Fantastic experience: Great venue and staff 5-5 !!

Fantastic experience: Extraordinary Birthday Party Experience! We love strong Fitness and they took my daughters' request of a "ninja" party to the next level. The access for all ages and abilities, as well as the help we had in setting up, serving cake, and cleaning up was perfect. It allowed me the opportunity to visit with guests while all 22 kids were happily entertained and never felt rushed or overcrowded. Thanks again for making healthy kids and fun a hand-in-hand experience!

Fantastic experience: We had my son's 3rd birthday party here, and I highly recommend!! Well priced for all they do in terms of planning and support. They make the whole process smooth and easy!

Fantastic experience: This is such a wonderful place for kids to get exercise. Being indoors, it provides a nice place to play in any weather. There are open play times where kids can come and play, and there are also classes. We participated in both and really enjoyed it. You can also purchase an open play membership. The benefit of this type of exercise is that it focuses on strength skills that are foundational to any other sport or activity, as well as general attention and focus. While we did not participate in adult classes, they do also have an adult gym. We miss this place and wish it were closer to our home now. However, the location is great as it is very close to I-635. We hope to visit again soon.

Fantastic experience: Second year hosting a birthday for one of my kids (4th and 5th bdays). Kids had a blast! There is a toddler area that is great for them, and also some courts where they can play soccer. The space is very big, so if you are going with 2-4 yo, you need to be with them at all times. There is a person who helps you set up your things (if you choose to bring anything) and the pizza they serve tastes really good. Used 5 pizzas for 20 kids + parents and just had a few slices left (they cut them thinner, which is perfect). Highly recommend this place! Very affordable compared to many other way more expensive places, food they sell tastes great, and kids will have the greatest time ever.

Fantastic experience: PERFECT! This could not have been for my daughter's 6th birthday! The service was incredible, they were so on top of it and made sure we had everything we need and even had emergency reserves for items we forgot (like candles). The pizza was good, and the kids asked for several slices, they went above and beyond to make sure we had the decor we wanted and checkin and out was a dream. We will 100% be back.

Fantastic experience: Hosted a birthday after we had a great time at another party. Great fun space for kids, party host helped stay on top of timing, great job corralling kids, and the pizza was unexpectedly good for a fitness gym. Only point of feedback would be some better direction for guests. We had mutiple guests from another party mistake ours and didn't realize the party was on the other side. Would love to have the screens in the bays showing the birthday guests name to help direct guests. Overall would definitely recommend!

She was proactively helping out with the guests set up and she helped me and my birthday son make the party flow just go smooth! Fantastic experience: We had my daughter’s 11th birthday party here and everyone (including the adults!) had so much fun! The staff was super friendly and organized - they were ready to get us set up as soon as we got there. We had TJ as our personal ninja/fun guy! He showed the girls tricks and tips on the obstacles and they loved it! Highly recommend doing a kids party here! We’ll be back for sure!

Positive experience: The kids had a great time but the party part left alot to be desired. We just didn’t feel tended to very much. We had to round up all the kids ourselves, the welcome name wasn’t set up when we arrived, and we got a cooler of non iced water. For what is advertised vs the experience we got, it wasn’t exactly what we thought we paid for.

Fantastic experience: I’m an event decorator and recently set up an event here for a client’s son’s 4th birthday. They were absolutely incredible to work with! All the staff were very helpful. They were so easy to work with and on both days that I was there, staff checked in to see if I needed any help regularly. My client was very happy with the venue as well, and all the kids had an absolute blast! I would highly recommend this venue for a kids birthday!

Negative experience: Came for the ninja gym, left because of the Jesus music. I came to have fun, not be preached to. The staff was good when I could find them. I showed up at 9:30 and didn’t get started until after 10:10 because nobody was at the counter and I could not find anyone even after walking the facility. I couldn’t find anywhere that said shoes are required in the gym area, but they told me I couldn’t work out barefoot. I guess the waiver doesn’t cover feet. I recommend going to ANY other ninja gym in the area. The facility itself is nice, but the experience left a lot to be desired.

