Fantastic experience: I spent a long time at this CrossFit gym, about 2 years, and it changed my life. I learned and developed so many things there, not just CrossFit movements. I developed mental toughness, made friends, learned about nutrition, and learned to teach and encourage others. I consider the people there family, and the owners are two of the best people I have ever met. CrossFit Zephyr will always hold a special place in my heart, because it left me better than it found me.

Fantastic experience: My family was in Albuquerque for a few weeks and we needed to find a box that wouldn't mind us dropping in for our short stay. We were overwhelmed by options in Abq but I can say without a doubt that we are extremely happy that we picked Zephyr! Everyone has been so welcoming and the coaches are very knowledgeable and helpful. Crossfit Zephyr is a great gym with awesome programming. Definitely worth dropping in and checking it out!

Fantastic experience: I've been at Zephyr since 2015. I think that people fail in their fitness goals because designing workouts is hard; best left to experts. All I have to do is show up and they supply the equipment, space, and best of all the workout. Different everyday so it stays interesting. The people are nice, the coaches are helpful. It's not at all competitive.

If you like a community focused environment for crossfit, high intensity training, weight lifting, or a little of everything, this is the place to go. It's like working out with a group of friends! There are also lots of extra opportunities like pot lucks, hikes, rucks, runs, bike rides, and more! There is something here for everyone - all ages and all fitness levels.

Fantastic experience: Crossfit Zephyr is a great, friendly, and welcoming box. They have both drop-in classes and a weekly membership. Both are great rates. $50/week is the option I did. The instructors are kind, encouraging, and respectful. They really made me feel like I had a home away from home while I was in town for work. They have a great schedule too, and close to the hotels, and fun weekend activities. Will absolutely come again if I'm in town.

Fantastic experience: CrossFit Zephyr is an amazing gym. I've been going here for about a year now, and seen so much improvement since I started. The coaches at Zephyr worked with me and helped me get better at some of the more complicated movements I had struggled with like double unders, rope climbs, pistols, and muscle ups. The staff is excellent, and the programing clearly has a lot of care and attention put into it. The members are also so kind, and welcoming to everyone whether they have been going there for years or just dropping in for the day. I've met some of my greatest friends here! The class schedule is also very flexible with evening classes and open gym offered as well. This makes it possible for me to go with my work schedule which can be unpredictable. Overall great gym- definitely worth checking out!

Fantastic experience: Crossfit Zephyr was my first crossfit gym, and I couldn't have asked for a better gym to start at. Tammy, Zac and the entire coaching team is straight up amazing. They are very eager to teach you the right techniques and get you progressing at a pace that is comfortable for you. I also have to say that all the members of Zephyr are like family and welcome newcomers with nothing but kindness. Unfortunately it was a sad day when I had to leave crossfit Zephyr and ABQ due to work. As a former gym member I can honestly say that you will not be disappointed!

Fantastic experience: After doing the cheap machine gyms and previously regretting going to a crossfit gym where everyone was stuck on how they looked. I took a chance and signed up at Zephyr. I don't regret that choice at all. It has been more than just a gym but a community. I guess that song from Cheers "where everybody knows your name" comes to mind. It is a warm and inviting environment where every coach and member motivates you to put your best effort forward. There is always room for one more member and bring your tag alongs (friends, spouse, or kids). Always a workout to meet every level.

Fantastic experience: What a great box. So many boxes aren't that welcoming of a drop-in and make you feel like an outsider. Not this box...Tammy (the owner) gave me a tour, helped me pick out a shirt and was very welcoming. The workout was great and so was the coaching. If you are ever in Albq definitely stop by and check them out you will not be disappointed!

Fantastic experience: CrossFit Zephyr is a great box for every level of fitness, age, experience... you name it. Tammy Bingham (Owner/ Head Coach) does a great job programming that can of course be modified for anyone's level. There is some sort of accessory work before every WOD (which I love) whether it is weightlifting, gymnastics, or some sort of fitness test. Oh did I mention that there is a 24 foot rock climbing wall!!! That's right! You can boulder or belay on up to the top with safety equipment. With all that being said, the reason that I chose Zephyr as my box is because of the atmosphere. Great coaches, great athletes, and always great times to be had on a daily basis! I can't say enough good things about CrossFit Zephyr! I love this place!

Fantastic experience: It was my first time ever trying Crossfit. I thought it was going to be super intimidating and it definitely wasn't. Crossfit Zephyr facilitates an extremely welcoming and highly motivational environment. There are scaled options for beginners but also challenging programming for the more advanced. A great mix of classes beyond the daily WOD and occasional get together's after classes. If you are stuck in a rut, need some motivation, or the accountability to show up, try Crossfit Zephyr out.

Fantastic experience: I love this gym! I'm a shy person with little athletic background, so Crossfit is way outside my comfort zone. But the coaches and members of Crossfit Zephyr are so welcoming and down to earth, I actually look forward to coming in. The coaches cater the WODs to any fitness level, ensuring everyone gets a great workout. I love the changes I've seen in my body. I'm building muscle, losing weight and having fun. I simply cannot say enough positive things about this gym. Come check it out!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic facility. Trainers are patient but know how to push the clients, and awesome workouts each and every time. Event the clients are a great group and fun to workout with. Everyone leaves exhausted but happy!
