Fantastic experience: After training at another gym for a year, I felt I had hit a plateau—until I did a drop-in at Master Toddy LA in Anaheim. Within just a month, my progress has been noticeable. Coach Jon and Leo create an environment that’s both educational and welcoming. I genuinely look forward to every class, knowing I’ll walk away having learned something new.

Fantastic experience: I'm a former high school wrestler that grew up around the area and after years of not practicing any contact sports, I decided it was time to try a new martial art. I decided to check out this place because it was very close to me and because I've been a fan of Muay Thai since I was a kid thanks to the JCVD movies I watched. I decided to text the number for this menu, which I found on their website. They offered me a free trial to see how I liked the experience. I went and I really liked it. I walked into the gym and the kids were practicing, I totally felt like JCVD in the film Kickboxer. After my free trial ended, the Kru asked me if I wanted to do a one year contract or pay a bit more and do unlimited plan. I checked my bank account but at that time, I couldn't do anything because I wasn't financially ready. Forward to a year from that experience and I decided to officially start my Muay Thai journey. Kru Jon has the patience and expertise to answer any of your questions and concerns. I'm glad I decided to try this gym in OC! If you're a former student athlete that grew up in the area and life has happened to you to the point of no exercise due to a busy schedule then Master Toddy Muay Thai Gym is exactly what you're looking for!

Fantastic experience: My last Muay Thai was like 12 years ago and moved to Anaheim and found this place. They had 1:1 session first before you join and my experience with Kru Jon today was amazing! It’s a refresher experience for me and he explained and trained me well. Very clean too! I enrolled and im excited to start my training.

Fantastic experience: AUTHENTIC, clean, friendly with knowledgeable coaches and a highly recognized kru/owner. I was 340 lbs when I started and lost almost 100lbs. Highly recommend. I can now kick someone's head vs a knee cap.

Fantastic experience: When I was younger I use to go to this muaythai gym and I started around 240 lbs at the age of 12 and ended off around 180 In a couple of months I am now decently fit and weight 160-170 and learned a lot of discipline here and the coaches are 10/10 and the coach is very laidback highly recommend for those who want to make friendship and learn how to fight, discipline

Fantastic experience: I was visiting Anaheim a few days ago and wanted to get a workout in while on vacation and found Master Toddy’s Muay Thai gym. The owner and coach John Yu was awesome and really welcoming to me and my wife. Made us feel right at home right away and put us through a great Muay Thai workout with a good balance of padwork and drills. Great clean gym with a full size ring too! Two thumbs up!

Kru Jon and his gym are all very welcoming and had extensive knowledge that helped me get better in just a couple of days. Dont let the sport or their badass gym shirts and tattoos fool you, these guys are very humble and friendly once you get to know them and just want you to progress in this sport. If i lived in the OC this will be my home gym.

Fantastic experience: Super authentic muay thai! I use to get bullied everyday but now I do the bullying! No but seriously there is a conditioning class, bjj, and muay thai. The classes are a bit smaller so you get a more personalize training session. Everyone here treats you like fam and are super friendly. 5/5 - would recommend to friends.

Fantastic experience: Master Toddy's Anaheim is an amazing place to learn authentic Muay Thai (Accredited by the Thai Ministry of Education). This place offers all the tools you need to succeed in your personal fitness and/or competing goals. The coaches are knowledgable, patient and great motivators. They are welcoming to any individual (no matter the skill level). The gym is equipped with a full size ring, floor matts for BJJ, punching bags, pads for pad work and high quality Muay Thai equipment (gloves, shin guards and head gear etc.) available for purchase. Classes are Monday - Saturday with both Muay Thai AND BJJ available. Each week they focus on a specific aspect of Muay Thai (kicks, clinch work, boxing and elbows). Unfortunately, I have not had the opportunity to train in BJJ (due to work schedule) but have only heard great things from the students of the class. I have been training here for about 6 months with the goal of improving my fitness and finding a new realm of competition and knowledge. This place is doing exactly that! I highly recommend this place to anyone that is interested in learning a martial art and/or seeking a different way to exercise!

Fantastic experience: Master Toddy's Anaheim is THE spot for people (adults and kids) who want to learn a martial art or simply just get into shape. This place serves all skill levels, so beginners shouldn't be intimidated before reaching out or coming for a visit. Although this is only based on observation, I have seen a lot of parents satisfied with the type of training their children get in the kids classes. The parents seem to love the interaction the coaches have with the kids, and they also seem to love the amount of knowledge the kids retain during each class. Another good thing about this spot is the value. For the price you pay to attend here, you would still have to fork up extra cash at other spots if you want to train more. You can come to as many classes as you want throughout the week. Although the gym only has classes during the afternoon and evening, the gym is generally open all day so members can go hit the bag or have a quick workout session any time during the day. I feel that the best thing about this spot is the camaraderie. Everyone here, including the coaches, are super friendly. The environment is welcoming for literally all skill levels. I would advise that anyone interested just come check it out. Master Toddy's is a totally great spot to train for both adults and kids! Jon, Van, Ernesto, and George are all really good coaches. I have seen people drive from MILES and HOURS away just to get a private lesson with Kru Jon. After working with him, myself, I kind of get the sense why these people would go out of their way just to train with this guy. In total, I would really recommend this place to people who are interested in trying out Muay Thai, a martial art, getting into shape, or trying something new. You'd be glad you tried it for sure!
