Fantastic experience: Wanted to just leave a quick review about how amazing this gym is. First off, Jess Gonzalez is the best. Initially we just became friendly because I’m there almost every single day and I’m an outgoing and friendly enough fella as she is with the people in the gym. Through our interactions and her walking the gym she’d give me little pointers to try out so my old body wouldn’t hurt so badly. She was letting me know how important form is instead of just being a full on silverback gorilla who was trying to lift everything I could see. As time went on things started to hurt a little less and I actually started to get stronger so I decided to sign up for some personal training with her. The results of that training were nothing short of incredible in my mind. I became stronger, leaner, more mobile and agile; I just felt great and it was all done with a friendly professionalism that is very rare these days. The training I did with her was THE best thing I’ve done in my workout career which has spanned many, many years. Thank you, Jess. The rest of the staff is also pretty fantastic but I’ve never worked with anyone else so I can only comment on their desire to help and the friendly professionalism that you’d hope to encounter in a gym sort of environment. The gym is clean, the gym-goers are (mostly) friendly and I couldn’t ask for a better place to spend so much of my time. Fantastic gym, all around.

I’m able to do spin, weights, personal training……and every instructor here is amazing….Amy, Wendy, Christina, Josie. I can’t even name them all. Negative experience: We need more smith machines, and better hours. Please consider opening at 4am rather than 5. Most of us have to go to work in the morning, and trying to get a pump in the afternoon is a nightmare; a literal Zoo.

Negative experience: Vasa Fitness Center (Chandler) I could not state strongly enough the disappointment and frustration we have experienced with the team at Vasa Fitness Center. Whether it be a lack of appropriate training or a demand for sign ups at all cost, this team was deplorable to work with. I came in requesting info on a Free Trial period (which the website does advertise) and was told that was not an option. This information was followed by a push for me to sign up with a *promise* of how easy it is to cancel the membership if I did so within a certain amount of time. I was very unsure of if we would use our membership enough to justify the cost but after many follow up questions I was absolutely assured by the woman who assisted me that cancelation was easy and an option. Specifically I was told that if I cancelled before December I would not be charged the annual fee. I cancelled the membership after 33 days and was charged $225. The monthly fee, the cancellation fee, and the annual fee. Not only that, the cancellation apparently only applied to “my” membership, not my family that I signed up, 2 of whom are under 18 and unable to even attend the gym without my supervision. I called the gym and was told to call the corporate office with my issues of being given false information and getting this massive charge. I was hung up on twice by the corporate office and both calls were less than 3 minutes. I followed up with the gym requesting accountability for their employees misinformation and was told there was nothing they could do. Furthermore I would be charged an additional $25 for each of the other 3 family members to cancel their “memberships”. At the end of the day I am out $300 because an employee either didn’t know what she was doing or lied. People need to be held accountable for their actions and this charge should have been at the very least waived of the annual fee. It takes so little to be a decent person and run a business with understanding and professionalism.

