Fantastic experience: Awesome instructors, all of the staff is very friendly, the facility is clean and there are lots of class times to choose from. The mobile app makes it super easy to reserve (or cancel) your spot in class. Monthly membership rate is very reasonable for unlimited classes. I was able to try a couple of classes for free and have been hooked on hot yoga ever since!

Fantastic experience: Excellent! I recently attended my first ever hot yoga class was at Evolv and I'll definitely be back for more! I loved it! The environment with the upbeat music and fun instructor just made for the perfect class.

Fantastic experience: Amazing Gym! I love the variety of classes and instructors. There are no additional fees for classes that you have to pay like most gyms around town. I feel welcome every time I walk through the door. As long as I live in Albuquerque, I will always be a member of Evolv Fitness.

I listen every day just to make sure I stay on the right track... they are quick and down to the grit...just what I need sometimes to keep me on track! Fantastic experience: I have been attending eVOLV since 2018. I was overweight, broken from a divorce with 2 children. I was not sure what I was expecting. The minute I walked in the door I knew this place was different. I did not feel like I was walking into a Gym. I was immediately was greeted with a smile and a warm welcome as if I was family. I signed up for the Rise of the Phoenix and that is when my life changed. They coached me how to take care of myself physically, mentally and emotionally. Educated me nutrition including meal planning. I now attend the gym 4-5 days a week and if I cannot get to the gym they offer online live zoom classes or pre recorded classes as well. Fantastic experience: Usually gym membership consists of you paying for a monthly fee whether you attend the gym or not. C.J. is so committed to his client's success he will not allow that to happen. eVOLVSTRONG has maximized my investment. The flexibility of virtual training has helped me stop making excuses and start seeing real results. C.J. keeps the atmosphere lighthearted but he is serious about health and fitness.

Fantastic experience: CJ has been wonderful. I am currently in my second session of Shred with CJ and plan to attend another next month. CJ helped me build a strong foundation of lifelong skills I needed to keep physically active. The daily accountability and motivation have helped me set a new standard in my fitness routine. Positive experience: The trainers at this gym are friendly and professional. They offer classes for all levels of fitness, some of which are super challenging. There is a variety of class times and if you can't make it in person, there are also zoom classes. I am new and do not know many people, but so far it seems like a friendly, welcoming place.

Fantastic experience: I love this place. Their hot yoga is the bomb! I'm almost 60 and the heat feels so good on sore muscles, allowing more flexibility. My daughter got me going with her and I'm really grateful. Considering their Rise of the Phoenix program for some serious body reshaping!

Fantastic experience: This place is the bomb!!! I joined this year and I cannot describe the feeling that I have when I workout there. I feel amazing, full of energy and ready to kill all my workout. I am amazed by the level of greatness that they offer. I love all trainers because they love to take you to the next level and walk you to every single step of the way. I will recommend this place 100% without any doubts. They are family for me now and I will never change them.

Fantastic experience: Whether in a class of 5 or 10, you get individual attention. Instructors are amazing. If you need to lose weight, gain weight or heal from an injury, they get it done! There are dats I feel like hot yoga, other days I want to do weights or kickboxing or trampoline. You can pick any class, as much as you want. They treat you like family. Give it a try ( ask for a free class or 2!)

Fantastic experience: Estaban is a really great trainer. I take his free weights and core sculpt class. They are an amazing workout and a lot of fun. Great music and so much fun.

Fantastic experience: I have been committed to my fitness and health ever since I was introduced to Evolv in 2017. I cannot begin to explain how this community has changed my life. Everyone is consistently kind, genuine and motivating. There are days that I have pushed myself to the limit due to great music, praise and positive energy. There are several classes that accommodate my busy schedule including classes during the lunch hour. I highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: This is the best gym I have ever been to. This is the first time in my life I subscribe to a gym and actually commit to working out. I don't understand how people who do not come to the gym would even consider giving it one star.

Fantastic experience: I discovered eVOLV via Groupon promotion. Upon first sight the gym itself is not too impressive, that being said as you explore the whole facility you really appreciate how they've mindfully taken advantage of the space. Their yoga practices are hot & humid, this adds intensity to their *fairly* easy going practices. Their instructors range from mid-high level instructors, all of them are friendly, kind, and connected to the practice. Their yoga facility is humble, not the most beautiful I've ever seen, but they really make use of the space they have, which is very much appreciated (I think the Himalayan sea-salt lamps are a wonderful and healing addition to the space). All of that being said, I've really enjoyed all of the practices I've been to and definitely do not regret investing my money and time here. If you're a beginner, or even a more practiced Yogi I'd recommend giving eVOLV a try.

Fantastic experience: ONLY FOR PEOPLE WHO WANT RESULTS. If you are the type of person that needs a class to be able to work out or motivation in general, this is YOUR type of place. I had tried Defined, Sport & Wellness, other smaller gyms (with groupons) and eVOLVstrong is definitely the perfect blend of the best professionals with the locally owned flavor of a small business. They MAKE you succeed. The guided me for 2 month to lower fat % from 27.7 to 19 (and counting) in only 2 month. Barre classes are great for low impact work out and Erick (national recognized dancer) is the best in town! Sparkling Clean facilities. Easy access from I-25 (since it is kind on an industrial area) and parking is always available.

Fantastic experience: Best place to be! You are there at 6:00 am and they always welcome you with a huge smile. You can go back at 6:00 pm the same day, and again, there is a huge smile. Always, always with the best attitude. You rock eVOLV!

Fantastic experience: This is the only gym where you get all the disciples you could imagine, dance based workouts, boxing, hot yoga, barre, rings, step, kettle bells... among many more! No matter your physical condition, you will always get an intense workout at your level. The first day you step in their doors you will feel like you are part of our evolv family.

Fantastic experience: I have been looking for a gym that I like here in Albuquerque for the past 5 years. My search is over! From the moment I walked in the door I felt welcome. As a middle aged overweight woman (that exercised regularly)- that is not the normal response I got when I went to gyms. Since joining, I now feel as if I am part of their family. I go to classes every chance I get. I have lost over 40 pounds, feel better than ever and am challenged to do my best in EVERY class I take.
