Fantastic experience: I came in on a passport pass and have enjoyed my visits! Melody was lovely on my first class - welcoming and helpful on my arrival. Motivating and observant during class and following up with me in person as I left and then via email. My 2nd class Chris is fantastic! You can tell he loves what he does. Enthusiastic and the clients love him. The gym is clean and pleasant and there’s a plenty of new equipment. Thanks for some great motivating workouts while I’m visiting my folks! I’ll be back.

Fantastic experience: Love F45s in general. But this location has come great coaches that make it all that much better. They are all great but i mostly have the classes with Chris and Melody are always keeping me motivated and pushing me when I start slacking. I love having the mental workload taken out of doing a workout and getting a well balanced workout.

Fantastic experience: I have known about F45 for YEARS but didn’t try it until recently and I LOVE IT!! I’ve gone 5 or 6 times and every workout is so different and engaging. I also have really enjoyed every coach that I’ve had, which has been 3 so far. As someone who is looking to WORK when I without, this is easily the best group fitness studio/class in Allen.

Fantastic experience: Chris was engaging and welcoming. He explained how F45 works, what to expect and how to 'run the circuit'. He also worked with me (and of course others) on correcting any posture, form or humorously what station I should have been at. It was a great first time gym experience.

Fantastic experience: Just a regular woman looking to feel better and look better. When I first started I didn't think I could complete the class and have enough energy to get ready for work. I was wrong (lol, I know a women admitting she was wrong). My body has improved and so has my confidence. 5:15AM classes has the best tempo, kind people and we go at our own pace. Love every minute of it!

Fantastic experience: 5:15 classes with Chris are great! He’s a good hype man and always watching out for correct form to prevent injuries! There is some variability in coaches if you go to several classes and overall a great place to get a good workout in!

Fantastic experience: This gym is the best for those who don’t want to think about what to do when they go to the gym. With the pre set, arranged workouts, members are able to complete their workout in 40 minutes and feel accomplished. The cardio classes are my favorite and really get you sweating!

The facility is extra clean , they are taking all the Covid cleaning precautions to the max . i feel very safe , unlike my last chain gym !! Fantastic experience: The members are super great, friendly, engaged and committed. The coaches are inspiring and enthusiastic!! They will give you the encouragement and support!! The interval training concept is the best, love the classes, in and out in 45 minutes, what a great workout! People are so friendly and helpful! They also have a body scan machine and nutrition program. More than a fitness gym, a true community. Owners are great and caring people.
Fantastic experience: Denis and Gi are great instructors and supportive throughout the entire workout. They are happy to answer any questions regarding form or providing modifications to a move due to an injury. Workouts are comprehensive. Each day provides a full body workout and/or cardio blast. Other members are supportive and motivational. Everyone works the timed circuit of exercises so there's no getting stuck "working into" a piece of equipment like a big box gym. Reservations are made for each class so it's not over crowded. I felt my health was safe as they were exercising proper precautions (face mask, distancing, sanitizing) due to COVID. Sanitizing is HUGE for me, as I believe everyone should've been doing that at any gym pre-COVID, but 'bros' at the box gyms don't think anything about sweating all over the equipment and not cleaning after themselves. Highly recommend checking it out.
