Fantastic experience: We choose Jam Box Galleria for my daughter's birthday brunch. This venue was the absolute best choice. The communication and assistance from the venue was epic. The bartender and security were professional and personable. It was so refreshing to work with people who are professional, and courteous. I will definitely use this venue again. I highly recommend this venue.

Negative experience: I have never met with a business charging you $1400 and your communication is by text only. It isn’t good for business, well it may be for theirs but not mine. Now we used the location when it was in Addison and the feel was just different. It was more professional. This seemed like a rush and we were getting on their nerves. My son booked a walked through we were ready to pay in full. He confirmed the date we needed and when we get there we are told April 5th is taken. Can we use another date. Um No! We confirmed the date. You told us that April 5th was taken at the Design District Location. So, we drove all the way to the Galleria. I like things done in order. This just didn’t seem in order to me. Now don’t get me wrong the location is nice and decorated lovely. But the walk through isn’t even necessary. Heck just put it all in writing. I try to patronize certain establishments. Sad I had to go elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: I truly had a wonderful time at the jam box. My guess was so excited and happy and they truly enjoyed themselves as well as I did! JoJo, the bartender was awesome. I wanted her to be part of the event and not just a bartender. I truly would recommend this place to others. I had a very good time there actually a damn good time there. I also want to add that Shauna was my contact person and she was awesome as well. I’m glad I was able to have my weddings/reception there.

Fantastic experience: We held a Sweet 16 party here this weekend. The venue was beautiful and it was such a perfect night! We booked it 6 months ago, and we were able to do a payment plan for our reservation. They were friendly, always quick to respond, and answered all of my questions. Communication was effortless. We will definitely recommend this venue to anyone!

Fantastic experience: I first came to jambox because my friend invited me, and I immediately fell in love. The people, and classes, and the environment are so fun and challenging. I get my steps in while having a great time. Classes have a huge variety: dance, weight lifting, step aerobics.

Fantastic experience: I had my son's College Graduation party there a few weeks ago and had an amazing event. From the time I booked the venue all the way until the night of the event, Shauna was always available to answer any of my questions and to help me plan a great party for my son. I totally recommend the place!!

Fantastic experience: Booked an event here for my mother's 70th birthday party. Shuanna was very professional and expedient at answering any questions I had from the initial reservation to the day of the event. It's a beautiful place for a small group of 100 or less. Very nice that they supply tables and chairs with tablecloths for up to 50 people. Also two 6 ft tables for food and such. They added extra fans for the day of the event to keep the temperature tolerable with this horrible Texas 108 degree weather we're having. Another plus is they allow you to bring any outside food, decorations, and music without regulations. Will definitely come here again when we have another large celebration! Fantastic experience: I held my 50th birthday celebration at Jambox Galleria this past weekend. I booked with the Jambox after doing a tour and I never looked at another venue. It had everything I needed. The grass wall, gold wall, different color back lighting, and cute gold chairs sold me on the venue. Plus, the price was reasonable and the location is perfect. Throughout the planning process my contact person was Shaunna, she was always very quick to respond, polite, and helpful. I would definitely use Jambox for future events and have already started recommending them to everyone I know with upcoming events.

Fantastic experience: I love Jambox for so many reasons. The staff is friendly knowledgeable and offer great workout routines. Their is a literal sense of being family here. Day one you feel at home and joining as a member was a true no brainer. Any and locations offer the same great service. Dominique as the owner is so down to earth and truly cares about all who attend whether it’s your first time or been there for years. I 100% recommended!!!!

Fantastic experience: Jan 14. 23 I had my baby shower at this location and my guest and I had such a great time. The venue was clean and nicely decorated I didn’t have to decorate much but put some balloons up. I loved the red carpet and black and gold backdrop to take pics and came with a ring light. The venue is spacious and Shuanna communication was great. The only hiccup was didn’t have a aux cord for iPhone so couldn’t play my playlist had to use someone else phone that had an android but other than that the place was great….

