Fantastic experience: JC helps you with all your fitness goals. From nutrition, or to creating a specific workout plan for my specific needs and capabilities.You basically have a nutritionist and a personal trainer. JC has changed my perspective of small gyms. I will never go back to a big box gym again. I'm really happy we found Retrain Fitness and I highly recommend you check it out.
