Fantastic experience: My 8yo son loved their summer camp again this year. They made small adjustments to the camp structure that made it even better this year. The counselors seem like high school kids and they are fantastic. Highly recommend their summer camp!

Negative experience: Terrible set up. We paid a lot of money for a Volleyball League and the venue double books for $$$ Parents should be able to watch their girls play volleyball. Sportsplex could have not scheduled a birthday party until after noon. And Renny should have found a better facility to accommodate players and parents.

Fantastic experience: We had my son's 6th birthday party here. Our party host Gavin was amazing, adapting to whatever my son wanted. Our party was scheduled during the crazy power outages, but they went out of their way to make sure our party still happened—renting generators and spot lights, changing pizza vendors, etc. We will definitely have another party here in the future.

Fantastic experience: Planning a child’s birthday party can be stressful, but Greentree Sports Complex made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. The facility is an outstanding venue for kids’ parties, offering a spacious open field, a fun bounce house, a wide variety of sports equipment, and Bluetooth speakers to keep the energy high. There are countless ways to keep active kids entertained. One of the standout features is the dedicated party host who assists throughout the event. We were lucky to have Brady, who went above and beyond to make our celebration memorable. He played with the kids, helped move gifts to the party room, cut and served the cake, passed out pizza and drinks, and even helped load and unload items from our car before and after the party. His enthusiasm and support made a huge difference. I highly recommend Greentree Sports Complex to anyone planning a fun, organized, and kid-friendly party. If possible, request Brady—he truly helped make our day extra special.

Fantastic experience: My daughter had an amazing birthday party at Greentree Sportsplex! The facilities are well maintained, the party was well coordinated with planning and during the event. Our host, Brady, was wonderful and kept the children well engaged and entertained! We are looking forward to attending camps and hosting future events here.

Fantastic experience: We were beyond thrilled with our experience at Greentree Sportsplex! From planning with Georgia and Melissa and the front desk staff the day of. Everyone was so communicative and helpful. The facilities are beautiful and clean. They are also decorated so well for a kids birthday! Our group of 17 boys had the best time with Abdul. He was energetic, patient, kind, attentive, and so very hard working. I can’t recommend him enough! I know we will be back!

Fantastic experience: This is a perfect birthday party spot. Just having the group helpers alone was worth the money, and everything you get in the package is seriously unbeatable. But the helpers were the best part. Coordinating games, playing with the kids, assisting with the party room stuff, and just generally helping with anything. Awesome job.

Fantastic experience: We had an amazing time celebrating Eid al-Fitr at GreenTree SportsPlex and Fitness Center with the local Muslim community! The facility offers so many great activities like indoor soccer, volleyball, pickleball, and basketball. It was perfect for bringing everyone together, and the atmosphere was filled with joy. The kids had a blast with the beach balls and bouncy houses, making it a truly kid-friendly environment. The space is well-maintained and open to the public, which made it easy to enjoy all the fun without needing a membership. Thanks to brother Abdul for organizing such a wonderful event!

Fantastic experience: Came here for an Eid celebration with our Muslim community for family-friendly fun and it was awesome! The staff were very nice and accommodating. The space we were in was very kid-safe. I have a 2 year old and I felt comfortable letting her roam and run around without fear of her getting lost or hurt. It’s pretty spacious as well. We were able to let the children play and let the adults have a few fun games of our own! Definitely recommend this place! Super fun! Lots to do and will wear those children out!

Fantastic experience: Wonderful Experience for Our Community! We were there with our Muslim community to celebrate Eid, and it was such a great experience. The center is affordable, clean, and very welcoming to women and young children. The kids had so much fun, and the staff were kind and respectful. It’s a perfect spot for family-friendly events and fitness. We truly appreciated the warm atmosphere!

Fantastic experience: We had an event at the SportsPlex for mixed ages and everyone had a blast! The kids loved the bouncy houses and huge beach balls and the parents loved that the space was enclosed so you didn’t have to worry about them running off. Moms played kickball while kids bounced. Having an indoor field means rain or shine you are comfortable! Everyone had a blast, thanks to Melissa and Abdul!

Fantastic experience: We just had my son's 9th Birthday party at the Sportplex. It was the best experience we have enjoyed with any birthday party we have hosted. From the planning to the onsite support the day of the event it was an outstanding experience. I would highly recommend this facility for a child's birthday and even an adult gathering. Fantastic experience: We have had both of my daughter's most recent birthday parties here, and will 100% be having future parties here as well. Great experience for the parents of the bday kids. Better experience for the kids! Greentree took almost everything off of our plate as far as the craziness around planning, invitations, setup, entertainment, games, food, teardown, and clean-up. And most importantly, each kid had an absolute blast and the parents were free to mingle and catch up while the kids played endlessly on all the Bouncy Castles, did crafts (everyone made custom hats - it was a huge hit) played dress up, had bubble fights, and played a ton of Coordinated games by the staff. 10 stars!!!