Fantastic experience: If you are feeling stressed or rundown, I would 100% recommend taking a yin yoga class at this location. It is a great opportunity to stretch, relax, and reset. You deserve to take some time for yourself!
Fantastic experience: LOVEEE this gym!!! Workout equipment is 10/10 has everything you need for a good workout! Juli and Sakyra up front is very attentive and very helpful if you have any questions!! Has energy drinks, protein, snacks, everything!!
Fantastic experience: Joining Vasa was one of the best decisions I made to start my fitness journey. The place offers variety for every type of workout and multiple classes throughout the day to keep it interesting and challenging. One of my biggest concerns before joining a gym was cleanliness. I can honestly tell you that I haven't seen a cleaner gym. They are constantly cleaning the equipment and keeping the place tidy. Personal Trainer - Nathan Effertz I've had my fair share of personal trainers during my time here and recently started working with Nathan. It was so refreshing to see and learn his approach to fitness compared to the other trainers. He's involved even before our session starts by asking about my day and sincerely caring about how I am doing. This is more important than most people realize, because it helps to connect on a personal level and prevents personal training from feeling merely transactional. He uses his expertise in other areas to enhance our workouts while carefully explaining why we are doing each exercise and properly adjusting every step of the way. For every workout that is hard for me to do, he has a variation that delivers the same results. I've experienced trainers correcting me once or twice, but Nathan makes sure I'm doing the exercise correctly every single time. Thanks to him, I feel more confident in my fitness journey, more knowledgeable about workouts and fitness overall, and excited to show up every day. If you are planning on checking out the place, consider this the sign you've been waiting for. Hopefully, you will get Nathan as your personal trainer and start your fitness journey just like I did.
Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this gym! They really have the best child care at any gym I’ve ever been to. The girls are so kind, they have great toys/crafts and it feels clean. I take the studio red classes and they are my favorite, ALL of the coaches are awesome!!
Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this location in Chandler Arizona VASA Fitness has helped me achieve my strength training goals in an environment where I feel welcomed today I just met Tiare and she was sweet sincere and knowledgeable about VASA I’ve been a member since May 2024 and Sakyra Keeps me accountable SHE has a positive out look on life health and fitness. If it wasn’t for the two ladies at this location I wouldn’t have a gym membership because of these ladies I feel welcomed and comfortable at this gym Thank you again for being supportive and helpful.
Fantastic experience: My personal trainer is Nathan at VASA chandler. He has helped me get stronger and improve my core. He designed exercises around my weak knee. I feel great.
Fantastic experience: Vasa Fitness Chandler has been my go-to place for stress relief and physical healing. By working through my Trainer, Nate Effertz, I have gained my strength back, lost weight, increased my energy levels, and my family and friends notice the difference in my physique. Plus having a trainer provides the accountability I need to show up and do my best! The facility is clean, it's not noisy (thank goodness), and has many amenities that I can choose from - be it swimming, biking (spin), yoga, and more.
Negative experience: I had THE worst experience. This experience may not be everyone’s. And I didn’t want to write this upset so I wanted to wait and cool off. I got Covid the first week of me joining the gym. I have only been to that gym during that time. Once I got fully recovered from being sick I got back to it. I walked in and got the locker rooms and what a nightmare now I see how and why I got sick. Hair every where, fingernail clippings on the counter, wet clothes that were left in lockers from the day before that were MOLDED. Just NASTY. I took picks and asked to speak with a MGR and the front desk clerks told me that they only have a cleaning crew come at night. My mouth hit the floor why just at night. MGR told me If I wanted to leave it would be 200 bucks all together. I was only in the gym for 1 visit and this is my second. In a 3weeks bc I got sick in this place. She proceeded to tell me to take it up with customer support. And that’s all she had. Blew me off. Ok cool and so I did and back to EOS FITNESS

