym but not worth the price they charge.

Negative experience: Just Joined and already VERY disappointed. Signed up on a promo. VERY FIRST BILL AND IT DOESNT REFLECT OUR PROMO! And they charge FEES FOR EVERYTHING!! Unauthorized charges to my debit card for fees fees fees and more fees! It’s just ridiculous adds insult to injury considering how grossly overpriced this place is! So here we go I have to waste my off time dealing with this! AND nobody mentioned the ADDITIONAL $8 PER MONTH FEE JUST TO PAY THE BILL??? LOL This place is already SOOO OVER PRICED/EXPENSIVE it just adds insult to injury! ESPECIALLY CONSIDERING ITS SETUP ON AUTOMATIC PAYMENTS! PLUS THEY HAVE NO CLASSES AVAILABLE! Every time I show up for a class it’s closed down or cancelled!! I have yet to go workout and actually see a class in session. Very frustrating since this is the main reason I signed up. I really wanted yoga!! I won’t be renewing after promo period because of these issues AND because the very first day I went to workout Teresa at the front desk was SO UNBELIEVABLY RUDE to us I was in shock!!! They should keep that lady FAR AWAY FROM CLIENTS!! She is a NASTY person!! Made some very condescending remarks. Completely unprovoked and unprofessional. I hate confrontation and it really made me upset and uncomfortable. Especially considering this is supposed to be somewhere you come to DE-STRESS! Story is too long to add here. But happy to tell the managers!! Now off I go to deal with this billing MESS on my day off!!! NOT COOL

Negative experience: Basketball gym not fixed, steam room hasn’t been working for almost 3 weeks! Very slow on fixing things, good gym otherwise but we pay for things to work not be out of service for a while

Positive experience: Some equipments are broken and maintenance are differed, some facilities are locked (biking) limited operating hours, front desk would gossip while checking in customers, stuck on this 1 year contract. Just wating for my membership to be done.

Negative experience: Margie the “manager” is the RUDEST most condescending troll I’ve ever dealt with. We were long standing members who came to her with an issue. She didn’t resolve our issue. She wanted to argue for days. It was so unprofessional and low level… Instead we cancelled our membership. I completely understand why everyone I know left and joined other gyms. We just did the same. She treats clients like she doesn’t want/need their business + they are bothering her. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS!! She obviously hates her life, it shows in her nasty attitude! Machines are trash, classes are majorly lacking, membership is the most overpriced sham $225 WITHOUT TENNIS, sauna doesn’t get really hot anymore. They charge fees for everything!! $15-$35 if you pay late (past the 3rd of month lol) food place is a joke $15 for a cheese quesadilla $5 water $12 smoothie etc etc. They close at 7pm on sundays! The one day most everyone has off and want to use their membership!! It’s beyond annoying and they turn the sauna off early! Do yourself a favor and find another gym for a fraction of the price!! THERES WAY TOO MANY OTHER GYMS IN AREA TO STAY FOR TERRIBLE TREATMENT BY MANAGEMENT HERE! I would never consider coming back until that woman is gone.

Positive experience: Great location. Huge parking lot, not that well lit when it’s dark. Pretty pricey. Almost $200/month for 3 members BUT they do offer A LOT. Kids club staff is AMAZING, I hope they get paid great for their patience & dealing with kids. They’re always friendly. Always tons of free activities for the kids to do too. Cleaning crew does GREAT. Been a member for a few years now I’ve yet to use a dirty stall, shower or come across a pile of dirty towels. They offer lockers, no cost but has to accessed using your membership card. Facility is NICE. Two stories. Comfy lobby. There’s a Café.Café food is delicious. There’s a spa. Haven’t used their services personally but I’ve gotten gift cards & my family & friends LOVE the spa’s services. I’ve taken my kid to get a simple extraction for the acne & I believe the lady’s name was Ana. She was super informative. Even the spa has a cute lil waiting area. They have tons of outdoor tennis courts. Workout equipment is great. Restrooms upstairs too. Plenty of sanitary wipes conveniently located throughout the floor. Water fountains & water bottle refill stations located through out too. Upstairs they have also have a few rooms for classes like yoga, zumba, & stuff like that. There’s an indoor basketball court. Could use some attention like a sweep or mop at least twice a week cause it’s dusty making it more slippery. Also if they could open the doors, that lead to the tennis courts, a few times a day to let some fresh air in THAT WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED. Their several pools are all nice, not deep but still nice & always clean. Sauna, love it. Steam room, haven’t used. There’s blow dryers provided in the restrooms. Q-tips, cotton balls & tissue. Ice machine right across from the basketball court. Made plenty of friends with other members & the consensus we have is for longer hours. Some workers are always nice about letting us late workers finish our sets & some workers start turning lights off 10minutes before closing time. Easy fix might be to stay open longer

