Fantastic experience: My son loves going to the Emmaus location. It is a nice and clean spot, he enjoys the workouts and within a few weeks has shown improvements in strength and power. He set very aggressive goals and his trainer had been focused on him from the minute he walks in the door. He works out 2x-3x a week and the cost is extremely responsible for the quality and outcomes we have already seen. Looking forward to the summer programs!

Fantastic experience: My son has trained here during his off season for 2 years. Not only has his speed and agility improved tremendously, but his mindset as an athlete has as well. The programs for each athlete are second to none. The time, dedication and personal attention each athlete receives is beyond my expectations. Tyler has very obviously followed his gifts and passion. The workouts and programs are challenging, and the results are incredible. Tyler and his team have a deep knowledge of how to take an athlete to the next level. I also need to say that character, humility, honesty, acceptance, and feeling valued are all very important traits to me. The energy of this facility exudes all of that from every team member. From the professional athletes that still train here to Tyler and his staff to each athlete my son has worked out with, there are no egos. Just people working to become the best versions of themselves. I could not recommend this place enough!

Fantastic experience: Matryx is the best training facility in the Lehigh Valley by far, been to multiple trainers for my son and Tyler is the most personable. Always has something new to offer, whether it's new equipment or specialty programs for certain sports like baseball or softball. He is always there and involved. Definitely see results. Couldn't be any happier and pleased. Highly recommended!

Also love that after baseline testing at the first visit, he retests so you can see the results, and work to get to your next goal. My daughter likes that the atmosphere is mostly high school and college athletes, and that everyone is there to work hard and get stronger.

Not to mention the mentoring and positive influence that Tyler and his staff (Mike) have been in my sons life. It’s a way bigger picture than just training.