Negative experience: Doesn't matter what time you go to chandler location it's always packed you can't get a machine. Please build more, membership is useless if you're always waiting for a machine.
Negative experience: Staff is a bit clueless and semi rude, seen on numerous occasions the “trainers” not caring or showing the proper technique. Bathrooms are incredibly small and always require maintenance. Drinking fountains (2) are down often as well. And to get a friend pass is basically paying for your original membership x2. Also the plates/weights are literally never on the proper racks so makes you pull from other machines around the gym.
Negative experience: I haven't had many issues here but recently l've had a horrible problem that I contacted corporate about. I let several people know what was going on. I provided several examples of dates and time this rule was never followed before and hasn't been followed since I was made aware of this "rule". I was stopped in the gym where not only l have a membership but so does one of my children and I also pay for guest passes. Never a problem the whole family comes. Recently one of my sons has been going by himself after school, preparing the sports season ahead, when out of the blue on August 11th 2024 we were stopped and told that children under 16 had to have n adult when they come to the gym. Now back in 2020 when I joined the gym I was told he was too young to get his own membership but he could use my guest pass and when he's 13 he can get his own membership. Now my interaction with the "manager" who I found out later was just a personal trainer left a really bad taste in my mouth. Just the way it was handled. Following me around, asking me questions, hovering over me and continuing to pseudo harass me. As I sat in the gym that day waiting for them for 2 hours. I saw multiple children come in and out without an adult and not being asked to show ID as she told me it was required. Now with this being the rule of having to have an adult I continued to go to the gym everyday and see that there are children with no adults. When I provided dates and times to corporate via phone, I was advised that they can't control what rules the club chooses to follow. They let me know via email that the "personal trainer", by the name Jess Gonzales did allow a fellow employees kid in that day. That was the only fault or wrong doing anybody took responsibility for, even though I provided several times when she was in the club and did not question any other "children". The situation was handled extremely poorly. For a rule I was told was made in July there are still no signs or emails that have gone out. This was more than 20 days ago. Most recently Everyday with everyone there is a different set of rules. Today I was informed that if a minor has a membership then they are "grandfathered" in and can still use the facility without an adult between the ages of 12-15. Then I was told if he had a membership of his own he could come alone. Then a manager who gave me the name of three other managers but not himself informed me that those aren't the rules. Nobody is on one accord and again today I was targeted by Jess Gonzales. I hope they check the cameras and watch how hard Jess Gonzales watched myself and my child while in the front of the establishment. At this point she has a personal problem and the actual managers don't seem to be doing anything about it.
Negative experience: Today, I decided to give this gym a try because of its available amenities. but when i signed up for the new trial, i accidentally signed up for the wrong gym. when i got there i explained to them that i had done that and the "manager" there told me that there was nothing that she could do for me and told me i would have to pay for a day pass to try it out. everything is clean, open and looks great, but just based off the customer service, i will never sign up for this gym.
Fantastic experience: Aqua Zumba trainer - Tambra is awesome !!! 5 stars to Tambra. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ She is an excellent aqua Zumba trainer I have ever seen ..
Negative experience: IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL Many fees involved. Sign up only if you want to sign up for life. Simply cannot connect with billing department customer service. They will not answer. Classes are also pointless to go to. Teachers cannot remember their own routines and you barely break a sweat.
Fantastic experience: This gym is amazing! Rock-bottom pricing with high-end amenities. Friendly and casual Amy is our personal trainer, and we couldn’t be more impressed and enamored with her. She is very caring and thoughtful about what she assigns, always changes things up to keep it interesting and balanced, and pays close attention to form. We’re never worried about hurting ourselves when she’s at the helm! The gym is always very clean and cool, and has a good variety of music playing, to meet everyone’s tastes. Equipment is great, well-maintained and kept clean. The media room is outstanding - it’s very easy to forget you’re on a bike or a treadmill when you get engrossed in a movie. The H2O massage tables are the perfect post-workout treat and winddown. Drinks and snacks (protein bars, etc) are pretty pricey, but it’s easy enough to bring your own, anyway. Gets fairly crowded during peak times, but we’ve always been able to find a vacant piece of equipment to work on, even when it’s packed. We’ve asked them to change the channel on a TV, and they were unable to do so, which was a little weird, but not a dealbreaker. Equal amount of muscleheads and older folks makes for a comfortable balance. Definitely not a meat market - a 20-something with a banging body is likely working out right next to a dumpy old woman like me! Highly recommend.

Negative experience: Great gym, nice equipment, lots of amenities. Customer service isn’t great though, especially if you need to freeze or cancel the account or if you have a family membership. They make it very difficult to manage the family account even when you are the main account owner. They will just continue to charge you and tell you they don’t have the ability to cancel the account.

Fantastic experience: I am two days shy of my 2 month anniversary at VASA (I'm here at least 4 days per week) and I can honestly say that I still love it. The staff, coaches, and instructors have all been amazing. Today specifically, I did the 11:30 Yin Yoga class with Adabelle and when I tell you that she was one of THE BEST yoga instructors that I've ever had, I mean it. The way she connected our minds and bodies (mindfulness and deep stretching) is exactly what you hope for in a yin class. I hope to see her do more of these classes because I will definitely be there. I even stopped by the GM's office to tell her how great she was. Great way to start the weekend!!!
Negative experience: The worst experience ever. I got a day pass trial to test the gym. The lady said to me “The only way to let you use the day pass if you will sign up today” my response was “If I enjoy the gym I might sign up” she didn’t like that. She said then “you need to pay for a day pass, you can’t use the free trial” I obviously have a day pass trial for a reason, I’m thinking of signing up. I told her, I would like to see the gym if I actually like it or not. She then sent another employee so we can “sign waivers” he came to us with the same thing, telling us we can’t use the day pass, we have to pay first. It’s so sad seeing employees to go that far and tell each other how not to let people use the free trial. What a shame for Vasa fitness. They came up with the most crazy excuse of why we can’t use the free trial. Employees not letting the business to grow by pushing people away from the gym, that’s insane.

Negative experience: Why are they bathrooms so nasty. There's pee all over the floor and toilet paper all over the floor. Somebody should call for a clean up. It's gross and not OK. Wish you guys luck. Never coming here again

Negative experience: Worst places ever.They are trying to scam you.They gave you an 20 pages agreement for Personal training membership,and there is a small check for auto renew that you checked on.Membership keep renewing even though you are calling 5 times to cancel.The 6th time,they will notice you that you need to call head office to cancel your member ship which they never informed you this information during the 1-5 time that you are calling.When you call the office,they will charge you another month of training for 30 days cancellation notice even thought i noticed the cancel 2 months agao.They over charge me almost $700 for this package.SCAMING COMPANY.

