Positive experience: This gym is an amazing place to work out. The music is great, the people are great, and the owner is great. Even though it could use some renovations, it's still an incredible gym that I've never experienced before.

Fantastic experience: One of the best gyms I’ve ever been to is the one Chris owns. He’s always friendly and inviting, and there’s plenty of equipment and weights. They also have armored fighters who fight on weekends.

Fantastic experience: Best hard core gym anywhere around here. It's huge, lots of equipment and free weights. Lots of treadmills for cardio. They keep it very clean, and all of the staff is extremely nice. They also have excellent Trainers.

Fantastic experience: Hands down the best gym in Jersey the owner Chris is super cool and greets/motivates everyone that walks in through the doors. Club members are very helpful and do not project intimidation towards new members in fact a lot will step out their way to help you. Whether you're a gym connoisseur or new to training this place will truly make you feel at home.

Fantastic experience: Im gonna bump u to 5 star for caring enough to ask Gyms needs a reorganization. Theres wasted mirror space with the bikes in front of them. Somedays everybodys on top of each other by the free weights. Maybe a smaller area in the astroturf part with some of the dumbells. Just off the top of my head. Also seems like al. ways trying to hunt down plates . More hand sanitizer station Mens room. One soap dispenser..its always wet around the sinks no paper towels only a germ blower Overall a great atmosphere to work out in , the staff always greets you when u enter and respect to Atiles for standing up to that fascist Murphy. Yeah I said fascist

Fantastic experience: This is a great gym if you're looking to lift some serious weights. They have a lot of old-school equipment that is well-maintained and clean. The environment is perfect if you're looking to get serious about your lifting, but not too serious where everyone is a meat-head.

Fantastic experience: Best Gyms in south jersey. If you are not working out here do you even go to a real gym. I love the atmosphere in here, its always rocking at this Monster EHT location it really helps push you to your potential . It kind of feels like a family in here everybody is so positive and uplifting. The clothing they sell is also really nice. I love this gym along with the 3 other Jersey Shore locations. I always walk out with a smile on my face and a nasty pump. Chris you are the man! 5 stars for sure.

Fantastic experience: This is a very serious gym, and it's the only one of it's kind and size in Atlantic County NJ. The owner Chris is very friendly and energetic. This man will treat you well if it's your first time waking through the door or if you are a day 1 regular. The selection of equipment is extremely solid. There are rare pieces of equipment for both Bodybuilders, Powerlifters, or anyone in between. Heavy dumbbells, good barbells, specialty barbells, good machines, etc....it's all here! The music is always rocking and the members and atmosphere are always encouraging.

Fantastic experience: Great gym , great atmosphere , great people working there always willing to help ! Equipment is excellent for a gym of this size ! Plenty of benches to bench press off of , plenty of squat racks to use. The dumbbells are awesome 3 racks of them. The machines are simply great and plenty of them. That means a lot for this 62 year old iron pumper ! And there is no playing around ! GREAT !

Fantastic experience: What separates atilis from other gyms in the area? 2 things come to mind. The first is the owner. This is not a corporate gym. The owner, Chris, is a down to earth guy who gives great customer service and provides excellent facilities for his members. The second is the way gym earns your business. They do not require contracts like the corporate gyms in the area. Chris offers great pricing at month to month rates. You never feel trapped. This is the gym to join.

Fantastic experience: Well this is a great gym !! I was at island gym in eht because it was closer but there contracts are annoying and they won’t let you quit . What I mean by that is they keep taking money out of your account when you try to quit even if your dead most likely. There price for a month is extremely high. I think it was around 60 and nobody will work with your needs there. Atilis Gym is the best gym in the area with great help and always will try there best accommodate your needs. You can just be yourself there . The atmosphere will really encourage you to train serious and hard. They will have more then what you need I’m sure. If you have a complaint they will fix immediately weather changing music , cleaning bathrooms or anything else that comes up. I would rate 10 stars if possible. Great job !! Just brought a couple friends over with me to share the experience.

Fantastic experience: @ the three reviews referencing the water fountains: I go to the gym to lift not to use the water fountain ?? Anyways I digress, been a member at Atilis for a couple years and I don’t realize how good I have it until I have to go to other gyms. Chris and the staff are always friendly, the building never feels packed even at peak hours, and they blow other gyms away in terms of number of squat racks, Olympic platforms, and benches.

Fantastic experience: Great place to work out. There are always free weights available. Plenty of squat racks and benches. They also have machines. Their cardio consist of treadmills, stairmasters, and stationary bikes.

Fantastic experience: The Water fountain really ? Their gross and id never use one any way ... this is a gym not a coffee club . Bring your own water to hydrate lol. Or stop being cheap and buy a 2$ water to support the gym .

Fantastic experience: I like going here because you can do your thing and be left alone. Their hours work for me and it's always clean and friendly. There's always a treadmill open and there's enough equipment (this is coming from a rank amateur at working out)

Fantastic experience: Truly the best gym in south Jersey! Amazing indoor and outdoor facilities. Huge selection of free weights, a cross fit section, tons of machines, and always clean and spotless. Great music and an awesome workout atmosphere.

Fantastic experience: Im from essex county and we have some serious gyms-this place is official-made me feel right at home, motivational murals of Arnold, Piana, Kai, Franco... signs that say no excuses and beautiful girls- a plethora of equipment and nice staff-what more do you want! Fantastic experience: Atilis completely revamped the old Oceanside location with more free weights, brand new equipment, and an expanded cardio section. The gym is always clean and you never have to wait for a machine. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I joined this gym in about April of this year and the makeover on it is awesome. The owners are great, they acknowledge you coming and going.They are always on top of keeping it clean. At times the music is a little too loud for me but my overall experience has been great. Fantastic experience: Best gym I've ever been in. They have practically anything you would ever need. I'm talking huge weight area with multiple benches, squat racks, deadlift platforms, barbells, dumbbells, machines. They have an indoor and outdoor turf field for sprints and other turf training. They have cardio equipment as well. The staff is quite friendly. The rates are reasonable for what you get (access to all 5 Atilis gyms). I can't help but gush about this gym. It's amazing.

Fantastic experience: 20K sq. ft. of intense atmosphere and high energy, and a additional 15K sq. ft outside. Brand new just opened march 1st 2017, open 4am til 1am every day except Sunday which is til 8pm. A great selection of Cardio equipment, full circuits of weight machines, plate loaded machines and a Free-Weight area second to none. This is the largest of the (5) Atilis Gym's.

Fantastic experience: This gym is great. Hardcore vibe, but also clean and spacious. I highly recommend it.
