Fantastic experience: I love Chuze Fitness but especially this location. I've been a member since 2014 after having my fourth child. I love the smiles when walking in, they remember your name before you even check in, it's clean & the classes are awesome. Team training & body pump are my favorite classes.

Fantastic experience: I LOVE this place but do not like that they have not brought back the Aquafit evening classes. One day a week in the mornings is not cutting it. Most of my friends can't come to a class at 9:00 am once a week, they have to work. BRING BACK AQUAFIT EVENING CLASSES!!! Other than that I love this Gym, it is clean and the staff is SUPER friendly!

Fantastic experience: Cleaning equipment and facilities was a priority before Covid-19. I have been a member at 24 hour fitness, crunch, planet fitness but Chuze is by far my favorite. The restrooms are always clean, plenty of equipment to workout, affordable kids membership. Good staff.

Fantastic experience: I would say this gym is pretty solid if you’re looking for somewhere to work out doesn’t compared to a 24 hour fitness, but it’s well worth the price! Me and my wife love to come here it’s an amazing gym.

This gym gives me confidence booster to point where I give out big D vibes to every female make me feel like Johnny Bravo 2.0 overall good gym!!!

Fantastic experience: Great place ,gym ,suana, steam room that guest keep breaking because they don't follow the rules, movie theater and massage beds I love it here . I pay 40.00 a month for everything I think it's worth it, not to mention if you feel hungry you have healthy shakes you can order , and the friendly staff makes it even better . You also get incentives for coming , points that add up to get stuff you can save up and get bigger items like a heart monitor , apple products etc. I love the classes zumba and hip hop classes are 6:30 pm are the best , than you have team training for strength training more of an advance classes for certain memberships

Fantastic experience: One issue only one freaking issue. It's not 24 hours. That is is ONLY downside to this Chuze Fitness. The machines are always ready for use,the bathroom and showers are always clean (you can smell the clean) lol. The staff are all polite, friendly always smiling and their smoothies are awesome sauce. You know a place rocks if you still can give up an easy five stars even with that one negative

Fantastic experience: Staff is friendly and helpful. I really like steam room they have here. They have all the amenities and they even have a freaking theater where you can exercise and watch a movie.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to many different Chuze locations but San Bernardino has the best employees by far. I was at the gym the other day and I accidentally spilled A LOT of my water on the floor. I immediately went to the front desk to tell a team member and they helped me out right away. I was very upset with myself for causing this big mess and having someone else clean it up for me. I offered to help but Shamari Harbin ( shift leader ) smiled at me and reminded me that accidents happen. Shamari made me feel better about the situation, so much that I thought about her act of kindness for the rest of the day. She didn’t even have to think about it, she was just so naturally kind that it stuck with me. Chuze is lucky to have an employee like Shamari Harbin, she is amazing !! I would definitely recommend this gym if you’re looking for staff that has great customer service.

Fantastic experience: Great place to workout! They have all the equipment necessary for any type of workout. The trainers are knowledgeable, friendly and I love the way they motivate you. Their equipment is top of the line and it is awesome to be able to work out in their theater. I also love the saunas and the massage chairs. Haven't taken the opportunity yet to use the tanning booth but I'm sure it's great as well! Thanks Chuze!

Fantastic experience: I come to this gym when I’m on vacation and I absolutely love it! It's always very clean and the staff is so friendly. Plus, it has all the equipment and space you could ever need.

Positive experience: The gym is a good value, with a large area, clean facilities, and helpful staff. However, the policy of not allowing bags means you have to either make multiple trips to get all your gear, or carry everything with you, which is inconvenient.

Fantastic experience: As was the case when I traveled in October and used a guest pass in the Denver area, I bought a guest pass twice in the last week while visiting family in San Bernardino. My initial call to the facility was professionally handled, the front desk employee was over the top pleasant and my experience at check in was really very welcoming and efficient. The facility is very clean, the equipment all nicely maintained. I’ll be back(sadly, not as a member) every time I’m out in CA!