Positive experience: Your yoga room smells of mold and mildew. A few weeks back before my yoga class was a dirty bandaid on the floor. If you look at the ceiling tiles the water marks continue to spread
Negative experience: Decent space/eqpt, but the management needs reworking, I wasn't gonna write a review but I had to change my credit card because of this place and they're still charging me. The daycare was closed for spring break, the blonde uppermanagement had scared her subordinates into not telling me the reason for this, but ellude to health or safety concerns, allegedly it was a cockroach infestation and the day care opened back up a week after spring break. They'll also charge you 3 dollars Everytime your workout goes over the time you allotted or if your late. I signed up for 6 months of training, got tossed between three different trainers and paid for 3 or 4 sessions I never received. And now they're charging me for sessions outside of that contract leading to me changing my credit card. The gym is a place I go to decompress, by that definition this isn't a gym 0.5/10. It does have weights, steam and dry sauna, pool. Daycare system is broken. Update: no one has reached out. I still get notifications they are trying to charge me. Please stop

Fantastic experience: I have been searching for a gym after moving to this area. After switching 3 gyms, the search was finally over. My friends kept saying about good things about Vasa. I wasn’t interested because it’s miles away but… I did sign up after trying as a guest for a few times. Now I have been a member for around a year. There are a few things that make Vasa stood out from the rest: 1. Their staffs are extremely friendly and helpful. I can tell that they are happy to work in this place, and they are very well-trained. This definitely makes a huge difference comparing to other gyms. 2. They have great plan options. I love that I can bring 2 guests with me on my plan. 3. Quality instructors - this is the main reason that I am staying in this gym. Group classes definitely is the main reason that keeps me motivated to go to gym. I love that they have classes as late as 7:30pm which is super friendly to working class like me. I love Commit Dance with Gloria, yoga with Adabelle. Even their substitute instructors are the best! Christina is subbing today and she is awesome! The only thing they can improve as far as group classes is variety. They used to have other classes like Zumba, body pump and yoga in the evening. I really love the Zumba instructor we used to have on Tuesdays and Thursdays but now we seem to have the same instructors everyday. They are good but more varieties would be even better.
Fantastic experience: I recently joined a few weeks ago & wanted to share my experience today about the Studio Red group fitness class. I am 7 months post-partum and motivated to lose my baby fat and get in shape. Christine instructed the class today & she was so welcoming to me and my guest and it did not feel weird at all. She showed us how to do the exercises and helped me try my best. The hardest part is showing up. I look forward to attending more fitness classes. As you can see by the other reviews, this gym is extremely affordable, spacious, clean and clearly has high standards. Coaches have all been genuine and helpful.
Positive experience: It's a great gym. Great staff, great equipment, pretty much anything u could want. However, it's WAY TOO CROWDED. If you have limited time or specific times to do your gym thing, DO NOT SIGN UP HERE. Also, they say it's month to month but they charge you $49.99 the 2nd month for an annual fee, and it's $25 to cancel. Great gym overall but shady marketing and as crowded as can be.

Negative experience: Now, this review is not about personal trainers or equipment. The gym itself and everything is very good. But the customer service for this company aka. Corporate does not care they play games, they do not help you, and they do everything to help the corporation and overall see members as a #. I love this gym, the classes, the trainers, everything outside of customer service. Because my account was unfrozen early without me authorizing it, and they told me it is because I used a personal training session, yet before I froze it, they told me I could use my sessions I missed without charge. So yeah, I don't like being lied to. Be upfront and honest or loss my business.

Negative experience: They are the definition of thieves. We were there for 5 years and I just did an audit of our charges, there are so many random charges that they cannot verify or justify, it is beyond frustrating. So glad we switched, we are saving $30 month in membership and also saving with on not having random charges

Negative experience: They don’t allow you to use a free day pass. After entering, Matt from upfront came and touched me in the bathroom and said I’m not allowed to use the day pass and walked me out. I felt uncomfortable after being followed into a vulnerable place and kicked out.