Fantastic experience: Our family LOVES Strong Fitness. My 4 year old son loved his birthday party at Strong and so did I because the team made it so easy for us!

Negative experience: The place was dirty. It was hot. I could not feel any air conditioner. We could see giant fans, but they were not enough to make the place comfortable. We went for open play and there was a young guy from the stuff walking around like a ghost instead of offering to help the kids or show them how to use the equipment. I do not recommend going here.

Fantastic experience: We had THE BEST time here for my son’s 6th birthday party!! Easy set up, the kids had a great time and were worn out, food was good, and price was very reasonable. All of the staff and our party host were so accommodating and friendly! We will try some of the camps next summer. Definitely recommend this place to all parents of kiddos!

Fantastic experience: I had my son’s 6th birthday party at Strong Fitness. It was a private event. It was exceptionally well done, I am so impressed with the Strong Fitness Team. So organized and all the kids and parents had a wonderful time. The coach and event helper were so amazing! The kids were engaged and having fun the whole time. Everything from gift bags, to food, to setting up and cleaning up were done so efficiently and it was just an absolute pleasure! My son said it has been his favorite birthday ever and that filled our hearts with so much happiness! Thank you so much! ❤️

Fantastic experience: Good coaches make a huge difference and Strong Fitness has amazing coaches. They are all really knowledgeable and are ready to modify workouts if you ever have any issues like injuries. I've always felt so welcome every time I have been here.

Fantastic experience: I love this place for training. The BEST Gym so far for me. I have been here for more than two years I guess. Never got bored. Best part : are the challenges that they have once in a while, which gives you motivation to go to gym everyday. All the coaches were very supportive. Highly recommend this place if you are around Dallas,TX. You better try the strawberry shake/smoothie at their cafe :D I Miss this place now.

Fantastic experience: We love Strong!! This place has the best coaches and the kindest staff. We have 3 kids, 8 and under, and there is something to do for everyone here. All of us attend classes. For a parent, especially, that enjoys going to the gym - it's a game changer. Can't recommend it enough!

Fantastic experience: Attended a birthday party here. This place is setup very nice. They have all the obstacles like you see on the ninja warrior competition and if you are in shape enough you can get a good workout in. It is a great place for a kids party they have plenty of things to do to keep them busy. There is a coffee/food area the pizza and hot dogs are pretty good. Did not try the coffee but I was told it is good too by a friend.

Fantastic experience: Strong tried to straight-up assassinate me with leg day! I walked into that place thinking I was the king of the world, ready to conquer whatever they threw at me. But, whoa, Strong had some next-level, evil-genius leg day waiting for me. It was like they took a trip to the darkest corners of the fitness universe just to mess with my quads. First up, weighted walking lunges. Sounds like a fancy dance, right? Nope, It was as if the weights had a personal vendetta against my quads. My legs? They felt like overcooked spaghetti! I seriously considered asking for a wheelchair exit plan. But here's the kicker – the coaches and my fellow Strong warriors, they had my back. They saw the panic in my eyes, the quivers in my legs, and they went full-on "Rocky" mode, chanting motivational phrases like we were about to take on Ivan Drago. "You got this!" "Squeeze those glutes!" "Imagine you're running from a bear!" Well, maybe not that last one, but you get what I'm saying. Their support was so epic that I somehow powered through that workout without collapsing into a puddle of sweaty despair. Turns out, when you're surrounded by a crew who knows the true agony of leg day, you can do the impossible. So, if you're on the hunt for a gym that'll push you to the brink (and then some), while also giving you a support system straight out of a Hollywood blockbuster, you gotta check out Strong! Believe me, your legs might despise you temporarily, but the results will make you love 'em all over again. Don't just take my word for it; come witness the leg day madness for yourself. Strong: where pain meets gain and where laughter meets lunges!

Fantastic experience: Strong helped us set up a private class for my son and other boys in his grade on one of their non-school days. They have a coach who coaches them through different skills for an hour. It has been great and they all love it! Would highly recommend and Strong is very accommodating and easy to work with! The moms can also use the workout equipment while the kids are in their class!