Fantastic experience: I'm not a member but I filled out an electronic form and Brian gave me a tour. It's a beautiful facility with a complete array of workout machines, a small inside lap pool, co_ed jacuzzi, heat and steam rooms. There's a large theatre room with treadmills and stationary bikes, rooms for team exercise classes, a water jet massage room, and a juice bar. Something for everyone. Different areas are accesible based on your membership tier - 3 tiers if I recall correctly. Check out out!

Fantastic experience: Just applied for a membership. In my opinion, so far what I see during this pandemic is that the staff cleans every equipment after someone is done using. The people who go to this gym wear their mask all the time. Seems like a Friendly and nice place, at least this location (San Bernardino).The staff seems very nice and notices everyone who comes in and out of the gym. The price isn’t bad for all the resources they have. Would highly recommend for someone looking for a gym that has everything. (After two months, my review is the same but gave a rating from 3 to 5 because I highly would recommend this gym for great service) okay bye!

Fantastic experience: It's awesome having some part of normal life back. Their gym is clean and has alot of equipment to cover any workout you want to do. (If I had to pick one thing it would be not enough row machines lol). I will definitely be making this place part of my normal routine from now on.

The machines are fairly new and working majority of the time. Overall best gym around, the facility in Rialto should take notes.

Fantastic experience: I used to go to EŌS in Redlands because it’s a lot closer to me, but now I make the drive out here because it’s a much better experience. Better customer service and equipment and classes! The assistant manager, I think his name is Jerry, is always willing to help me out when I don’t understand class times or how membership costs work etc. super patient and helpful. I recommend!

Fantastic experience: Its pretty cool here, they're pretty much safe as far as sanitizing everything, they're free weight, and machine weights there. Hours are 6 am to 8 pm, the crew there pretty much enforces the mask on at all times . And they have indoor and outdoor. Pretty spacious. I think there's 3 plans they offer, one for 15, another for 25, and another for 50 bucks. The difference is whether or not you put the annual fee down along side the purchase .

Fantastic experience: I'm a member of this place love it has a pool spa sauna all kinds of workout equipment as well as treadmills bicycles you can even watch a movie as you treadmill or bicycle

Fantastic experience: This is a good size gym that has an indoor and outdoor area. It has everything you need including a juice bar and tanning room. It’s a clean gym and the equipment is in good shape. I would recommend this gym to anyone looking to get started with their low prices.

Fantastic experience: I love the circuit training that is located right when you walk in the door! If you are new to working out and/or you don't know what to work out the training circuit is for you! There is a timer for your convenience and you move from one machine to the next Did I mention the hydro message? I have never gotten a message like the hydro message. It is the best way to end your day at Chuze. I promise you will not be disappointed.❤️

Fantastic experience: Tried other gyms, but felt way comfortable here. Friendly staff and atmosphere! Great gym to start working out at if you’re nervous. Also their smoothies are the BOMB after a good workout!

Fantastic experience: I love that this place is not crazy busy when I specifically go and has versatility in workouts. I have the ability to use steam room, saunas and otherwise but I don't do all that laziness and it can be unhealthy. I go for the pool and weight training, etc.. The rowing machines were a great surprise! Tires, kettle bells, oh yes my kind. Next you NEED NEED NEED punching bags!

Fantastic experience: This gym is the best one I have ever been to. Great staff, equipment, customer service, and awesome vibe. The only suggestion I can contribute if I am allowed will be to add jump ropes and foam rollers with spikes. This company is killing the market, way to go.

Fantastic experience: I am so very happy that i changed from plant fitness! I love walking into chuze fitness and always being greeted by a nice friendly staff member. As far as i can see equipment is always clean and never broken unlike other places. I really like the way it never smells like a dirty locker room....lol. i would definitely recommend coming here

Fantastic experience: I have tried many gyms and no one makes me feel as comfortable as this one. Staff is amazingly polite and welcoming. It’s a very clean and chill environment. I don’t have to worry about the machines or floor being dirty cause they are always on top of it. The smoothie are delicious and they always make sure you get it as you ask for it. They always welcome you with “hello there, enjoy your workout.” The best is that I don’t feel judge or uncomfortable here. The sauna, hydromassage, pool, theater and more are some of the goodies this gym has for us to enjoy of a great workout time. I recommend to join Chuze fitness 100%.
