Fantastic experience: I joined Intrvl Athletics in June 2022 after my gym closed unexpectedly. I was hooked immediately. I’m blown away daily by the emotional and physical strength of the members. AND the coaches-They aren’t simply employees- They partner with you, they correct you, they encourage you, and more importantly, they help you see beyond your limits, and help you get there. Owner JB engineers the workouts. He creates challenging regimes, in pursuit of correct form, power and safety. True athletes here, next level coaches!

Fantastic experience: The best I've ever been to! Coach JB has been teaching and making everyone at this gym improve! The environment has always been cool and welcomes every type of athlete from beginner to Rx. If you are looking into get yourself in better shape or maybe just want to try a new box with different programs or simply just want to workout and have fun,this is the place! Give it a try and you'll love it! Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: I definitely recommend this gym! Nick there runs a great gym and coach JB brings great and positive vibes to the place! No matter how much experience the person has, JB will always put his best effort into training you. Even on your worst days, you’ll leave happier and more revived. Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member at Intrvl for about 7 months now and this gym is genuinely amazing. From the coach to the other members of the gym, everyone is so nice & well-rounded. Coach JB makes sure to work with everyone despite previous or current injuries. This is a great place to push yourself to new limits, make new friends, and set personal records! In addition, Coach JB takes precautions to limiting class sizes due to the pandemic & also keeps equipment clean & sanitized. Definitely a gym worth trying with great people and workouts!

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of INTRVL from the start. I began doing their home WODs during the closure and began going in to the gym as soon as it opened. It has been the best decision I have made! So much so that I have had all of my family join in. Fantastic experience: Before joining this gym, I used to hate working out. But now, after almost a year of being here, CrossFit has become one of my favorite hobbies. It's a great, fun, and safe environment to come and get a great workout.