The kids were absolutely thrilled with the wide range of equipment available, and they engaged in non-stop play from the moment they stepped in until the end of the party. Fantastic experience: A favorite place of ours to let the kiddos get some energy out. Amazing too bc of the snack, meal and drink options! We have done the youth classes and love that as a parent I can grab a cup of coffee or a smoothie in the morning while they have class and do a workout myself. A win:win place for sure! Not to mention every member of the staff incredibly friendly, helpful and a just a joy to interact with.

Fantastic experience: We hosted our son's 7th birthday here and it was amazing! The staff were so helpful, all of the kids had a GREAT time, and it was really easy on the parent end (just bring cake and balloons and they do the rest)! The staff member assisting us even served the pizza and cut the cake for us- it was seamless. I can't wait to host our next event here.

Fantastic experience: Our son has taken 3 semesters worth of classes at Strong, and it has always been the highlight of his week. We were so impressed at how much he developed physically, mentally, and emotionally through the excellent coaching and games. The staff at Strong has been so accommodating to help us set up multiple private classes for our school, and it’s been a huge success for everyone!

Fantastic experience: Strong created a class for a group of kids from my son's class. We love that the boys get some energy out while improving strength and coordination. Challenges (like a rope climb) that my 6 year old would never have gone for previously, he now embraces with enthusiasm! It's fun that he and his classmates have another opportunity to hang out outside of school, too! I love that I can bring my littles for open play, too!

Fantastic experience: Strong has the absolute best setup for anyone looking for either group or solo exercise options. The coaches are knowledgeable, personable, and know how to push you to be your best. The workout space is clean, spacious, and has everything you need to be successful. Join the fam-uh-lee, you’ll be glad you did.

Fantastic experience: I think we are all familiar with these sort of "Bootcamp Style" classes and places that are now more commonplace than before. Seems like there are as many of them as 7 Elevens in the DFW area. Although they are quite a number of options out there, more often than not you get a sort of "manufactured" environment that can at times feel somewhat catered to a specific social group; frantic screaming coaches, no real explanation for technic on movements and just not very friendly for beginners at times. Feels as if you need to be on the "know" to be able to perform on them (or at least look like you are doing something). I'm very happy to say that Strong Dallas is not that at all. It really doesn't feel like you go there for just a class and call it a day. You get the opportunity to challenge yourself every day and form part of a wonderful community/family. You learn that it is not really about being the first or last to finish a workout. But more importantly, it is about the people you do it with and how you support each other along the way. So, do I recommend this place? Hell yes. And it doesn't hurt that you get jacket/strong as well. Shoutout to Bradon, Meg and the rest of the great staff! You all make it a memorable experience every time.

Fantastic experience: We just hosted our son’s bday party. We had a blast. The play area is big, nice, clean. Lots of space to run around. The staff is AMAZING! Austin was our party host, he kept up with everything. Online Booking is very easy. Definitely recommend! We will be back.

Fantastic experience: Truly impressed with this place. I've taken my 3 kids to open play many times, and we've now started in their camps (spring break, summer, etc). The staff that runs the camps are enthusiastic, encouraging, engaged, and active (they're not the typical unenthused staff that just sit back and observe the kids from afar). I feel safe sending my kiddos here, and the snacks and lunch they provide are also great! I literally drop them off with a water bottle, and know they're fed and taken care of. I could go on and on, but over all, just high recommend Strong Fitness!

Fantastic experience: We returned for my grand daughter's 6th birthday party and she had a blast. We gave her several options and she chose to return to Strong for her party this year. The facility was clean, pleasantly cool, and spacious. The toddler area was nicely updated from last year. Every guest said they enjoyed the party and would return again. The food was better than last year. Parking wasn't as good as last year. We were able to get a spot, but my son had to circle and ended up parking on the street.

Fantastic experience: We recently held our son's 6th birthday party at this venue. From the moment we arrived until the end of the party, they went out of their way to ensure that our needs were met and that the children had a fantastic time. The overall experience at this venue was top-notch. The staff was attentive, the facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the atmosphere was vibrant and inviting. It's clear that the management and staff take pride in providing exceptional service.

