Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been a client of Elite for over a decade and cannot stress enough how critical these coaches, owners, fellow athletes, and gym spaces have been to my personal health. I could barely run 200 meters without needing to walk when I first started, never dreamed I’d actually lift a barbell or do a pull-up. With time, dedication, GREAT coaching, and encouragement I was able to achieve a fitness level that exceeded anything I’d ever imagined for myself. I’ve since had 3 babies and Elite has been right there to help me safely build my strength and aerobic capacity back up. The team has kept me injury-free, strong, and with more energy to meet the rest of the demands of a very full life. To anyone considering getting started, just go now. Don’t overthink it. This team (and the other members here) will make you feel right at home right away. I was so nervous when I first started, but class (and then later personal training sessions) quickly became the time in my week I craved the most. Experiencia fantástica: I've been going to Elite for just over a year now and couldn't be happier and more impressed with the place. It's a super welcoming environment with everyone from beginners, to the hardcore, and everyone in between. I'm always comfortable there and there's never been a shortage of people willing to give me helpful advice when I'm seeking it. I've worked with a few different personal trainers there and currently have been working with Jeremy who is very knowledgeable and awesome to work with. I've also attended some classes there which were great but really like the one on one training with Jeremy because he tailors the workouts to my specific needs and injuries and he's a great coach to train with. I've recently enrolled my son here also and he is now working with his own trainer, Corey. My son is 11 years old and already loves the gym, learning the fundamentals, and his time at Elite. Corey is great with kids and also tailoring the workout for my sons specific needs. I would highly recommend checking out Elite Crossfit.

Experiencia fantástica: Elite Fitness is a new discovery for me. I’m a senior working on self improvement and so far I’m not disappointed. The gym is clean, equipment is clean and maintained. I’m currently working with a super trainer (Jacqueline) and that has been the key to my successful training. I feel like with her support, encouragement and knowledge I’m on the right path. Jacque has help me by adjusting workouts based on my ability and she continues to challenge and motivate me. I feel very comfortable working out there and look forward to my own improvement.

Experiencia fantástica: After multiple injuries to knee and back I needed to start over and fix all the deficiencies in my lifts. My doctor recommended Jeremy and the team at Elite. I had a personal trainer for a year and now attend 4-5 classes per week. I'm a better all around athlete in my 40s than I was more than a decade ago. It was the best decision I've ever made for my health.

The staff and community are all good people. The trainers encourage you to make the workout your own and offer scaling options for those of us who haven't been doing this for long.

Experiencia fantástica: While visiting my Mom, I dropped in on Elite Crossfit. Jeremy, the owner, has built an amazing gym. You can tell all the thought and experience he put into the construction. It’s roomy too. This was Memorial Day and a lot of people dropped in, there was ample room even with all the rowers and Echo bikes we needed for the WOD. Despite the fact that I emailed the gym on a Sunday with a couple of questions, they replied within 30 minutes. Nicole was an exceptional coach who really knew her members. Nicole included specific tips and techniques to help fix mistakes she saw while we were warming up, all without calling anyone out for their mistakes. It was a well programmed workout in a beautiful gym with good coaches.

The coaches are incredible; they've helped me grow and reach my goals both physically and in overall health. It's a very welcoming environment and works with any skill level, which was helpful for me as I was coming in after having 3 kids and felt a bit intimidated starting, but am very happy I did. Definitely 5 stars for Elite!

Experiencia fantástica: A great place to get you ready for martial arts or any other physically challenging activity. I have personally recommend it for people who hate working out- it’s a quick hour then you go home. As for people who are pro’s in terms of working out- after a while it becomes sort of lacking. It is what it is; if your struggling when you start, you’ll be strong as hell by the end. 10/10 would recommend.

He has helped me with my goals and is extremely flexible with my hectic travel schedule. Their community is very welcoming and I always look forward to going back when I’m in town.

Experiencia fantástica: I chose Elite Crossfit because is in a convenient location close to my house.  I also compared the services with other Crossfits in the area and the Elite Crossfit has a larger selection of classes and offer different class times which I  like since I can fit them with in my schedule. I liked that a lot! Since I started to attend I noticed the way everyone is  treated by both, the members as well as coaches. I love to see that they treat each other respectfully and like a family, they take their work seriously when they coach and they ensure that you do the exercises correctly. I love this space in which I have been deeply involved for the last 3 months and they have made me feel part of them despite of the fact that I only speak Spanish. That has not been an obstacle for me because the coaches have been very patient with me and very attentive. Thank you. I do recommend 100% Elite Crossfit ‍♀️❤

They have made sure that the gym is sanitized regularly and all equipment is ready and clean for each class. This pandemic has been so unpredictable, but Elite Crossfit has kept us all informed and also the members are able to communicate with their coaches when necessary. We have all been able to still get a high quality workout while safely keeping our distance. Way to go Elite!

The programs are definitely top-notch...but the coaches and community of people raise the bar to a level I didnt know was possible. It truly is a life-changing place filled with life-changing coaches and athletes!