Negative experience: Came to use the gym for a couple days while I was in town for a conference and since the DoubleTree's gym was being renovated. Very disappointed! All of the machines and racks were dusty and dirty, and the dumbbells were very loose. The benches were very worn and taped together. I don't care what equipment a gym has but safety and cleanliness should be number one! I'm appreciative to the Double Tree for setting me up there but it was horrible. Lady at the front desk seemed very uninterested in helping. There was a guy in the gym there who helped me with one of the machines I wasn't sure how to use. It looked like he was a coach as he was working with someone there but took time to help me and answer my question. I think his name was Dan. Other than that, can't say I was pleased with the experience. I don't normally like to leave bad reviews but safety and cleanliness should be a non-negotiable!

Fantastic experience: South Pittsburgh Ball Hockey hosted our end of season celebration here over the weekend. Not only was the price reasonable for the rental, the fact that you can bring in your own food and drink makes it so easy for large groups like ours (125+)! They set up all of the tables and chairs, even thinking to provide an extra table for our player awards. They were so accommodating and attentive and made sure we had everything we needed for our 3-hour window. We had kids ages 5 to 16 and everyone had the best time. We definitely recommend them for your next group celebration!

Fantastic experience: Great venue. Tonnes of play-space for the party. Great, no-rush party host. Had our son’s 10th birthday here and the kids had so much fun. If your kid is into sports, this is the venue to host a party to make their birthday the best day!

Fantastic experience: Our kiddo had his 6th birthday party here and it couldn't have been a better experience. It was incredibly easy to book, the party room accomodates a large number and is pre-decorated, they help with everything from running field games to ordering the pizza. On top of how easy it was, it was truly the most fun party we've been to! Bounce houses, sports, giant beach balls, bubbles, pizza, and room to run!

Fantastic experience: Had a preschool graduation party for my son. He loved seeing his picture on the screen when we got there. This is a great place to have a kids party. The bouncy houses and giant beachballs are excellent for the kids to run out some energy. Whoever they get the pizza from makes a great pie delivered on time. Took a lot of the planning off our plate. The staff at Greentree Sportsplex are courteous and communicate well. Most questions were answered before we even asked. We will be back.

Fantastic experience: My sons had a joint birthday party this weekend and it was a HUGE success! Parents were telling me afterward that their kids now want to have their parties here! As a busy mom, I am looking for a party that keeps things easy and requires minimal work. Well, this is it! Each party has a host who not only helps you with setup but also coordinates and facilitates the games with the kids. Abdul oversaw our party and he was absolutely amazing! Super polite, organized and sooo great with the kids. It was impressive at how easily he kept the kids focused on the games. The bounce houses were a great addition for the younger kids in our group. They barely stepped away! We would highly recommend booking your party here. You won’t regret it!

We had about 25 kids there, and they all appeared to have a great time (a few kids were overhead saying it was the best party ever). As a parent, having the party coordinators ( Cameron and I forget the other guy’s name) made the experience stress free for me. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: I played soccer here growing up and always had really fond memories at the SportsPlex! Little did I know when I moved to the area as an adult that the SportsPlex had a gym. My husband and I work out here and it’s the perfect spot for our weekly workout routine.

Fantastic experience: Impressive facility right off 376. Two very large warehouses with a building connecting the two. There is also a giant bubble available as an extra field that has heat and cooling. High quality astroturf for the indoor fields. Improvements happen regularly. The staff is ready to help in any way you need. During the summer they have two professional indoor basketball courts. Available year round is their fitness center that has three different rooms: free weights, cardio, and for those that are not trained to use free weights ...the strive equipment room. There is a personal fitness instructor that has their own business on site that they recommend. You can have your own event room to decorate if you want. Oh, they have a pitching/hitting tunnel also. To rent one the areas, you just go online to schedule.

Fantastic experience: This Sports facility was very nice. This was my daughter's 1st wrestling tournament ever. The referees were very helpful along with fair with these novice matches. The building accommodates a large array of sports including volleyball, wrestling, basketball, an indoor turf football field, bating cages and I'm sure more than I didn't get to see. (Busy day for wrestling parents) The building is large and pretty simple to find. With me being over 2 hours away, this meant alot to me. They had merchandise to purchase for the wrestling tournament, they have a small consession area on the main floor and a small Cafe upstairs where you can still see all the sports behind a full glass wall. They had breakfast foods, snacks and fruit, drinks, candy, lunch items and a decent sized lounge with tables to enjoy some snacks in-between our kids matches. The building is constantly being cleaned. I saw multiple people vacuuming and sanitizing the areas on both floors. The only "issues" if you want to call them that, was the lines to use the bathrooms, and very limited parking for such a large facility. Everything else about this place was wonderful in my opinion. I wish all our tournaments would be at facilities as nice as this one. GREAT place. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Such a spacious, multi facade facility. Basketball courts, volleyball courts and soccer area i do believe. Highly recommend giving the facility a try. Very affordable to rent out a space for am hour or two.

