Fantastic experience: I bought a 5 pack class pass here while on vacation for the week in Brigantine. I really enjoyed the workouts and each of the coaches I took classes with! The facility is really nice and everyone was very welcoming and friendly. I will definitely be back during our vacation next year!

Fantastic experience: I joined Lift & Glitz back in December after struggling to find the right fit at another gym. I knew pretty quickly this place was different, but I’ll admit I didn’t dive in right away. The holidays and my personal life kept me from showing up consistently. Fast forward to this summer, and I’ve fully committed — and something clicked. The formula that Rachel has developed here at Lift & Glitz is pure magic. The class structure — alternating strength and HIIT classes that target different parts of the body — is highly effective. After just one month of showing up five times a week, I can honestly say that I have noticed significant changes — not only has my body started to transform, but so have my confidence and endurance. I absolutely love showing up, and I’m truly sad on days I have to miss. The schedule is also extremely impressive, with so many class times available throughout the day — a blessing for anyone with changing routines. The format, the energy, the music, the staff — it’s all intentionally designed to push you and lift you. Rachel and her incredible team have created a space that’s equal parts strength and sparkle. Every single coach is warm, welcoming, knowledgeable on technique, and brings their own unique motivational energy to the workouts. The music is fire and the locker rooms are such an added bonus. I also love that we sweat in the dark under purple lights during HIIT classes. All of these little touches — and the amazing women — make the experience extremely energizing, which really helps push you through challenging workouts. I truly love that Lift & Glitz is a women-only facility. I didn’t think that mattered in the past, but now, as a woman in my 40s, I’m thankful to have a safe space to show up each day. No matter who I’ve worked out next to in class, everyone has been genuinely sweet and kind. There’s no ego at Lift & Glitz — just sweat, strength and smiles. Lift & Glitz is more than a gym; it’s a community. And, I’m so thankful I finally gave it a real shot — because now I can’t imagine my life without it.

Fantastic experience: Was so excited to return after sidelined for one month due to hand surgery. So much fun working out with the best coach, Debbie, who made sure each of us was working out correctly. No judgement. Lots of sweat- with lots of fun and laughs! Camaraderie with our workout partners. Returned Monday . Alas. No Debbie. Our substitute coach gave us a proper workout.Thank you, Barbara . Here’s hoping Debbie returns soon! I believe she is a big part of why we continue to attend❣️

Fantastic experience: I’ve been training at this gym for the past five months, and the results have been incredible. I’ve seen a major difference in my physique—my body size has gone down, and my muscle mass has gone up noticeably. The atmosphere is so positive and welcoming—everyone is friendly, and the coaches are amazing. They’re knowledgeable, motivating, and genuinely invested in your progress. Fantastic experience: This is THE PLACE FOR WOMEN to workout! I’ve made the most progress in my fitness and weight loss journey (-26lbs and MANY non-scale victories) thru private training sessions weekly with Dora and Tara, and they’re both EXCELLENT trainers. Dora’s got a dance background and is very creative in coming up with fun weight training moves to target areas I want to work on. And Tara’s got some REAL history in training and pushes me to (and just beyond) my limits. ….and I’ve LOVED THE RESULTS! TY, ladies!

Fantastic experience: Ashley was the first trainer I ever took a class with at lift and glitz and instantly fell in love. I never stepped foot in a gym and because of ashley I can’t imagine my life without it. Ashley has been my personal trainer and she challenges me, lifts me up personally and physically and each time I show up to lift and glitz I can’t wait to see her and work out. Ashley makes you feel comfortable, safe, strong and empowered. I truly don’t know what I would do with her.

Fantastic experience: So, about a year ago, I started attending classes at Lift & Glitz. What I found there was more than just a gym, it was a community. It was a bunch of women supporting each other and pretty soon a lot of those women (and trainers) became more like friends. Then I decided to ask if my young teenage daughters could attend classes with me and to my surprise, the owner of the gym said yes. And now my daughters get to come to this female-only, amazing place where they too are supported by a community of women who have grown to know them and care about them too. The best part is that my girls get to see firsthand, at a pretty young age, what it looks like when women support other women. My goal is that they come to expect to give and receive this kind of comradery and support in all of their relationships. So yes, Lift & Glitz gets 5 stars from me. For being so much more than a gym. I am one of her daughters and this is my review. I love Lift & Glitz so much. Everyone is so kind and there is no class I dislike. The trainers are all so nice and I love getting to come to the class with my family. I am so happy for this place and being able to get up before school and get in a workout. The day is always easier when you have worked out already! 5 stars!