Negative experience: The reason I gave one star if I can get it is zero they would charge us $83 but they decided to change the price to $89 which is completely ridiculous and very unbelievable. If I can give it a zero star I would, I might actually cancel my membership and I don’t know why would they charge is $89 which that’s too much seriously don’t waste your money

Negative experience: If you have a lot of money and don't care about losing them, this place is for you. I've been their member for 2 years, how many times they had not working equipment, or they were doing remodeling, so you can't use the gym as normal , all the time. I had to cancel membership, but I was going to come back, in 6 months, they charged me an extra month, even if I didn't used their gym, contacted their customer service, they were not helpful. Would not recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: My two kids just finished swim lesson. Let me tell you we have been over the years to different clubs for swim lessons (4 kids) and the coaches here are by far the best we have seen. Shout out to Coach Jen, Coach Madi and Coach Gina. I am so impressed with the progress they made. My older one will be joining the Aqua Knights swim team at the club and we couldn’t be happier. We signed up for Diamond Hills for the swim team and classes and we absolutely love the club everyone has been great and they keep the place very clean.

Fantastic experience: I love this gym. I love the sauna, yoga classes, pool, all the elliptical machines, juice bar, spa...you name it!

Fantastic experience: A while back my boss got me a couples massage for the spa at Diamond Hills. I must say, it is the best massage I have ever had. The staff is very professional and the whole atmosphere is very nice. They are a little pricey, but it is so worth it. I am now promising myself I will go there once a month as a reward for working so hard.

Fantastic experience: You feel as if you are in a resort no matter what part of the day you are there, it is such a stress releasing and joyous experience. Nice way to be pampered every day of the week. Do your own thing and have fun. Great members too. Mixed ages so you never feel out of place. Wonderful memories.

Love this local gem!

Fantastic experience: It's ever so on the pricey side but considering everything included and the environment in general, this place is really nice. You come here and actually see people using the facilities instead of just staring at their phones. You'll see family's outside enjoying the pools and classes almost every day. Compared to In-Shape, this gym just feels more alive.

Positive experience: First Star: Is the location neat? Yes. The facilities are all well maintained and you can always see staff doing walkthroughs to ensure everything stays well maintained. Second Star: Is the staff friendly? Yes. Third Star: Is the service prompt? Yes. There's always someone available to talk to or to point you in the right direction if you have questions. Fourth Star: Is the product/service satisfactory? Yes. Fifth star: Is the price acceptable? No. The price can be steep depending on the level of membership you're looking for. Keep an eye out for sales and promotional prices to help a bit with that.

Positive experience: Good, clean gym with more equipment than people. The locker rooms are clean, and you'll never see a shortage of lockers. The downside to swimming here is that 6 out of 8 lanes are unavailable for normal working people's hours and reservations need to be made days in advance unless you want to swim at night.

Positive experience: I enjoyed going to this gym on a regular basis for 4 years. The amenities were good; however, The cardio equipment was not maintained as well as I would have liked. It was often that many of the treadmills didn’t work properly. Having paid as much as we did, that became frustrating. The staff at this location were great; especially the girls at the front desk and the maintenance staff.

Negative experience: This gym has gone down hill with cleanliness and hygiene in the locker rooms. The shower curtains have pink and black mold, a lot of the shower fixtures are broken and constantly leaking water. As for the equipment on the floor, mostly in the weight area, is run down, looking broken/messy, and the members don’t pick up after themselves. After a few months of trying to return to this gym, I realized they aren’t putting their money to use. It trickles down through every level of management- and for this expensive “premium” membership, it’s not worth the money.

Positive experience: I have been a member for a few years now and the staff has always been great, however the reason I only give it 3 stars is because it really needs to update the equipment. I have visited other gyms in the area and they all have more updated workout equipment. For the price we pay we deserve more. that would make it 5 stars for me.

Fantastic experience: A great place for families! We first joined in the Summer because we wanted start being more active and the pool was awesome. It has almost been a year now and we are totally hooked. The kids club is fantastic, the classes are always high energy and the facilities are clean. It is more expensive than some other options, but our lives have been changed by this place. It has been worth the investment, for sure.

Fantastic experience: Very family friendly Gym/spa, with all the amenities you could want, has a large gym area with machines, has a basketball inside court,there are steam rooms and saunas in the women's and mens locker rooms, has separate locker room for kids, also has pools, hut tubs, and tennis court, great place!