Positive experience: Played in a Pickleball league here. Six Pickleball courts with semi-permanent markings, tape. The building is in fairly good shape but showing it’s age. Staff has been friendly and helpful.

Negative experience: This review is for the Adult Co-Ed soccer “non-competitive” league. I played in the co-Ed league in the winter and spring of 2022 or whatever season they were calling it. First off unless you are a recent college graduate or an actively fit person, do not join this league. The non-competitive is anything but non-competitive and it full of nothing but active college soccer players and recent college grads. Secondly the refereeing is terrible and the main fat guy ref who stands on the sideline and talks to people the whole game, doesn’t pay attention to the game and doesn’t control the game either unless you swear at him of course. He will talk to you the whole game while you’re playing as well. Fields are garbage too. The “fitness field” is extremely wider than it is long and the “XL field” probably needed the turf replaced 6 or 7 years ago. Overall garbage facility and garbage league and I can’t wait for somebody from Greentree to reply to this review because you know everything I said is true

Fantastic experience: Great gym and intense place to exercise! All exercise equipment, free weights and all cardio machines are fully functional and operational. Cardio machines are brand new! Many options for exercise from fitness boot camps to traditional gym equipment to sports activities. I will continue to recommend this place.

Positive experience: This is a great small bargain gym. The teachers and classes are wonderful. Management is very unorganized... they never notify members of changes and if they do its very last minute. They also sometimes overbook their classes when they offer promotions for new members or drop-ins and they end up turning people away. Parking is hit or miss...since they rent their facilities(nice indoor fields and quaint exercise rooms) you may have to park a mile away or you may get a spot close to the door.

Fantastic experience: Great place for playing indoor pickleball. They have the capacity to setup 9 courts if needed. Usually just need 6 courts. The only knock against them is they currently have 6 lights out scattered around the 2 gyms. Once they replace those it will be better.

Negative experience: “Georgia“ was extremely unprofessional, unsure of pricing, and unwilling to provide the owner’s contact email/information to inform them of the poor customer service. She mentioned “people are usually at work on Friday and sign up in the afternoon so she wasn’t the person to handle signups” We still wished to proceed with the purchase of the membership. She then asked if we would like to save our credit card on file because people use bad cards, payment doesn’t go through and she is in accounting and would have to redo the whole thing. She went on to state she didn’t trust anyone who doesn’t put a card on file and we would be required to do so. Though I was irritated, we still loved the facility and wished to proceed. She then, at the same time we began to provide our card information, state that “the basketball court was not include and asked are we sure we’d like to proceed?” Who acts like that?! I was done at that point and respectfully asked for the owner’s email/contact information in which she disrespectfully declined to provide. She was so unorganized in her thoughts, disrespectful with her comments. It was very uncomfortable so we left. Horrible experience!

Fantastic experience: Great place to opt sports.

Positive experience: I use the dance studio here and the space is great. For in-person classes I would recommend this space. However, the wifi doesn't quite reach to the studio so virtual classes are quite difficult but still a good space and I would recommend it for future classes for sure.

Positive experience: Would go four stars but the parking area is challenging when crowded and inside needs some work. Also the wheelchair ramp inside is horribly steep. I was there with a group and they made the arrangements so I can't speak to that but I overall it was nice.

Fantastic experience: Pickleball was a lot of fun in doors. And only $5 bucks which is reasonable.

Negative experience: Needs to open up for spectors

Negative experience: Has 2 bathrooms (1 for each gender) which includes 1 stall per room and a urinal. The line for the bathrooms were so bad people were lining up to go outside. Oh I should mention that the bathrooms had no toilet paper and USED paper towels on the floor.

Negative experience: The stuff is very rude and they have no idea about handling costumers.

Negative experience: Well the easiest way I could describe an average experience with this facility is extremely underwhelming, almost as if it is run by a bunch of money hungry goblins that have no concern for there own actions, today there was probably almost 1,000 people there for multiple different sports at the same time, talk about a mess and to make things even better there is only 1 public restroom with one toilet. Another down fall of the facility is it easily has no insolation, the temperature will easily match whatever it is outside, just so happened to be cold outside today so it was very cold inside.If your planning on going to this facility for a sporting event just count on everything being delayed, no WiFi, and the electricity going out. I would only recommend this building for people that hate themselves and have all day to waste because the people in charge have no idea what their actually doing.

Fantastic experience: My son attended a one day sports camp and had a blast. Marco is awesome and kept the day filled with a variety of activities. Will definitely look forward to their new planned summer camp. This is a hidden gem!
