Fantastic experience: Great place to get yourself in shape or keep toned. Great choices of classes. Today I took detox yoga. I didn’t know what detox actually meant when used with yoga. Well I found out and had a great 75 minute class. Gina was attentive and motivating. Great class. Can’t wait to go again.

Positive experience: This place isn't super fancy, but it has all the equipment, space, and fitness opportunities I need to stay healthy. The weights are great, lots of free weights and different kinds of machines. Lots of different cardio and stationary bikes. Indoor track, tennis courts, and pools. Saunas, steam rooms, hot tubs, showers. Tons of different classes. The people are super nice too.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend the physical therapists at Mercy Anderson Healthplex! Whether you are recovering from a fall, accident, surgery or for any other mobility assistance, the physical therapists and staff will take you through steps to get you back to where you want to be. This is a safe, inclusive environment where they help you without judgement. The facility is large and open with equipment to help you on your health and fitness journey. Exercises will be adjusted to meet your needs. In addition to the equipment in the office, they will teach you how to use simple and easy to access items you have at home, so you don't need to purchase new exercise equipment. I can't even count the number of ways we used things like towels or rubber balls which helped me continue exercises at home.

Negative experience: My friend referred me to the tennis program because she loved the program and the tennis pro's. I signed up for Subir's Tennis 101 and he is amazing!! Loved his options. biggest frustrations is taking away the drop ins. I have 3 little kids and drive from Wyoming, 35 minutes, to come. Subir mentioned I could drop in because I missed the course and couldn't commit to July. Linda, one of the other pro's, instantly turned me down. It's funny to me that they wouldn't take someones money to play. She was incredibly rude and I will not be back due to this experience. People have families and flexibility is important, to turn someone away who wants to PAY to play at your facility is unprofessional.

Fantastic experience: Nice suburban hospital featuring a full set of health services. Staff are caring and attentive. I have been a patient there several times and felt that I received good care even though I try to avoid having to use their services!

Fantastic experience: Everyone here is so, so nice and helpful. The facility is clean and well maintained. The childcare area is staffed with the best people, and they were so patient and kind and understanding with my neurodivergent kids. There is a lot of variety as far as activities and class options and various activities for people of all ages. We dad a lot of fun getting a good workout in here. My kids are begging to go back! I also love the complimentary coffee and hot chocolate area!

Negative experience: It's a nice place when things are working. Warm water pool heater went out at Thanksgiving and not even a temporary fix until the new heater arrives. Mens whirlpool heater died shortly after with no temp fix. It'll likely be down just as long as the warm pool. Sauna is constantly closed too. The facility is 25 years old and needs upgrades yet they dont seem to be willing to do them except for band aid repairs.

Fantastic experience: Very nice and spacious. The staff is very friendly and the instructors are great. There is so much this gym has to offer. There is a few pools and saunas. They have child classes and childcare. The basketball court is very nice and the personal trainers are very helpful. The gym opens at 6 or 630am and closes by 9pm. Great discounts and the classes that aren't free are reasonably priced. There is a calendar of all the classes you can sign up for and tvs all around to watch while working out. I highly recommend this gym to all.

Fantastic experience: This facility is top notch! Very clean and the staff is friendly. It's very easy to schedule classes and In my opinion the monthly membership fees are a bit pricey.

Fantastic experience: A great gym with everything you might need, if there for physical therapy or exercising to improve your health or physique they have every conceivable machine you can think of as well as a spa with massage and nail services, an in house physical therapy office, lap pool, warm water pool, whirlpool, sauna, steam room, cardio theater, racquetball courts, basketball courts, indoor running/walking track, and many more amenities too numerous to list. Price is affordable at under 100 per month for single they also offer family and couple memberships. Clean and well kept with knowledgeable staff to take care of all the needs you might have

Fantastic experience: Great healthplex. Giant hot tub, steam room and sauna in the ladies’s locker room. Weights, basketball, tennis, racquetball, lots of cardio equipment. I especially love the yoga flow classes. Very clean.

Positive experience: Pools, workout facilities, and different classes you can sign up for excellent. The staff and the locker rooms is friendly. Occasionally the benches in the locker room could be cleaned a little better.

Negative experience: We joined to play basketball once it got colder and unfortunately all the courts are nearly always full. Twice this week we came at 8pm and all the courts were being used. They have an old man basketball league multiple nights a week that takes up three of the hoops. Then on the other half of the court (the other three hoops) they have private lessons most evenings. If you are looking to use the basketball courts in your membership, unfortunately you will be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Awesome sportsplex! The faculty has everything for your workout needs; weights, water aerobics, track, basketball, etc. More expensive than your usual gym but it has everything you need along with scheduled classes with trainers that is also included in the cost.

Fantastic experience: If your considering getting any gym membership, this is the place to go. It's a wonderful facility with everything you can imagine. I promise it's worth the extra price for all the amenities they offer, other gyms can not top this community. Plus, Jennifer Schnizer (Membership Representative) will help you out with the sign up process and any questions you may have. Don't pass up this opportunity to workout at the greatest place on Earth.

Negative experience: Im not happy from Front desk lady's. I wanted to reserve for the kidtown but my kids were terminated without any reason even if they were a membership. They does whatever they want as this fitness club is there own, no one cares.

Fantastic experience: I love Mercy HealthPlex in Anderson! It's not as big as the one in Fairfield but everything is just as nice....including the people! I met with Emma (a personal trainer) to help me set up my own routine and since I have lower back issues it was no small task. I am also meeting with Mary for a Yoga lesson tomorrow. I signed up with Moira, she was very kind and very relatable! I've only been a member for a month but I feel like i've been going there forever!

Fantastic experience: Had grandsons b day party today. Swimming party!! Great decorations in party room. Kids got to play in activity room until going to pool. The 2 hostesses Emilie and Emma were very attentive and helped throughout !! Grandson and friends had terrific time. Kindergarten age

Overall cost of membership. But you get what you pay for here. Highly recommend.

Positive experience: Very nice place and the staff are very knowledgeable and really into healing the individual here. Up to date equipment and peaceful atmosphere makes a great place to get healthy and stay healthy.

Positive experience: Needs some repairs and upgrades, especially considering the high monthly membership fees. Apparently there is a new management company, so hopefully there will be improvements soon. If they get the place back to where it was a few years ago (or better), then I will revisit and upgrade my review.
