Negative experience: We booked open gym to celebrate with my daughter. She had invited a group of friends. All of a sudden I received a notification the night before that my credit card was reversed. They canceled our booked time we had scheduled earlier in the week. I had received a voicemail but no text or email which would have been nice. I had some very disappointed kiddos and was left scrambling for a different activity with 12 hours before kids were coming over. When 5 people have booked it I found it VERY rude to do this. They were moving the next week to a different location and it was my understanding they wanted to have extra time to move. When I called upset they offered nothing different. No free passes to upcoming gym times or an earlier time or anything. We will not try again.

The safety of our customers is of utmost importance. Because we were in the process of moving our team equipment, this was a special instance where we had to decide that the gym was no longer equipped to hold a free play event like Open Gym safely. We did put a note on your account that you have one complimentary pass for each of your children that were registered for that event. We are very sorry that we disrupted your plans, and hope that we can make it up to you in the future.

Fantastic experience: Saw a theater show there and it was really well done. Good space for the kids, good sets, good tech. And the theater was small enough that even the kids who are hesitent to project could be heard okay.

Fantastic experience: We moved our daughter to JamHops after taking time off from original gymnastic place. We learned about JamHops from a family bday party and loved the staff right away. We have been at JamHops now for 2 years and love it! The techniques and skills kids learn are amazing and teachers are so wonderful with the kids. The right amount of push and compassion.

Fantastic experience: Great experience with the summer camp in Ham Lake and the Rec Gym 1 and 2 classes in Ramsey. Summer camp was a great way to introduce our daughters to gymnastics. Fun, positive environment and supportive teachers. My daughter works hard and loves coming to class each week! Would like ore updates regarding their skill progress.