Positive experience: I love that you offer the Les Mills program. However, I took a star off because you do not offer a full BodyPump class. I’d like to see a full 55 minute class, instead of the “express” class. There is time to successfully execute a full 55 minute class. I also wish instructors had a new playlist and choreography each week.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member since March of 2019 and enjoyed every visit. Gym offers a wide variety of fitness equipment, services and classes. While I use the treadmill and rowing machines, I am more of a fitness class person. Many are offered but you just have to keep an eye on the schedule as they are subject to change. My most enjoyable class is Christina’s Zumba. The music and steps are always great and the class enthusiasm is always high. Just a feel good class. Cycle classes range from fun/dance to take no prisoner levels. Something for everyone. Body pump and power flex lets you build up your strength in a gradual manner. Studio Red pushes you to new personal levels thru cardio and strength stations. All the instructors are knowledgeable and easily approachable and you see them taking classes as well. I take classes with Amanda, Ashley, Christina, Christine, Connor, Josie, Liz, Marlee, Samantha, Seaaira, Wendy and Ximena. All are willing and able to help you reach your fitness goals and develop friendships along the way.

Fantastic experience: Great gym, I love taking Cycle classes with Christina (as well as the occasional Studio Red). She has a nice calm and positive demeanor while coaching that makes you feel successful (while having fun). Additionally, the personal touches of getting to know who you are and your goals are appreciated with her! Great music too!! Of course I would be negligent if I did not also review Amanda whose positivity is contagious and never failing. She will leave you stronger, happier, and even perplexingly entertained. From knowing your name to a fist bump goodbye, I always enjoy. Ensure you take Cycle on Saturdays and you will have a blast! Also Studio Red with her is . If you see coffee in her hands, prepare yourself. Lastly, Coach Wendy. I aspire to be her when I grow up. She is beyond ripped and intelligent in ways of activating glutes that I didn’t know were possible. Her Butts and Guts class is a must if you need hip stability and are also wanting to improve butts and or guts. Such a nice person!

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of Vasa going on 5 years, love the front desk they always are upbeat and welcoming you into the club, Christina teaches Monday and Wednesday silver sneakers she is awesome very upbeat makes it fun we work very hard she's great and then Saturdays you have Melissa who teaches silver sneakers and she is also very awesome, and a new teacher to us on Fridays silver sneakers Sammy. Fantastic experience: I moved to Chandler a year and a couple months ago, so I was in need of a new gym. My fiancé was a basic member and recommended the place, so I figured I'd check it out. I hadn't been working out hard for a long time, so I had no idea what I was doing outside of my basic comfort-zone exercises. I decided to opt for the Studio Red tier package with the understanding there were smaller classes and more involvement from the coaches as compared to the general admission classes. My first class was with Amanda, my next with Wendy. These ladies were SO helpful, motivating, and supportive. The classes themselves are good, but the community that is built in Studio Red is GREAT. I genuinely look forward to seeing the same faces every week as we all put in the work to make gains together. I can't attest to the rest of the gym because I go solely for Studio Red, but I wanna give a huge thank you to Amanda and Wendy (and the other coaches who I get to see less often due to my schedule) who hold me accountable on my lazy days and encourage me on my high-effort ones. Almost 100 classes down, many more to go!

Fantastic experience: vasa is one of the best gyms i’ve ever been to! i moved from eos since my wallet was stolen out of the locker rooms! i have never felt so safe at a gym and not waiting around for machines due to too many people and overall great environment! nate showed me how to do a overhead tricep extension and now i know how to do it correctly! daniel was so welcoming everytime i would walk into the gym! amy is my favorite studio red coach! she has the best playlist and gets me pumped!!! go vasa!

Fantastic experience: I found an excellent dance class at Vasa Alma School location. Wednesday morning 8:30am, Miranda. I live in the middle of five miles radius of five gyms. Three EOS; Mountainside and Lifetime. This teacher is the only class I drove double distance than my other dance classes. Why I love this class? Miranda got everything right. ***She is a great Dancer which helps me to follow her routine clearly. ***Good taste of music selection. ***Her choreography is easy to follow but also gives you great workout I strongly recommend this teacher to anyone interested in dance class.

Positive experience: Only a 4 at this point because I haven't actually been in to work out yet BUT the tour was VERY good. I went to two clubs that day and the other club just walked me around the place not telling me anything about anything. All the guy was interested in was signing me up. At VASA, I got a very detailed tour and they did a body scan and a trainer went over it with me. There was a good number of staff present (I saw 3 ppl at the other club, front deck guy and two sales guys). VASA was not high pressure like the other club. It was a little louder and more of a crowd (but not too many ppl). I chose VASA over the other club even though my husband and son go to the other club. VASA seemed to care more about their members.

