Positive experience: I took a Saturday morning yoga class that was very relaxing. The instructor talked us through Yin yoga, which is a very gentle stretching yoga.

Fantastic experience: Alachua Health &Fitness is managed far better than any gym other than my own. For me, cleanliness and availability of equipment are paramount. The staff is always ready to help you get the most from your workout. Be sure to schedule a massage at the chiropractors office and take a steam when you're done to make your day complete.

Fantastic experience: I had previously ran into an issue here not long ago and to be honest was not happy. However that's not why I'm writing this review. I had an issue and Dr. Powell reached out to me to make things right. He even went out of his way to leave his personal number so he could help get things situated. I had a wonderful conversation and was able to make the situation right. This is a place that sincerely cares about their members and will do all they can to show it!