Fantastic experience: I hosted a surprise 45th birthday party for my husband and my husbands best friend at Jambox Fitness Lounge -Dallas. From the beginning, the presentation upon viewing the location was awesome. Dominique did a great job presenting all the information. I love the discount if booked within 72 hours. That gives you time to ponder and make sure the spot is perfect for your needs as well as view other venues. Although we viewed a few other spots, we went with this Jambox location because the presentation was right, it was the perfect size, and it was already decorated in our colors (Harlem Nights theme). The location was opened on time and any questions I had was immediately answered. COMMUNICATION: communication with Dominique was great. Once I was turned over to Madison to deal with payment and contract - the communication was horrible. HOWEVER, Madison is NO LONGER employed there. Immediately Dominique connected me with her event manager and things could not have gone better. Shuanna is AMAZING!!!! Dominique needs to keep her around. She is prompt in responding and provides accurate information. She checks in and even sends a reminder list of things that were discussed at your original booking such as breaking down the room after the event was over. They are very easy going on decor and hanging things. The tables were set up and ready for my event. I did move the tables around to make a larger dance floor and we put the cake on the stage. If there were any cons I would say I did tell Shuanna I would recommend putting the bartender in contact with the host before the event to discuss drinks and expectations. Our bartender, Alexis was great but we had to keep explaining that one of the signature drinks are already mixed with alcohol. This was no fault of hers. The music was playing, there was a long line, and there was time to review things. I have suggested that the bartender either contacts the host ahead of the event or arrive maybe 20 mins early to discuss the expectations, location of things, etc. with the host. Anyhow, I can't speak enough of how lovely things were. The husbands were surprised and had a great time. We had a 360 photo booth (Kj 360 Photo Booth) which fits perfectly as well. The food was catered by (Grapevine Got Soul) We also had a second line band (Unfaded Brass Band) and they were great. The space was definitely big enough to have a band and enjoy second lining. We had about 90 people in there with all 13 tables set and we were all comfortable. The DJ (Big Daddy Kevin) had his spot and was great. Security is required if you will have over 75 guest. The ease of adding that and a bartender was super easy. The security was AWESOME as well. It was comforting knowing the ladies left to clean had someone making sure they were getting in their vehicles safely since the party ended at midnight and they had to be out by 1am. He even helped the ladies load things in the car. I am a perfectionist so I do feel they could make the space perfect by offering an extra table for a cake table and maybe one more rectangle one as an option for food. They do have two but I could've used either a square one or one more rectangle one would have been perfect. I did bring a square one from home and placed the table with the cakes on the stage and it looked beautiful! I can't say enough how happy I was with Jambox and my event. I will definitely use this space again.

Fantastic experience: Jambox was Great. Dominique and Shauna were great and easy to deal with throughout the entire time. The Bartender Tish was amazing as well. I didn't get the Security guard name but he was awesome as well. Even tho the venue is safe, he may sure everything went as planned. Looking forward to booking another event there soon. Our event was our 20 year Highschool Reunion.

Negative experience: My niece just had a graduation party at the galleria location and it was not a pleasurable experience. My sister time slot was from 1pm-6pm and in the process of cleaning which the contract states starts at 5 o’clock, here comes the owner Dominique setting up for an event she had at 6pm. Talk about being unprofessional her team starting setting up while we were still there trying to clean and guest were still sitting at tables. We were rushed and out of the building before our time slot was up. It was embarrassing to have guest ask what’s going on. We were considering having a baby shower there but after the experience we had it left a bad taste in our mouth and will be booking somewhere else. I would not recommend Jambox to anyone and if I could I would give it less than one star.

Negative experience: I had a birthday event here last weekend. The space is great, but I had several issues with follow through and misinformation with the building coordinator. I was told I would have a bartender assigned to me 2 weeks before the event. That did not happen. When I asked about it, she was very rude and only wanted to communicate through text messages. The bartender that came on the day of the event never reached out to me and did not offer my guest all of my drink options. I left with coolers full and guest commenting that I never knew you had other drink options. She did not bring any supplies that a bartender should have, like a shaker! How are you mixing drinks? The door was not open at my reserved time that I paid for and again the coordinator was rude and offered no assistance. My decorator asked basic questions how do you work the screens, speakers. She responded with I’m only here for 15 minutes. This one person ruined the whole vibe for this establishment that has great potential. Customer service is not making people feel like they are a bother while spending their money with you.

Negative experience: Event space is beautiful and good size. But communication sucks. First, gave us a time as to when the event would end. Then tells us the wrong time was given. So we would have to pay for extra hours. Cool. Then they proceed to change the contract pricing schedule. Um ok? Fine. Then as time gets closer to event Madison stops communicating and when she does, she has an attitude. Then bartender was super rude and provides absolute nothing at all.

Fantastic experience: I had planned a birthday party there and it was the best experience working with a venue that I have experienced. The staff was very accommodating and went above expectations to make sure my party was a success. Best prices & a great resource of information!

Fantastic experience: Jam Box Fitness Lounge is the "go to" venue to plan an event! The Dallas location is great because it is centrally located for guests to get to, from around the metroplex. Although, there are several locations to fit your needs! We rented the venue for my husband's 60th birthday party! It was a great event. The venue holds approximately 100 or so people and it comes set up with tables and chairs with tablecloths, a stage for a band or DJ, an area in the back for a bartender and freezer for ice. There's an area up front, on the side, for catering food. We had a buffet, catered by a local Mexican restaurant. The price for the venue is reasonable and the rental process is very easy as well. We had a DJ and paid to have a Jambox employee, bartend. She did an amazing job. There are also TV screens up front to play videos and flash the birthday persons name and a slideshow too. The other plus is the venue has it's own parking lot, with plenty of parking. no paying for parking or valet. My husband's 60th birthday, was a grand event!!