Fantastic experience: Strong’s has unmatched service at their parties. The staff handled all my requests, set up (and helped set up all my extra stuff), kept the party running, and really built a relationship with my kids and their friends as they coached them through the course. We’ve had parties all over and most provide what you would expect. Strong’s blew my expectations out of the water.

They were consistently going above and beyond to make sure that we had everything we needed and that the kids were having a great time. We would recommend this to all of our friends and family. Fantastic experience: One of my favorite classes! Think Orange Theory but better. I've been coming to Strong Fitness classes for several months. Don't be intimidated that the location has crossfit also. It's like a boutique gym with multiple options - like a classpass but one location! : Fitness (TrueForm Treadmills, Rowers, Spin Bikes, TRX, dumb bells etc); CrossFit and specialized strength and nutrition coaching). The coaches are super energetic. The music keeps you focused and the people in class challenge you. It doesn't hurt that it's helped so much with my running times and Triathlon training. Awesome awesome class.

Fantastic experience: Hands down my favorite part of the day is attending a workout class as I am a CrossFit member at Strong! Their motto is Family and everyone treats you as such. I love the energy, the staff and the great workout I get every week. Also, enjoy watching the little ones playing on the other side of the gym. Great place for my two year old to run around too when I’m not working out. I love it here!

Negative experience: I had a bad experience at this place , as a nanny of 2 energetic kids , I constantly be there with them. The people attending at the snack and coffee shop are so racist, they ignore me, they make uncomfortable faces when attending me, they even gave me the wrong order , I tried not to be upset and just ignore their attitude towards me, but is enough!! We’re not coming back , there’s other places we can go. Nannies please speak up and not let them intimidate you, we’re are a hard workers and we are paying not begging for a coffee.

Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough great things about our party experience! Booking was a breeze, they called a couple days before to go over our different options (I was shocked how much they were willing to provide that was included in your party cost). We did go ahead and for an additional fee add a Strong team member to help us with the party. Cole was absolutely outstanding! He helped us bring in our decorations from the car, set them up, welcomed each of our guests, led and played multiple games with our group and then cleaned everything up at the end. We have hosted and been to many parties at other gyms and this is by far the best in our opinion!

Fantastic experience: Strong Fitness, Performance & Ninja is an awesome gym experience. There is community here, they give you a full tour of the gym, and all the team members are welcoming and dedicated to your personal fitness goal.

Fantastic experience: I competed at Lone Star Legends and their crew did an amazing job. They ran a tight ship from timing to cleanliness, and the ninja course was a dream for the kids. First fully climate controlled competition, too, so I'd give a 6th star for that if I could.

Fantastic experience: Had my 9 year olds birthday party at Strong and all I can say is the girls LOVED it! From the moment we walked in, the team was great! They helped us get unloaded and setup which made sure we were ready for the party guests! Our host was so kind and kept us organized, the pizza was wonderful, and the kids had a blast. We are fans and plan to run that back! Thanks Strong Team.

Positive experience: Was there this morning (2/2022) and I am still unsettled by this safety concern in the under 5 play area. This was how the toddlers were supposed to get on the slide. Not only was there no handrails, but it was unlevel and extremely unstable. I brought this to the attention to the manager (whom was very kind and and understanding) and he said they were in the process of building stairs. While I am happy to hear that, the slide should be inaccessible until there is a safe way to access it. Best case scenario a kid breaks their arm. Just hoping to avoid a little one getting seriously injured.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Strong Dallas for birthday parties! The kids loved every minute. We had mostly boys age 9-10 with kids as young as 4 and as old as 14. Everyone had tons to do. As a parent, this was perhaps the easiest party I’ve ever thrown. Thank you, Strong Dallas!

The place is half fitness (gym) and half “fun”, a kids gym ranging from toddler play to obstacle courses like you see on American Ninja Warrior. They offer all sorts of classes for all ages. The owner, Gale, is the most kind & down to earth guy ever. Definitely worth checking out if you have kids or just want to score a great work out & meet cool people.