Fantastic experience: Matthew is what makes me love VASA. The gym on Alma School and Ray is very nice, plenty of cardio, enough free weights, and a good amount of machines. The amenities are good, and most things are new. The Studio Red (HIIT class) is fantastic, but none of these things would matter as much if Matthew wasn’t at this location. Matthew is one of the most genuine, honest, attentive gym employees I’ve met. He goes above and beyond to provide fitness and general diet advice to me and my wife, and he truly attempts to connect with us on a personal level. Good gym, and it has great employees, many of the staff at this location are very friendly.

Fantastic experience: I want to brag about the child care team at Chandler. They are a blessing to my family. My youngest son has been coming to child care since he was 6 weeks old - and Tasha was the only one that could get him to sleep. Now he is a toddler and continues enjoy his time there. Positive experience: This gym has gotten better in the past couple months! The issues I was having before were too many people in their classes and it was uncomfortable fitting. They added scanners to the group fitness rooms so now only those actually paying for the class can get in. I still miss my old gym before covid. I find myself barely coming to this gym but enjoying myself when I do. I’m hoping with the price increase they will add more classes like pilates, HIIT, different types of dance fitness. Also I’m not a huge fan of the layout of gym equipment in the common area. Something about it feels stuffed. Cleanliness was an issue in the past as well. If these were fixed I would come more often.

She injects the session with positive motivation and a fun environment, all while challenging the body in new ways. The facility has been well maintained and comfortable any time I go in

Fantastic experience: This is my first time belonging to a proper gym (went to Curves years and years ago) and I LOVE IT so far!! In a way, it’s nothing more than you really expect a gym to have, but in practice, it’s so convenient to have everything you want right there. It’s so close to home, the basic account is $10 a month, personal training sessions (extra cost) are so convenient to schedule. Best of all, the place is so inviting. Every day I wake up feeling like I want to go. I still give it 5 stars but there are a couple of things I’d tweak: they need to be more on top of keeping the wipes in stock, and they need to get lower weight hand weights (10 lbs and lower) and resistance bands to keep out in the main area so I don’t have to borrow them from the personal training area.

She went over the kid care options so my son can come with. I have been working really hard to find a place that me and my son can both enjoy! Fantastic experience: I have had nothing but amazing experiences at Vasa Fitness. The staff is wonderful and extremely helpful. The kidcare has been the best way for my son to get some energy out while I can workout plus the staff is so great with him. My favorite part has to be Studio Red though as I get a full body work out with weights and cardio without having to make decisions of what to do and no waiting for equipment, it is also amazing to have the great coaches encouraging you to keep going and helping if you need it.

Negative experience: Literally 3 weeks the steam room is out of service and has a board that they are trying to fix the problem.. I spoke to them 3 weeks back and they said part is on the way, I spoke to them on Thursday (2 weeks after) and I got an update that they got the part and working to fix it from morning! After 4 days (Monday) I still see it out of service! Literally just feeling like an other LA fitness gym now a days..

Positive experience: Love how big the gym is. Staff is friendly! Only complaint is those scanners to scan the barcode to get into the basketball court and the Sauna are low quality and very inconsistent sometimes I stand there for 5-15 minutes trying to get it to scan. Sucks that some members get locked out or have to wait for something they paid for because of faulty technology.

Negative experience: The gym has amazing features but the staff dont seem too excited about those who have gym membership through their work. They didnt feel like wanting to help me get set up. They kept taking care of other people, though i was there first. I kept getting brushed off to multiple people and not even an apology was provided. After i was signed up. They didnt offer to give me the tour of the gym instead i had to ask for it even when i mentioned in the very beginning that i have never been to VASA gym before. Let it be known that not everyone can afford gym memberships. I happy that my job offered the program through my insurance for a low cost. But dont look down on people because of that. Be excited we are coming to the gym to work out and be healthy.

Negative experience: I used to enjoy this gym a lot but just cancelled my membership, I mainly signed up for the cycle classes but they reduced them down to only 2 times a week when they used to be every day at very convenient times. The days they are on now are the days I cannot go. I have reached out to the gym and they have just thanked me for my feedback. Many of the instructors seemed discouraged by this decision and it honestly made me very sad. I also had to pay and extra $25 to cancel and found this to be very ridiculous as I did not make the decision to cut the classes. I don’t feel it’s fair to be charged $50 to cancel. Boo! many gyms in this area thankfully. Sucks to just pay more and more for something I had no choice in.