Fantastic experience: I celebrated my wife 50th birthday at the new location in Down Town Dallas, it is a gorgeous place to have an event at. I work with Felishia and she was professional and listen to what we wanted. I can not say enough about how beautiful the venue is and how good the staff is. Thank you Jam box for making my wife 50th birthday a day for my wife to remember, this place rocks!!

Fantastic experience: I came with some friends, and being only 1 of only 2 guys, the class was very welcoming. Twerking is also a lot harder than it looks. Good workout and coordination

Negative experience: Initially they were nice and professional, after cancelling my event communication stopped. When asking about a refund of money paid they will not reply. I'm very very disappointed. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and possibly taking legal action if the remainder of my money is not returned. TOTALLY DISSATISFIED!!!

Negative experience: VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! If I could give zero stars I would. Planned an “ALL WHITE” birthday party 6 months in advance, got to the Jam Box the day of the event and it was decorated in “ALL BLACK” their excuse was that they have too many customers to remember everyone’s order. Meagan VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and so is Domonique (The Owner). They accuse you for their mistakes and play the victim. Communication is through text messages and sometimes no response! Save your money and time and go somewhere else!!!!

Negative experience: I normally don't write reviews, but I want everyone to be aware of this experience we've had with Jam Box Addison location. We initially came in around July 2018 to view the venue for a reception. WE were happy with the venue and immediately scheduled our date for March 2019. Well we made all of our payments to pay off the venue per the contract. Shortly after we decided that we wanted to do a destination wedding, so we read our contract which states early termination we would lose $150 of our money that we've already paid. No problem we understand, we contacted the venue to advise of our cancellation in October 2018. They said no problem we will process refunds via the same methods we paid. After several weeks, we received no refund, we made numerous contacts to them with no response. They finally refunded one installment payment. We asked when we would see the rest, no contact for about 2 weeks. So I decided to dispute the transactions through my bank. My bank successfully refunded me the part of the money that I paid. However, my fiance' who has the same bank as me was denied the refund stating that it was a valid purchase. The venue then contacted us to let us know they received the dispute, so they weren't able to do anything at the moment. The last installment was for $250, which we understand they would take $150 from the amount for the cancellation. We reached out to ask when we would receive the remaining $100 it's been a month and we've heard nothing from Jam Box Addison. So now we plan to go through the bank again to claim our money. The staff at Jam Box seemed nice and professional and even though we canceled the event we planned on using them in the future but after this hassle we're experiencing we will NEVER CONSIDER or RECOMMEND this place to anyone! Stick to your contract, we gave plenty of notice for cancellation we should not have to jump through hoops to get our money back or go weeks, months without receiving a response until we take matters into our own hands. It's UNPROFESSIONAL and is not a good look. SO Just BE CAREFUL when doing business with this company as they do not follow through with their contracts and their communication is poor!

Fantastic experience: We had my friend's baby shower here. The pic is of my sweets table. It was a beautiful shower and very reasonably priced. So perfect. Wow!!!!! I'm so impressed. Great service. Great setup. Easy to work with. Great communication. Great price. Oh It was FABULOUS!!!!!

Negative experience: The classes are great! But beyond that.. when dealing with billing and customer service issues, the staff is very unprofessional!!! I was charged and was permitted access and was charged after they committed to cancel my membership. I understand mistakes happen but they just gave me attitude, didnt apologize at all and told me it would take 5-7 days to receive my money back (not even in full). Unfortunately, I’ll no longer recommend this place since they are so unprofessional and careless!!!

Negative experience: This place is a joke. The Frisco location. Floors are very dirty. Music not loud enough because they have to keep it low for the neighbors next door. Why be a fitness lounge if you can't motivate your consumers with the music. Constantly waiting for music to load because they are playing YouTube videos on a TV. Too many breaks during workout. Seems more like an event space than fitness. Not serious about fitness at all and way too expensive for the value.

Fantastic experience: That is correct, 5 stars does equal AS GOOD AS IT GETS!! To find a place like Jambox has been life changing. To be able to get your workout, I mean jamout, on without feeling like you just wasted an hour of your life at a boring gym has never been so fun. Jambox is definitely the place to be if you like to dance and have fun! There are many classes to chose from so you don't have to feel like you're doing the same'ol same'ol fay in amd day out. Not to mention the instructors are amazing!! The past couple of months at the Jambox have been so fun that I literally can't wait to attend my next class. Hope to see you all there!