Fantastic experience: Updated review: This is the best Ninja gym in DFW based on size, changing obstacles, coaches, friendly staff and price. We did a tour of other ninja gyms over the Thanksgiving break and this was made clear to us. Original review below: I am impressed. This appears to be a place that gets it from a marketing perspective. The manager/director memorized my name from an email inquiry and approached me to introduce herself and make us feel welcome. The t-shirts are $15, compared to $20 and $25 at the competitors. T-shirts are free advertising, not just an additional source of revenue. This is a big place. Upon first visit, it seems bigger than Obstacle Warrior Kid and Ninja Nation. I like that the kids have access to challenging obstacles. My son (8 years old) was working on an obstacle that's probably designed for older kids. Obstacle Warrior segregates the more challenging obstacles and doesn't allow him to enter that area. so far, so good

Fantastic experience: We came here for a birthday party. The staff was extremely careful and watched out for the kids. Our hostess, Emma, is a saint, and should get a raise! She made sure the kids were entertained and everything ran smoothly. It's very possible that my kid will want her birthday party here!

Fantastic experience: What a cool place for kids to get their energy out! HUGE ninja course and plenty of things for kids of all ages. Definitely worth the drive for us and hoping to go again soon. My kids gave 2 thumbs up!

Fantastic experience: Tons of fun to be had here, my kids 4-10 all enjoyed them selves. Comfy seating for parents to watch/chill. There is a toddler area with train table and blocks/bricks. There's usually a Groupon to this place, bring trampoline park style grippy socks, as of Jan 2020 their food center wasn't up and running.

We went for a birthday party and came back the next weekend with some friends since we had so much fun.The smaller kids area was perfect for my 2 year old All of the kids loved the legos and train table when they wanted to take a break. Was a bit hesitant going back to a gym with the corona pandemic but they go above and beyond making sure all the equipment is properly cleaned and sanitized. Can't recommend this place enough to anyone looking whose CrossFit gyms may have temporarily or permanently closed.

Fantastic experience: Great place to take kids. There is staff there to help them with the obstacles. For adults there is a great CrossFit gym there.

Fantastic experience: This is my son's favorite place to go! Friendly staff who work with you to become better on obstacles. Challenging courses for children and teens.

Negative experience: The worst place I ever seen before!!!! The Custmor service is awful, they don't have any skills of customer handling. I asked to check in my daughter who came for her friend's birthday, they didn't look for her with her last name and told me they don't see her on the list. I have to wait for them to finish with other guests, signed the waiver again and waited for 15mins, then the other girl came and looked her last name and she was there. So annoying, killing everyone's time! I almost changed my mind and left the birthday!!! I hope people read this and avoid this place to invite their friends to attend a birthday party! spend playing with her

Fantastic experience: If you are in Dallas for a short or long period of time and you need a place to train, this is the place to go. For strength training, olympic weightlifting, or crossfit, completely worth it. The staff were always helpful and awesome. Check this place out!

Fantastic experience: Amazing facility, and knowledgeable, sincere coaches!! The facility is the largest, most well-equipped CrossFit gym I have ever been to, and the coaches and entire staff are top notch. Would recommend 10/10!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic people, and gym with lots of quality equipment. If you want a big area to run around in and use free weights (barbells, kettlebells etc) come to this place. They even have this awesome Oly Weightlifting room, air conditioned, eleiko barbells, so I was stoked when they let me train here for a day pass of only 15 bucks. Matt behind the counter very friendly and helpful.

Fantastic experience: I've been a member of Crossfit Strong for over a year. Walking into the gym is the best part of my day. They have all the accouterments of a crossfit gym and more. Whether you're a fitness veteran or a beginner looking to get started, the knowledgeable coaches are understanding and supportive of all athletes. The Strong community makes this gym home.

Fantastic experience: Tons of fun to be had here, my kids 4-10 all enjoyed them selves. Comfy seating for parents to watch/chill. There is a toddler area with train table and blocks/bricks. There's usually a Groupon to this place, bring trampoline park style grippy socks, as of Jan 2020 their food center wasn't up and running.