Fantastic experience: As a working mom of 3 I never had the time to go to the gym, but that all changed once I found L&G. I can’t say enough good things about this gym. The classes, the times they are offered, the trainers, and fact that there is zero judgement from all the fabulous women who workout here are what I like most. Because of the flexibility it gives me with my schedule and how the workouts change each month, I’ve been consistently going for over a year now. Fantastic experience: I LOVE this gym! I was never a gym person before, especially because I felt uncomfortable around men at local gyms. I tried a free class and noticed how friendly the trainers were and how welcome Rachel the owner is! I signed up on day 1. I’ve been going consistently for 3 months and have seen an insane amount of progress in my body already! You get free measurements and weight tracking once a month which is very helpful. I highly recommend this gym to any women who wants a friendly, upbeat, cutesy environment to work out in :)

Fantastic experience: This was my first time taking a group class here. They give you the first one for free and give you a small tour of the facility prior to taking the class. I have to say I was a bit hesitant as I haven’t taken a group class in over a decade. If being nervous is something that is holding you back let me tell you there’s no need here. The instructor walks you through the whole workout and the ladies here are SO welcoming and encouraging. The owner, Rachel, has done an amazing job at creating a safe place for women to feel empowered and encourage each other. I’m so grateful to have finally checked it out and that there’s so many classes to choose from. Thank you!! 12/13/24 I wanted to update my review now that I have consistly come to classes each week and share my bonuses. I love that the workout changes month-to-month as it makes for a nice fresh challenge. I've made new friends with amazing women. The coaches/instructors are awesome, and they each have their own unique style. No getting bored here. I feel free to be myself. Oh! The best part is I am starting to see some muscles take shape. Fantastic experience: I've had the privilege of working out at Lift and Glitz Training Studio for the past three years. The trainers are amazing. They offer support, guidance and encouragement. Fantastic experience: Life can be hard but having a gym that you can go to where the coaches push you makes the next day alittle easier. Ashley pushes me beyond my limits while supporting me and giving me the confidence to be better each class. Fantastic experience: Women need to feel good about themselves from the inside to make us strong on the outside. Lift and Glitz does both for women! I be been a member for 6 years now doing private training 3 days a week. This is my safe place where I feel inspired and great about myself. They push me in the right direction and the results show! Currently I’m training with Tara who has been creative with her sessions, always keeping my goals in mind. The results have been great!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Lift and Glitz for a little over a year and couldn’t be happier! It is by far the cleanest, friendliest, and welcoming gym I have ever been to! Since starting classes 4-5 times a week and private training sessions once a week (with Ashley) I am down almost 30 pounds and in the best shape of my life. Every trainer is knowledgeable and pushes you to do your best and the workouts are always challenging but fun!

Fantastic experience: I love going to this gym. I’m going for seven months. I lost maybe 15 to 20 pounds since I’ve been there. I definitely enjoy my coach Ashley. Ashely is amazing! I like working with her because she’s been through the same struggles to losing weight so she understands everything you’re going through. I think this one of the best gym I ever been too. The gym is very comfortable all women no judgment and recommended to my friends and coworkers. Classes are fun and intense and you definitely feel like you had a really great workout.