Fantastic experience: Jam Box is great if you are looking for a fun, upbeat and contemporary workout! I like that it is geared for anybody regardless of age, height or body type (you will notice this in every class). My favorite thing about Jam Box is how personable all of the instructors are. They make an effort to get to know each and every member, and are extremely welcoming to new ones. Not to mention the array of classes offered that you can select using their Jam Box app. For someone that is busy as I am, having the app is so helpful to schedule my classes for the week and hold myself accountable. I have made many friends or "step buddies" because of Jam Box, and with the unlimited amount of classes (if you are a member), I have been able to achieve my fitness goals with other members in a fun and memorable way.

Fantastic experience: I'm not Zumbas biggest fan, so I was convinced it would be impossible to find a place that offers diverse dance fitness that would also fit in my schedule... Jambox Fitness Lounge came into my life like a dream come true! They have evening classes, excellent instructors, all levels in any given class and "ladies night in" every month so you can have a girls night without regretting the calories

Fantastic experience: We don’t work out…we JAM OUT! I loooove Jam Box fitness! The classes, the instructors, the ladies that sweat and jam out next to me every day too. I’ve been coming to Jam Box since February 2017 and I’m so happy I decided to try them out because I’m HOOKED…here’s a little bit of why: Funk the Fit – signature class taught by the owner, Dominique. High intensity cardio set to the backdrop of your favorite hip hop and R&B music. Dominque’s personality and energy is a hit! It was her class that got me hooked on Jam Box and the reason why I came back and started adding other classes to my workouts. One of my favorite classes. Pound – ever had a bad day and just wanted to smash some stuff? Yes? Then Pound is the class for you. This class is leg day x2. We use rip sticks to pound it out but it’s a lot of squats and lunges. When I first saw this class I didn’t like it because it was loud….until I was on the other end of the sticks and was able to pound away all of my stress. One of my favorite classes, taught by Megan and Cathy. Booty Barre – Cassie is the Booty Ambassador and she is here to get your booty looking RIGHT. Booty barre is just what it sounds like, barre for your booty. Focus is on form, flexibility and of course BOOTY. Mixing a little Pilates, yoga and ballet. The class actually focuses on the whole body, not just the booty, so it’s an overall great class. One of my favorite classes. Bass Camp – Oh mah gawd. Zac shows no mercy. Not for the faint of heart. This is boot camp, you’ve been warned. Warm up is a mile run and then the rest of the time is pure torture. Not really, but you get the point. Strength training, resistance training, cardio training….all mixed up with a little bit of bass. One of my favorite classes. Hip Hop Step – If you like step aerobics, this is the class for YOU. There’s Elena and Terrence that teach this class and although they have different teaching styles and workouts, they’re both equally hard WORK. I love them both. One of my favorite classes. Booty Fit – Cassie is back at it with the booty. Booty fit is a mix between Funk the Fit and Booty Barre in that it’s a high intensity cardio dance class but it focuses on the lower body – a lot of squats, lunges, twerking and WORK to get that BOOTY fit. One of my favorite classes. Boss Chick Dance – Last but not least is Boss Chick, taught by Kimistry. This class is like a mix between Funk the Fit and Booty Fit in that it is a dance class with a lot of twerking but the music varies from reggaeton to hip hop to dance hall. One of my favorite classes. All in all, I can’t say enough about Jam Box, my experience working out here has been amazing and I love that I have this workout community of wonderful women that sweat and jam out next to me. They hold me accountable and keep me motivated to come! You can catch me at Jam Box whenever the doors are open. :-)

Fantastic experience: This is the BEST FITNESS CENTER I have ever been a member of!!! The classes they offer are SO MUCH FUN and KEEP YOU MOTIVATED! There are also always contests and events going on for the members at no extra cost!! Jambox makes you LOOK FORWARD TO GOING TO WORKOUT EVERYDAY!!!

Fantastic experience: I was a little hesitant about trying this place out, it was intimidating walking into my first class, but I'm glad I did! I love the Funk the Fit class, they teach you a few counts of 8 that you repeat throughout the song and bam! Your shirt is drenched! I come out of this class looking like I just came out of spin or yoga! It's a great way to change up your cardio routine, the attendees are a great mix of ladies and the instructors are super nice and friendly! Check out Groupon for a discounted rate!

Fantastic experience: Jam Box is the bomb! It's hip and exciting! Very diverse group of ladies! Great selection of classes to attend. It doesn't do it any justice just telling you. Attend a class and see for yourself! They are experienced and very professional. There is something for everyone. Beginners...no problem. You will not feel out of place and you will have the time of your life!