Fantastic experience: I started this gym since the end of October of 2023 and love this place so much! Not only Is the environment friendly clean and inviting but all the coaches are extremely motivating and knowledgeable! I had our second baby in September 2023 and needed a change. Fantastic experience: I started at Lift & Glitz in September and could not be happier ! I have never truly never been so committed to working out and now going 6 mornings a week. The culture Rachel has created here is amazing . It is welcoming non judgemental with the right about of pushing me when I know I need to be pushed a little more! Fantastic experience: I have been going to the studio for a few years now. I am so thankful for the early morning classes since its the only time I am available to go. The trainers are incredible and truly care about helping you reach every single goal. The workouts are amazing and the trainers are there to help you in anyway you need. Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough things about Lift and Glitz and their trainers. This gym has changed my life. As of a year or two ago I have had double arm surgery and I couldn’t even lift a gallon of milk, I had no motivation or confidence. Forward to today, I go to the gym 5 days a week, my strength has improved beyond what I thought I could ever be and I walk with my head high. If it wasn’t for me taking a chance and walking into this gym I wouldn’t be where I am today. The coaches have pushed me to go beyond what I thought was my limit and I can’t thank them enough…Especially Ashley. Fantastic experience: Lift & Glitz is the most comfortable and welcoming gym I have ever experienced. An all women’s gym with the best classes and trainers who work with all levels of abilities. Modifications are given and safety with form is key. This gym has been a part of my life for the past eight years and I love coming here.

Fantastic experience: I feel like 5 stars isn’t enough… This studio is amazing. The staff is amazing. The owner is amazing. They make you feel like a part of a family. Such a safe space for women! I started at Lift & Glitz in January 2023. After 1 month I upped my classes to the unlimited option so I could do as much as I wanted. The updates they have made to the location are great. The studio is clean & organized. The locker room is very clean and the shower is nice! I use it after morning classes before work. I not only do the group classes, but I private train from time to time as well. It’s all so worth it. I saw immediate changes in my body because of the workouts I was doing & my mindset changed so much. I am beyond thankful for everyone there for their support and motivation. I highly recommend trying the free trial class!

Fantastic experience: I love Lift & Glitz! I've been working out here for over 2 years. I've been doing personal training sessions with Debbie. She is the best! She's so friendly and plans my workouts to fit my needs. Her Saturday Pilates class was awesome! I love how she incorporates Pilates into my workout sessions when I need stretching. Katie is wonderful, too! I highly recommend Debbie and Katie for training sessions. Everyone at Lift & Glitz is great! Rachel and all the coaches are friendly and helpful. It's a great atmosphere for women of all ages who want to stay strong!

Best instructors, great for all ages and levels, and modifications are always available. In addition the other members are just a great group of friendly ladies. I am so happy I found Lift and Glitz!

Fantastic experience: I used to love going to the gym but after two kids, covid lock down and juggling a career it was hard to get back into a work out routine. A friend brought up this training studio and I now look forward to new routines every month. More importantly, I have consistently been going and feel my self getting stronger. The trainers are great, especially Katie who has been encouraging and been there to help since I first joined.

Fantastic experience: This is the most welcoming gym I have been to since my gym closed in the pandemic. The group exercise environment is so motivating. The coaches are kind but push you to do your best. It is very clean and classes/equipment are always changing so things don’t feel stale.

Fantastic experience: I was so happy to come across Lift & Glitz training studio on social media! I have gym anxiety, but could tell from their uplifting posts that this place would be the perfect fit! I felt comfortable upon my first interactions with the staff! I was hooked after my first class.. The studio is beautiful and clean.. The trainers are AMAZING! They are really hands on and ensure you are working out correctly / teach you how to do the exercises the right way! They push you in a really motivational / uplifting way.. All ages and fitness levels welcomed which is comforting.. Come try this place out! You will not regret it..

Fantastic experience: I joined Lift&Glitz gym during their Mother’s Day sale because they had a special going on. Not knowing anything about it… I loved it so much, I signed up again for the monthly membership and have been continuing for almost 7 months now. The trainers are amazing and push you to your best. The work outs couldn’t get any better. Not only have I lost weight and INCHES but I have gained energy, strength & muscle. Hands down, the best women’s gym in JERSEY. I always have a great time coming to L&G and highly recommend it to anyone!

Fantastic experience: I joined Lift & Glitz about two months ago and it has been the best experience I’ve had at a fitness training studio. All of the trainers and members are so welcoming and friendly, this studio has great vibes and will get you feeling great about yourself for accomplishing a workout. They make it super easy to follow along and will modify a move for you if needed. It’s challenging, and motivating. Everything about this place is awesome!

Fantastic experience: I joined L&G just two months ago, and I absolutely love it. I dove right in with the Unlimited Membership, and I don't regret my decision at all. Being in an atmosphere with all women who are actually SUPPORTIVE of our non-scale victories speaks volumes (and I don't just mean the trainers).
